What are the odds? I was about to ask you a question regarding the float in the IBOX--as you already know, you have increased it from the 55-60 million range to 80 million! After the last financing deal back in September, the float was around 60 million and no other deal has been inked and now we are up another 20 million shares which is about 35% more!!!!!!!!!!!! Where did all these additional shares come from?
I hope the company doesn't believe since this is only a pink sheet stock it can getaway with illegal conduct. There are many people who'll make sure that's not going to be the case.
It won't be surprising to find out that the insiders have been sharing the profits with these so called investors under the table to make it look legal--sharing confidential information by the PR company to some people, who have notified this very board of future press releases, prior to making it public is also sticking out like a sore thumb.
Giving away shares like the way they have certainly does raise many eyebrows.
Watkins (CE0) is going to jail if this stock doesn't rebound. He has made many contractual deals to raise money and has not delivered--there are many investors who are fed up and ready to take action. And, believe me these investors have the will and the money to go after this guy.
One other thing. No more diluting by offering shares well below the market price to potential investrors in order to raise more capital--these investors have been dumping their unrestricted shares into any rallies that CCMJ has had and it appears that the PR company has let these guys know when and where the next news is coming from so they can simply sell their shares at any price and still make a profit. It seems that these new investors knew well in advance of all the news and the PR company has worked with them in order to faciliate the sale of their stocks. It's obvious the last two investors have been using the market makers SSGI and AUTO to accomplish their objestives.
I still believe this company is truly a gem but it needs a financial guy to run it and not a mechanic.
I hope you're right. CCMJ was trading, on moderate volume, between 4-5 cents before they closed a financing deal and signing of two major distributorship deals. What gives? We're talking about a 95% drop in the PPS and the company is in much better shape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've always had a hard time believing the naked short story but given the recent events and the PPS being where it is, I think everything is possible especially if you have a vendetta against the company & its officers. But, I think dilution is the problem and am hoping for it to go away soon because way too many shares have been traded since the financing deal was announced and most of the unrestricted shares should be in the hands of people like you and myself.
This company has no business trading at these levels and if, as you said, we're not dealing with crooks we should see price levels north of 20 cents. Good luck and take care.
'AUTO' has definitely been trying to keep the price down lately and based on its action late in the day, I wouldn't be surprised to see more news tomorrow--this has been the trend for a while! It seems someone simply doesn't want to see the PPS up--it could be personal but this game has to stop. Having said that, we're either dealing with a crooked company whose agenda is to screw people by diluting or there are some people who are willing to do just about anything to stop CCMJ from succeeding.
For those who have been here for a while, 'SSGI' was doing the same thing "AUTO" is doing now about a month ago while CCMJ was putting out legitimate news about major contracts and deals.
I've been here for a while and I'm determined to get to the bottom of this one way or another.
20 cents will get printed for CCMJ in the very near future and the gang that have been bringing, and keeping, the PPS down will get busted badly.
CCMJ has always had press releases in series and it wouldn't be surprising to see more PRs regularly for a while.
Since both the stock and ask prices went down today I think we should see a press release tomorrow or Thursday--this has been the norm for CCMJ!!!!! It sucks but the LONG shareholders will finally prevail.
Great job--your efforts are greatly appreciated. You also decided to go with the high end of the range as far as the float is concerned! Thanks.
I got the same information from the company. As far as the float is concerned, based on their numbers, it is around 55 million. Also, the PR guy correctly pointed out the float has been traded many times over in recent weeks and based on this fact alone it seems we could be in a major major major run up shortly or simply what the company has told us so far was nothing but lies. Since I am sill a holder of the stock, I wishfully believe is the former.
Thanks for the update and good luck.
I don't think any one realizes how big the Driver's Alert deal is to CCMJ. Just look at the DA's clientele--impressive, isn't it?
Let's hope the contract is already signed. And, tomorrow will be a good day to release the news so we can buy CCMJ and dump everything else since the markets are heading for another nose dive IMHO.
I guess there was an after hours trade which brought the price down to $.0015--every time there has been an after hours trade, the stock has plunged the next day. Let's just hope that is not the case this time around.
I see a $.0015 close!
I still think the $.0012 low will be tested again. It might happen tomorrow.
Fridays haven't been good to CCMJ. I wouldn't be surprised to see another 30-50% haircut tomorrow before things start to improve, hopefully.
Well, I think you just came up with a good reason to sell your shares. No one can BS you but yourself.
Fringe,
<< Have Not Talked With the CEO ... but am very happy talking with the IR fella... he is VERY switched on and focused, possesses sorely needed qualities for this play, knows what is required and can give senior advice to management when required. CCMI are lucky to have him.>>
You seem like a well seasoned trader/investor--that's why I am kind of surprised that you actually expect the CEO, who is by the way in Florida working on finalizing the deal with Driver's Alert, to take the time to personally speak with you!!! It seems that the investor relations department has been more that cooperative with you, wouldn't you say?
