You and all of your other buddies still have no evidence as to who did the Geologist report. As I have said before and I will keep saying the fraud here may have been committed by the individual posing as Graig Parham from a company he called Geomin Ltd.
You just don't know. You don't know. If so, tell us. That will put the stake in it.
Yes, tons and tons of Plagarism. Is it all too coicidental? Probably not. However, convicting these folks in an open forum before you have even heard their side is way too premature.
As I have said to others and I will say to the rest and I will keep repeating it. POST THE ARTICLES IN THE IBOX. Those are relevant until we have found out differently from the SEC and other authorities. Let us play fair on this thread. If you are so strongly convinced you are right and I am wrong, then those articles will have little or no affect on the final outcome of this story.

All you good sumaritans have not done any of us longs any favor whatsoever. The only folks who have benefitted from your rightousness are the would be crooks. Who are the real crooks here is what I am wondering? Was this scam if it is scam intentional from the get go? Who is all involved here? Did they know they were going to get caught? Did they have some folks short the story on their behalf? Are some of those folks some of these folks on this thread?
While you think you have saved a few investors some heartache, you have just given the crooks, if they really are the crooks, better ideas on how to not make the same mistake again.
Eventually, the shorts will have a harder time profiting and more difficult time unraveling the scams. Each time you post on a public forum, you are writing the book, "How to run a scam better than these folks".
It is their feeble attempt to confuse everyone and covering solid DD from longs that do post here.
Like those articles that show the company is actually in business.
I have never seen so many accusations that are kind of sort of maybe, sort, possibly............. Weak, weak, weak, weak.
The most damaging aspect is the Geologist report. I will give them that much credit. However, as I have said before, that report could have easily been orchestrated by a third party the company hired. Someone posing as a Geoligist, using the name of Graig Parham.
The rest, the plagarism, the copy and past of someone's bio tells me nothing. The only thing it does tell me is the folks working for SAEI are too damn lazy to write their own bios. It is like lying on resume. I am self employed and have been almost my entire adult life. I have never lied on a resume, but it sounds like plenty of folks do it all the time.
He is most likely the gentleman that structured the shell. Nothing uncommon. There are Thousands of these folks who put a shell together on paper and turn around and sell it. No biggie. That was four years ago. The shell has changed hands numerous times over the past four years.
Any that don't believe me, do a search on, "how to create a shell company".
It has no relevancy on SAEI, the company today. None, zero........
Why don't you post those articles that has 100% relevancy on the company, SAEI, doing business in Ukraine?
Let us stay on topic......
What facts?
Come on. You and the rest here are providing no facts.
They are still preaching to the choir, because the shorts have to cover. Plain and simple, no sellers, they can't take their profits.
I for one am not going to give them the pleasure.
I will be buying to bring my average down. I sit on stocks for a long, long time, especially the ones I am down on. I have sat on a few well over 5 years.
Out of the blue, for whatever reason they spike.
I sat on my ETLS for four years at a major loss, than last year Kaboom! Walked away from the POS with a $40k profit.
Just me, I never like the shorts to profit from me or use their scare tactics.
If anything, all their posting of doom and gloom is going to go poof and could cause the opposite.
I have balls of steal and they have nothing but negative energy that isn't working on me.
I will buying heavily on Jan. 3. 2011
Renee,
I wrote this off since day one. I am over the money I am going to mostly like lose here.
However, plagarism? What a joke. Who doesn't do it?
Typos? Who doesn't do it?
False Info in SEC docs? Where, none! ZERO! All fabricated.
You don't know. You don't know who was behind the Geologist report. You don't, if you do, then you need to be brought into question yourself along with all the others.
What I am not over is the criminals behind all of it and is far reaching than just the company.
What lies? I see no lies. I see PRS that you are questioning.
If these parties are guilty, then they need to all rot in jail, however, we have not heard from them.
And, yes, we will hear from them.
Irrelevant to the misplaced bios, totally irrelevant. That was a 10Q -8Q.... They have no bearings on the final outcome.
Post those articles then if you feel that just because there is accidental changes in the 10Qs.
You have no, none, zero evidence to dispute those articles......ZERO evidence....
And, yes, someone could have hacked into the SEC filings or hacked into whereve they pulled those filings from.
Still no evidence. None will hold up.
And, yes, their site was hacked into. More damning evidence against the parties who are attempting to deface the company.
The website was hacked, I guarantee it. They most likely pulled all their other companies down because they don't want the hackers start posting bogus info on them too trying to make them look more guilty when they have yet to explain their side.
Why haven't they said anything? I don't know, however, I do expect them to speak out soon to clear their names. Let us hear what they have to say. If what they have to say doesn't suffice me, I will be the first to tell you I am not comfortable with it all, either.
However, you have nothing, absolutely nothing, except a few typos and some documents, electronic documents that were not filled in properly.
The only real damaging evidence is the Geologist report. However, I am not going to concede on that one because as I said before, the fraud could have been committed on the company. Someon posing as a Geologist and representing himself as such is all very possible.
We don't know until we hear from the company.
The author's name is right there on the bottom.
Jaroslav Dmytrenko
I don't see an author it states, send us your news and pictures . It's basically like a blog. Until you can verify who wrote that article on this page, I will call it a lie. Show me the author please Jibber
http://www.microsofttranslator.com/bv.aspx?from=&to=en&a=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ua-reporter.com%2Ftaxonomy%2Fterm%2F34755
The site was hijacked/hacked plain and simple by a bunch of shorts that are getting more and more desparate each day.
There is no evidence. It is all hearsay.
We have yet to hear from the company......
Here is prime example of the Arabic incident I was talking about.
http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.php?t=599855
I am not buying any what any of you are selling.
I advise any and all longs to hold, hold, hold......
They (shorts) are stooping to some extremely low tactics.
I provide articles that show the company is actually in business and you guys refuse to put those articles up in the tacky notes.
You have no evdence what so ever a journalist is lying those articles. Show me the evidence.
The shorts are toast when they annoucne the $2.50 buyout is still on and will close very soon!
Are you willing to go on record to call the author a liar?
Like someone Hijacked their stock, someone could has hacked into their site and put that on the site without them even knowing it.
Yes, it is very possible. I had a website of mine once hacked. I woke up one morning and my entire home page was in arabic. I wish I would have grabbed a screen shot of it, but never thought of it at the time. The writing was in Red and Black and they said they were going to declare an all out war on the U.S. I immediately loaded my old home page and everything was back to normal. I had it happen to me more than once. How did I resolve it? The web hosting company told me they had a security breach and was able to fix it.
I believe the the same thing could of happened here to.
I have done source code check on the other web site, SRGE, team page and I don't see any informalities on that page.
Shorts continue to stoop to some extremely compelling tactics....
There is a very good possibility the Geologist the company hired is the one that committed the fraud against the company. No, I am not referring to Greg Parham. He has already said he is not the one in the Geologist report. I am referring to the gentleman going by the name of Graig Parham.
The company could have been contacted by someone from a third party claiming to be Graig/Greg. Without checking any further, the company hired the gentleman on the spot. It could have easily been the gentleman committing the fraud on the company. Very possible.
Someone of a friend of a friend scenario.
How do most folks get work these days if they are freelance? Word of mouth, usually through friends or acquaintances.
They could have easily met the Graig/Greg, guy claiming to be as such. He performed the test or hired out a third party crew to perform the test using their expertise. Very possible.
How does the company get around that issue?
Very easily, hire a new Geologist to file a new report. They hire a new Geologist and if they get the same results, I will be fine with it
I have no qualms with companies that trade on the pinks that don't report to the SEC. SAEI could easily become a fully reporting company on the pinks. I am fine with it. I know the company exist and I know it has been actively doing business. Those articles tell me a lot more about the company then outdated filings.
Please add the articles I have recently posted to the sticky notes.
They are relevant and do show the company has made some acquisitions after the 10Q.
It also shows them doing business. They are not just a shell company.

