yep, BAC looking strong again. 17$ now, next resistance point is at 18$, break that and we head to 25$
any chance this pig will recover..? thoughts, ideas, concerns, complaints....?
This company could screw up a wet dream -- here comes 14 again -- joke
pre-market is dipping a bit here, but i still feel like we could very well see a shot at $16 by EOW
RE: BAC Chart -- RSI very strong, pointing towards the power zone at 90 (plenty of room left to go for next week).... MACD also crossing upward and still has room to go next week. Even the BBand is still looking solid.
I actually think we have a great week next week and could very well see this marching to 16$ next week..
very nice close, strong... lets see what Monday brings us...
have a great weekend all...
RE: BAC -- I posted earlier that we are poised to close above $15 -- then start to build a new base above $15 next week
this is a great week here... looking for a strong close here
LOL, $40 will be tough/lol -- but we know 18-20 range in the short term is very doable
strong looking chart here -- http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/gallery.html?BAC
I think the chart is looking very strong ( http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/gallery.html?BAC ) -- i think we close above 15$ today and continue on next week... I think today will be the first time in a long time we close above $15 and build a base there.
I'm in too... just waiting for a run back to 18 now... 18 + actually
lol, yep
yes, SUNE has not put anything out since the SEC PR stating nothing found. now we are waiting on the BK news, the india assets news, etc..
and yes, all the PR's stating that the stock has fallen 5% etc, the stock is tanking bla bla is from out side sources and IMHO not credible..
We have dozens of PRs stating the stock drops, stock tanks, bla bla bla when it drops 3-4-5% -- where is our PR screaming HUGE MASSIVE runner, up 10% --- hehe
gotta love it here
lots of people including Kramer seem to think it could continue to climb...
GL my friend
RE BAC & VZ: after I sent that post I then realized the actual timing of your post was a couple days past, back when it was in the 'dip' ---
but yes I tend to think its basing here at 14 and has a great shot at 18+ again coming.
as for VZ, the madc has room to go, the RSI touching 50 so it to has some room. in my non chart guru thought is we are going to see then consolidate just a tad bit at current levels, but it def has room for continued growth. its been very impressive and people are really taking another look at VZ with the current yahoo news...
-- im not in VZ, but I am impressed with what they are doing company wise, and def stock price wise.
plicate -- sorry
duplicate -- sorry
Chart question for you -- what indicators are you looking at may I ask...?
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=bac -- showing the RSI just about to entry power zone, the madc is crossing well.... just curious bc I am far from a chart guru/lol
plus I've been waiting for a re-entry here and was thinking that $14 looks to be 'basing here', and was thinking of jumping back in for a possible run back to $18+ range again...
TIA
I've been waiting for a re-entry myself. I do think that the recent fall from 18+ down to 14$ range, that BAC has found a bottom here....
I'm liking a entry point here at 14$ range....
now you mentioned 21$ -- I know this will easily support a march back to 18 -almost- 19 -- so IMHO also that 21$ is not far off and is def reachable...
Its not time to jump off any cliffs here/lol
right on. I think some people see the potential of a BK and they just automatically think the worst, total and utter company shut down, selling of all assets and then closing the doors.
well that is some people, some folks here just wanna scream BK the company screwed you all, run now, etc etc etc -- we call that the robinhood complex /lol
but when in most cases with major & very large corporations (like the case was in GM) -- it goes back to what they say with the large banks and such -- ''to large to fail''
yes they will need restructured, yes they will need to sell off some assets and let go of some projects that are deemed 'dead weight' -- but again, like the case with GM, they will not just sell off everything, and then close the doors.
Hell SUNE has what - like 26B in assets with all the projects and such (if i remember correctly) they are not going anywhere IMHO
and hell look at GM -- the time frame we are talking, GM was trading at $2, then the BK, then the small R/S, and here we are several years later and its steady at 30$ +
-- If, and at this point its still anyone's guess, but IF SUNE does end up doing some form of a BK, then IMHO we will actually end up similar to the situation we went through at GM