I believe that every one is doing their job at CCMJ and things will improve drastically and dramatically in due time. Just hang in there--if you can that is. Good luck.
Now, the link takes you to the log on page!!! Just go ahead and type in the ticker symbol CCMJ in right upper hand corner box and click on the chart, then click on 5-year option.
CCMJ was trading above $1.00 four years ago and could go back there:
https://www.etrade.wallst.com/v1/stocks/charts/charts.asp?duration=1826&frequency=1week
CCMJ is truly a gem--PPS needs to be at 10-15 cents in order to just reflect the company's portfolio of patents. In addition, the company is getting its act together (see the last 6 PRs) and it is on its way to be a force to reckon with.

In-Car Camera System - Caught On Camera
Specter Werkes/Sports And Cruisecam International Deliver The Market's First Removable, Digital, In-Car Camera System
writer: Barry Kluczyk
photographer: Barry Kluczyk
In-car cameras are nothing new. We all know them as those video-recording systems lashed to the rollcages of race cars, capturing everything from well-apexed turns at Laguna Seca to 360-degree views of Road America during a spin.
Until recently, such systems were more or less permanently mounted equipment. But a collaboration between Specter Werkes/Sports and CruiseCam International has fundamentally changed the status quo in the realm of in-car video recording. CruiseCam patented an ingeniously simple system that takes advantage of the latest in digital-recording technology. The result is a removable camera that requires neither permanent mounting nor hard-wiring modifications.
In a nutshell, the camera slips over the headrest of the driver seat and is controlled from a drop-in panel that's placed in the center console. The implications are tremendous, as the new system allows enthusiasts of all types to enjoy the benefits of a recorded driving session. And without the need for permanent mounting, it offers a more palatable alternative for Vette owners who participate in limited club events or simply want to record a blast down a favorite winding stretch of mountain road.
The system is derived from a stillborn OEM project that would have supplied headrest-mounted cameras to police cars at the factory. After CruiseCam's Scott Watkins discussed the system with fellow racer and Specter founder Jeff Nowicki, the "civilian" possibilities became undeniably apparent.
Here are the basics on the equipment:
Headrest/camera unit with integrated microphone
0.33-inch Sony Super HAD high-resolution camera
Mpeg 4 recording format
Scan Disc memory stick
2.5-inch integrated and removable LCD display
Infrared remote control
USB connectivity
Local playback with Windows Media Player software
The system offers low, medium, and high resolution adjustment and-depending on the recorded resolution and the storage capacity of the memory stick-up to four hours of recording time.
The only aspect of the installation that comes close to involving tools is a two-bolt procedure required to secure the camera system to the headrest. After that, the system plugs into the console's power point (on C6 cars) and uses cell-phone-type batteries to power a display screen.
As a Corvette specialist, Specter Werkes/Sports was charged with integrating the CruiseCam system into the C5 and C6 headrests and center consoles. The companies will jointly market these Corvette-specific systems and sell them to their respective customers. (Thanks to the universality of the core components, CruiseCam plans to develop additional systems for racing seats and other vehicles as well.)
We recently installed one of these systems on a C6 and followed it up with a romp through Detroit's famously potholed streets. The recorded images were wide, detailed, and remarkably sharp. In fact, we were surprised at how free of shakes, bounces, and general unsteadiness the video was. (As it turns out, the seat makes an excellent vibration damper.) We also liked the removable handheld recorder with LCD display, which allowed the video to be viewed immediately and even passed around to others. The memory stick simply plugs into a computer for complete downloading.
Final pricing information wasn't available at press time, but we get the impression the camera system will retail somewhere in the $1,000 neighborhood. For that sum, we suspect many enthusiasts will take advantage of the system's ability to record an entire road race, autocross run, or drag race. We suppose it also could be used to capture certain impromptu speed contests between, say, your new Z06 and that smug jerk from the gym and his pesky Viper-but that is, uh, something we would never condone.
Camera and recording/playback functions are controlled from an infrared remote that mounts in the center console. The handheld screen unit is removable and enables immediate playback.
Installation begins with the removal of the seatback-recliner switch plate. It pops off easily.
Next, the camera system is slipped over the headrest. This system is designed specially for the C6, but C5 versions are also available.
The camera system is affixed to the headrest with Allen-head fasteners. It's a simple installation that enables quick removal and storage when the camera is not in use.
The system's control panel simply drops into the center console-no holes to drill or wires to tap.
Power is supplied via the power point in the console, which contributes to the system's clean, uncluttered appearance.
Here's the camera system installed and ready to go. The wires that lead from the camera to the control panel and power source are easily tucked behind the console. It's an unobtrusive setup in every sense of the word.
The camera delivers a panoramic, over-the-shoulder view that captures almost everything in the driver's field of vision.
