It's just a formality--the status will change back to active when the they file their annual report. The only thing you need to worry about is the financing deal which should send the shares skyrocketing.

(Other OTC:CCMJ.PK - News), a leading developer of vehicle video integrated technology for law enforcement and motor sports applications, announced today that it has appointed Christopher Genung and Charles Smith, to lead its new accounting team.

Christopher J. Genung, C.P.A., M.S.F., has 25+ years expertise in accounting and assurance services, taxation, financial planning, business valuations and litigation support services in civil cases. Mr. Genung began his accounting career with Arthur Young & Co. (a Big 8 firm) and has worked in private industry as Treasurer of a large multi-state construction company. . Mr. Genung graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in accounting and received a M.F. in Finance from Walsh College.

Mr. Genung will immediately oversee all aspects of the accounting process for CruiseCam International, to include the successful and timely completion of its required SEC filings.

Charles Smith graduated from Boston University in 1979, and since that time has been a CPA, involved in all phases of business, including the audit of companies and tax matters. He is a consultant to various companies and is a Director and CFO of DynaResource, Inc., a junior resource company that is developing a gold property in Sinaloa State, Mexico. A former Director of two public companies, Mr. Smith is a registered Certified Public Accountant with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, and has significant experience in accounting and securities matters.
