Why is it that BP gets away with missleading information, alot of people are saying they are lieing about what is going on with this spill, in several areas.Including there so called (safe disspersiant).

The main problem is that the sec requested info and ACLH failed to provide it, so the sec suspended the stock.

Any info they provide now is too late. The suspension is not going to be lifted.

and the company was accused of putting out inaccurate PR's, I would advise the company to be deafening silent until the SEC was completely satisfied that everything was on the up and up. Any other advice would constitute malpractice, imho.

The oil spill is much bigger news. Also, the M&M's made huge bank on THRR going down so they did not complain to SEC. ACLH was going all upwards and the M&M's did not like it, they were betting it would go down due to the R/S and when ACLH cancelled the R/S the M&M's were going to loose out big time, when the M&M's start sending alogations to SEC then they take notice. Just one man's opinion but the M&M's play dirty and do not like to loose.

Folks, if you'd like to post messages in another language, you need to also provide the translation. If you don't do this, the Admin, Mod Squad and board Moderators who cannot translate it themselves will have to assume it's being written in a different language to circumvent the TOU and remove it. I think all it's ever been is a stock selling scam.

A lot of early posters claimed to know what others didn't.

You can see from my profile that I have been here awhile, and I can assure you it was not a smooth ride to get the site to where it is now.

One constant though is that as long as the poster doesn't violate the TOU, they can post, and it doesn't matter whether they are pro or con.

I think that is why Ihub keeps growing, and some other stock discussion sites have disappeared.

Hard to argue with success.