It's a mystery to all. The sellers might be the ones who did the recent financing!!!!! It's kind of mind boggling but I can't think of anything else since everybody else, including insiders, has a much much much higher cost basis. Having said that, I still think there's a very bright future for this company and the stock price should appreciate accordingly Back to $0.06 range in no time. As you also know, I've been wrong before but I truly believe in the company and its future.
Good luck and take care.
Good! You're here. Would you provide the name of the person you spoke with when you called the tranfer agent. I called and was told to contact the company directly regarding the outstanding number of shares and the latest number they have is as same as the number that appears on picksheets.com. Thanks in advance.
Today's action makes me believe there should be a major press release shorty. It may be as soon as tomorrow--nobody knows-- and today weak hands were taken out.
Even though this is a small company the game is the same.
You guys seem to be missing the fact that this is the very first time CCMJ has been able to secure such financing in its history. The total commitment by the lending group is more 20 times the current CCMJ's market cap and additional lenders might enter the picture soon.
I would not be surprised to see additional investors, and I mean institutional ones, to get on the CCMJ bandwagon and start buying the shares as soon as next week.
In addition to this financing deal, there should be many other lucrative deals in the works.
See you at a 52-week high soon..........
It's just a formality--the status will change back to active when the they file their annual report. The only thing you need to worry about is the financing deal which should send the shares skyrocketing.
Also, remember that CCMJ has recently hired a new accounting team:

As I said before, they better come through this time or else.
I still believe the major financing deal announcement is about to be made public. I've seen this kind of action in the stock price of other companies right before a major press release.
I wouldn't be surprised to see CCMJ 300-500% higher starting next week. Good luck to all.
Unless we're being misled by the company, the major financing deal announcement should hit the wires between now and the end of next week. They better come through this time.
CCMJ has just been added to the NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE naked short threshold list.

About BUYINS.NET
WWW.BUYINS.NET is a service designed to help bonafide shareholders of publicly traded US companies fight naked short selling. Naked short selling is the illegal act of short selling a stock when no affirmative determination has been made to locate shares of the stock to hypothecate in connection with the short sale. Buyins.net has built a proprietary database that uses Threshold list feeds from NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE to generate detailed and useful information to combat the naked short selling problem. For the first time, actual trade by trade data is available to the public that shows the attempted size, actual size, price and average value of short sales in stocks that have been shorted and naked shorted. This information is valuable in determining the precise point at which short sellers go out-of-the-money and start losing on their short and naked short trades.
BUYINS.NET has built a massive database that collects, analyzes and publishes a proprietary SqueezeTrigger for each stock that has been shorted, www.buyins.net/squeezetrigger.pdf. The SqueezeTrigger database of nearly 1,450,000,000 short sale transactions goes back to January 1, 2005, and calculates the exact price at which the Total Short Interest is short in each stock. This data was never before available prior to January 1, 2005, because the Self Regulatory Organizations (primary exchanges) guarded it aggressively. After the SEC passed Regulation SHO, exchanges were forced to allow data processors like Buyins.net to access the data.
The SqueezeTrigger database collects individual short trade data on over 7,000 NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ stocks and general short trade data on nearly 8,000 OTCBB and PINKSHEET stocks. Each month the database grows by approximately 50,000,000 short sale transactions and provides investors with the knowledge necessary to time when to buy and sell stocks with outstanding short positions. By tracking the size and price of each month's short transactions, BUYINS.NET provides institutions, traders, analysts, journalists and individual investors the exact price point where short sellers start losing money.

CHECK OUT THE VOLUME!
I have a copy and it's a 4-page article with a very favorable editor's view of the product and how it works. If you're interested in buying the magazine, make sure you ask for the June edition which is already available at news stands.
I agree--it seems like more shares will be issued to get the financing deal done. No matter what the number is, as long long there's an infusion of capital CCMJ should do real well. CCMJ will go back up immediately after the announcement.
I think the financing deal will happen this month--it seems they're trying to lower the ask price by selling 100-500 block shares at bid so they can get more shares ASAP--shares have been getting accumulated heavily since last December.
The financing deal and other encouraging PRs should start taking place this month.
CCMJ LOOKS POISED TO EXPLODE. 52-WEEK HIGH SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT EASILY.
There's interest in EKWX again--there's also a bid!
It just feels like there will be an attempt to reach the 52-week high.
You have my support--let me know what it needs to be done.
My apologies--I just got a bit overexcited about the latest news on CCMJ and the subsequent rise in price and volume, which was simply astronomical for this stock.
Please rest assured that I won't mention it again on this board.
It's not a conspiracy theory--the CEO said that a financing deal is about to take place "very soon." CCMJ does definitely have the products and as soon as the financing deal is done, we should see 50 cents and much higher within days. Count on it.
CCMJ looks like it's ready to fly--financing deal is about to take place "very soon" according to the CEO. I think 50 cents is just around the corner. Do your own DD based on the recent releases.
There is something going on--50 cents soon, at the very least that is.