I am quite happy with them trading on the greys. Tougher for the ones that need to cover to know where the sells will be..........hehehehehehehehee
No need to be concerned about what exchange we are going to trade on.
There are tons of buyers and there are tons of folks that sold stock in SAEI that was not theirs to sell. They will need to come back in the market and buy it back at some point. Put your sell order in @ $2.50. That is where the buy out is to take place.
The company comes out with a PR the first day saying the buyout offer is still in tack and we are trading in the greys, lift all your sell orders to $5.00...........
It will be hilarious.
There were tons of folks buying this stock on the week of the free fall. Someone was buying this stock because they know a hell of lot more than a lot of these folks claim to know.
15C-211 signifies nothing. 90% of the companies trading on the OTC are not in compliance with the 15C-211. Especially shell companies that exchanged hands recently. They probably were unaware they were required to file it. The main reason to file it in the first place is to get market makers on the line up. The company probably felt there was no need to update their business plan or file a 15C-211 because there were Market Makers already on the line up. Many Markets will go on the line up if they see other MMs on the lineup without requesting a 15C-211 from the company.
Its in our favor longs to see this for the reason to be moved to the pinks. It is one of the protocols the SEC goes through when asking a company to provide information or a business plan. ALL GOOD!
Hold tight and don't let all the negativity get the best of you. Most of it is unwarranted and not valid.
We will be hearing from the company.

Unfortunately, you along with 90% of the naysayers on this thread are in the same camp without confirming any of it with the company.
You are all saying the company is guilty before you have even heard the facts from the company. If that is not libel and defamation, then I don't know what is.
FACT: This article also shows that Supatcha Resources acquired 98% stake in the Odessa Blast in the Autumn. That would be past the date of the last 10Q that was filed for the end of August 31, 2010. That explains why it is not showing up in the last 10Q.
Another article that deserves to be put in the sticky notes.
In addition, in the autumn of 2010. Supatcha bought a 98% share in the project to develop gold deposits may in Odesa Oblast. In addition, American gornodobytcik was in the final stages of acquiring additional gold assets, among which 50 per cent share in the "Beam Wide" (Dnipropetrovsk region).

Why wasn't an 8-k filed? I don't know. Not every company files an 8-k for every transaction they do. Prime example, AAPL, they probably do hundreds of transactions a day. They don't file an 8-k on every transaction.
FACT: I have asked now, more than once to have this article added to the sticky notes and no one has responded to my request.
http://www.microsofttranslator.com/BV.aspx?ref=IE8Activity&a=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ua-reporter.com%2Fnovosti%2F99432
It is my believe this article obviously shows that Supatcha Resources is a real company and is in business. This article came out 12.16.10, SAEI was suspended on 12.17.10. There is a very good possibility the SEC has not or had not seen this article leading up to the suspension.
FACT: I am going to be putting a buy order in on the day that trading resumes. I anticipate there will be those who just want out. I don't plan on selling any of those shares to anyone who needs them.
I have already placed 200,000 shares for sale @ $2.50. The rest for those who need them will have to pay well over $5.00/share.
FACT: Here are the requirements to be listed on the OTCMarkets.
