don't know the answer to that question. But it's got to be a good thing when you seperate yourself from Dan the dud. It wouldn't surprise me if Podium Ven got stuck with a lot of accumulated debt from SMMW's fiascos. Dan could have got paid with stock which he is dumping at this time.

I've been watching Podium very closely . I'm just a little gun shy to pull the trigger due to the past relationship with SMMW. It seems hard to believe that anything remotely linked to SMMW can avoid the plague of Dan the Dolt.

OTC Picks covered AGHD for the last two days during the bounce into the $.003's. Today they show no coverage of AGHD which most likely means that they dumped their position. Could they have been VFIN yesterday ?

I certainly couldn't blame you for selling. I was foolish enough to buy back in again yesterday after dumping all on Friday in the low $.003's. It's hard to believe that my buys last week have finally put me ahead with this crazy stock.

I received a reply to my email from Jason at the transfer agent Friday morning. He stated that all info anout the O/S would have to come from the company. I believe your previous post is from the woman at company , not from the transfer agent.

At 0027 close Friday, current market cap is $1.07m.

Of note, this also means the Sept 2006 OS of 6.2b was diluted to 14.6b last fall (over double), before the 2.8b cancellation, then 30:1 R/S.

Actually a R/S doesn't effect the A/S. The A/S is a state issue and has to be changed by a request to the State Corporate branch.

Judging by the time interval between the last couple of pump and dumps for AGHC, we should be nearing the next one. Now if MJ keeps NITE off the ask , we may actually be able to sell for a small profit.

I actually expect to see him hire on some promoters for a pump and dump. I'll be watching to see if anyone shows up on the list as being compensated in the next week or so. Remember CMKX ran to $ .001 when it had well over 200 to 400 billion shares outstanding.