Does any remember GM -- I was in GM when they did a BK & R/S following, & right after the hold was lifted, it flipping soared, I was panic'd about it happening, then right after i was stoked when i maid out like a bandit
things dont always seem what they are on face value... true its a long shot, but i actually have high hopes for this company & its investors...
guess its a waiting game at this point
We are still seeing news releases talking all kinds of crap here but yet not one word from the company.... I'm cool waiting to hear from the company whats truly going on and whats to come...
BTW thanks for the Member mark y0!
right on, great swing trading while fingers are crossed for a company PR stating no BK and assets sold in india, then its take off time. until then there is plenty of volume to play to the swings.
GLTU my friend...
Sup Le2dy --

correct, the article stated that not just the india company was looking to buy the assets from SUNE over there. This should help stay off the BK for 2016 IMO.
guess we will have to see what happens this week, whats is actually announced, and what the shorts and MM's do with said upcoming news.
like i said to the other poster, I'm kind of shocked we did not see a better opening here today
The fact the Article stated BK coming out on Sunday, then that did NOT happen, then the article came out about the india company looking to buy the assets from SUNE should actually see a bit of action today. kind of shocked at the open here.
do you know the $ amount attached to this india deal...?
SUNE needs 300M. from reading the details of the project in india, this could cover that debt (that immediately needed debt) -- this deal will not free SUNE, but it will bring them out of the instant hot water they are in.
if i read correctly, then its not a 100% buy-out happening. India company just wants the assets ann india project that SUNE has. SUNE will still be SUNE, just wont have the assets or presence in india any further. but this would bring much needed cash to SUNE to stay off the BK. this would cause a massive short squeeze. IMHO this could see 3-5$ easy if this all happens
Thanks for the article/d.d -- this would also (just thinking out loud) explain why the company has been silent. no news combating the BK, FIN's etc.
if SUNE is the main contender for the buy here, then SUNE may either not be able to talk out publicly and during negotiations they wouldn't want to 'tip their hand'
I'm bored and waiting for NY primary this coming Tuesday.....
So I say IMHO if we a PR direct from the company that there will def 100% zero chance of a 2016 BK --
then this will gap back up PreMarket to well above 50c, between 50-60 -- then the scramble by the shorts start and a frantic desperate attempt to buy shares, cover, and hold it down at the same time will see a march well above $1 ---
then off the previous SEC news, and no BK news, this could see $2 easy
I'll take them odds....
Would be a HUGE day for SUNE just to trade through the profit takers here in this range, then close HOD around 75c.
AH news on the FINS would certainly catapult this passed 1$ imo and also give more certainty that BK is most likely not the plan.
JMHO
from what i am seeing, L2 is actually super thin. would not take much at all to get this back to HOD here.
they can try/lol but this news has seriously just killed them (at least 1/2 way) -- now if the company comes out with its delayed FIN's AH -- o boy the shiot will hit the fan's for the shorts...
62M traded tghus far and the shorts are scrambling./lol Gotta love it here...
trading right at 78% increase, and a HOD of 75C, this is on the march IMO
This news has seriously caught the shorts with their proverbial pants down.
They were mostly all thinking the FIN's would be SUNE's death, then looming BK, then the SEC deal. -- NOW they find out the SEC deal would not bare any fruit, and next IMO Fin's will come out.
THIS WAS A HUGE FIRST STEP FOR SUNE!!!!
FINALLY -- This is huge news for SUNE & us investors. FINALLY a bit of good news thats going our way.
SunEdison internal investigation finds accounting issues but no fraud

Company said it lacked sufficient controls over cash flow management
SunEdison Inc. on Thursday said an internal investigation found the solar-energy company lacked certain accounting controls, but it uncovered no material misstatements or evidence of fraud.
Shares in the company, which have lost 93% of their value since the start of the year, rose to 61 cents apiece in premarket trading, a jump from its Wednesday close of 37 cents.
SunEdison (SUNE) in March disclosed an investigation (http://www.marketwatch.com/story/sunedison-confirms-subpoena-sec-investigation-2016-03-31)by the U.S. Justice Department and said it had received an inquiry from the Securities and Exchange Commission over disclosures to investors about cash on hand. SunEdison in February delayed filing its annual financial statements, citing concerns about the accuracy of its financial condition, and said that it had launched an internal investigation.
On Thursday, the company said it had completed the internal probe. In a regulatory filing, SunEdison said "certain assumptions underlying the cash forecasts...were overly optimistic," and that it lacked sufficient controls over its management of cash flow, "including extensions of accounts payable and the use of cash committed for projects."
Despite the findings, SunEdison said it identified no material misstatement in historical financial statements, as well as "no substantial evidence to support a finding of fraud or willful misconduct of management."

I agree, I bought another block off a trigger at 35c the other day, and since then I have 2 triggers at 25c and 20c just encase....
if this turns around it could be a massive winner. even with BK it could be done as to where the investors are not harmed, the pps rises and again we are winners...
just holding for some light at the end of this tunnel in way of news from the company
