Well, do it in an SEC filing, and it's called "fraud".

There has been no fraud committed here as of yet. Only in your eyes.
Blatant plagarism, yes. Too damn lazy to do it themselves.
If they can show the SEC these folks actually exist and have referencese and phone numbers, etc. then we are ok.

Until then, you have nothing. Quit saying you have evidence. All you have is accusations. That is it..........

Going out on a public forum and trying to nail these folks is totally wrong approach. Why? You have told the world what you believe what they have done wrong. Now, they know, if they are guilty how to cover their tracks the next time.

While you think you have save a few investors some heartache, you have just give the crooks, if they really are the crooks, better ideas on how to not make the same mistake again.

Eventually, the shorts will have a harder time profiting and more difficult time unraveling the scams. Each time you post on a public forum, you are writing the book, "How to run a scam better than these folks".
