Dear Shareholders,
Many of you have written and asked what's going on? Slowly, we are making progress. The process of restructuring our company has begun.. While I had hoped we'd be further ahead , I am satisfied we are on the correct path. I am committed to cleaning up the balance sheet so that it correctly identifies the companys assets, liabilities and shareholder equity.
.
You have also written with your concerns regarding the dispute in leadership. I am confident in our position. We carry the necessary corporate goverance to move forward without hesitation or reservation. Corporate Counsel has been retained to further clairify our position and address any baseless issues that may arise.
It is obvious there are dissidents among us that wish the company failure. Why you ask? Frankly I can't understand the rationality. As shareholders we invested in the company with the expectation it would someday prosper. This should be our sole direction. The negativity is counter-productive and is a waste of time, productivity and borders on the upsurd.
(my favorite part)
Lastly is our financing in jeapordy? No. Our partner is committed to working with management as agreed.
Please continue to write with any questions you might have. I look forward to the day when we can work together making ReelTime something to be proud of.
Sincerely,
James Hodge

Now that makes sense gonzo is a an infomercial promoter.
You might want to get some bail money ready park because llible, mail fraud, fiiling false documents and impersonating a CEO can get expensive.
Nice post, gonzo is MF's lackey, the stuff he is doing now should have been done four years ago.
haha, bcci don't let these paranoid posters make you explain yourself.
This is so funny....
Great job with the football pool over the years John, stick a fork in me I'm done for this year. Hope to see ya back next year.
New England please. C'mon boys keep me in the pool.
Green Bay please.
We just want to pump you up!!

Nice... :)
Houston please.
Anyone "smart enough" would know that he asking for the money because he knows it won't happen. Begging for thousands of dollars from investors to send him to WA and pay his exspenses and court costs sounds like a nice vacation to me.
This is his way of bowing out.
Really, have you read his "Friday Update".
Why anyone is still posting this crap is beyond me.
Thought you would like that one bcci, time to sit back and wait for the shareholder auction.
Dollar Bill has such a way with words, had to use it.
Nice...you on board with this guy or what?
C'mon Hodge get this to $.59 where Gonzo got out at with BCCI.

I had my shares here from the time of ICTN. When this stock starated going up in price, I did some quick DD, and my first conclusion ws that this could go up to a dollar or two if the franchising idea was done properly. I originally thought that the dump would be on the franchisees, thus, the investors could profit.
However, as I looked further into this, I came to the realization that this was an old fashion pump and dump, and I got out at .59 the day before it hit the .84.
I would have never put my money in here from the start. (I have investments in several restaurant companies, which I already mentioned here for comparison.) I was lucky to be able to get out when I did in the pump phase. Having seen a lot of people lose money in ventures like this, I am always tempted to warn them.

LMFAO...
Us (not you FH) enablers should be booked on the Oprah show.
I thought he was entering a quiet period?
Why doesn't he STFU.
More nasty emails from Gonzo, I'm going to be investigated for being a BH enabler....lol. You can't make this crap up.
Got a nasty email from Gonzo.
Hey GL did MF tell you to send it?
It's OK to trash MG and Bev on your site publicly, what's a matter you can't handle the criticism?
I'm not a liar, I call it as I see it.
Did you know the the reason why the enabledware merger didn't go through was because they (enabledware) wanted to take the company to bankruptcy and dilute the old shareholders? That was the reason for all the delay. They (MG and Bev) settled for Baird to try to get the companany going again, put that on your site.
MF had his chance, why can't he let go like MG and Bev and live with his decision?
Come tough guy answer me publicaly, since your not really the CEO of reeltime. haha
Not sure if this is what you are referring to:
http://www.businessweek.com/news/2011-11-16/allied-home-mortgage-s-fha-privileges-reinstated-by-judge.html
Different Hodge as far as I know, out of Houston, TX.
Correct me if I am wrong.
lol mikey...next few weeks should be interesting.
Park, I'm willing to give Hodge the benefit of the doubt, no matter what has transpired in the past, I see no reason to pass judgment on him just yet.
What bcci said is right on, GL has an agenda to undermine what seems to be a proper transfer of power to Hodge. IMO, Gonzo is MF's patsy, and it is MF's "Vendetta". I was on Gonzo email list and saw all the docs being spread around, had to get off the list because reading them gave me a migraine, there was nothing note worthy in those docs. In hind sight I say, MF should have taken care of all the problems with reeltime when he was CEO, but instead he chooses to try run this company by having other people do his bidding.
Making this company (shell) worth investing in again is what matters to me right now, the rumors that Hodge is a BH crony have no merit, IMO, and again I see no reason to doubt Hodge.
Nice post bcci.
I don't know what he has up his sleeve, but lets see if he can break the reeltime curse soon. I don't think I could handle another year in this stock. 0_o
lol...DET>>
Detroit please, thanks John.

James, I’m writing you to find out a few things concerning reeltime. First, will the company be as the website portrays, a media group that has made some acquisitions and will fund other companies as an angel investor or will the company reemerge as something completely different? Have you found any funding to right the company? Finally, how is your progress on finding people to fill the corporate positions doing?
I have many more questions, but I’m sure your flooded with inquiries from other investors and hopefully your hard at work making this company viable again. I wish you good luck as I am a long time holder of stock in this company, since ’07, and am patiently awaiting to see this company back on its feet.

Nothing yet.
Now get this puppy to .10 Hodge!!
Ok Dollar, this makes it to .10, I'll see ya in Vegas and I'll raise your few laughs and a few beers to alot of laughs and alot of beers.
Exactly Dollar!
I really don't care at this point, I've taken my tax write off for the year and brought my average down to .0055. A run to around .02-.03 and I'm out here.
lol.....if that's the case then I will back GL...time for a wake and bake... :)~
Are we selling plants to married guy's now?
No one voted him in as CEO (fact). This ihub investor revolt spurred on by his actions and the prodding by MF with the release of company docs has at least brought some response from who is actually in charge.

Re: ReelTime Rentals, Inc.
Greetings Fellow Shareholders:
I am writing this letter to introduce myself and to shed some light on what has transpired at ReelTime Rentals, Inc. (“ReelTime”) over the past months. My name is James Hodge and I have been elected Chairman of the Board and CEO of ReelTime. I have extensive experience in the turnaround of businesses such as ours. I have been working on a consulting basis for Capital Consulting, Inc. of Delray Beach, Florida for the past ten (10) years.
First and foremost, I realize that ReelTime has had a lack of communication, to say the least. It is my goal to immediately improve communication level for all stakeholders. There are many tasks at hand. Most importantly is raising operating capital so the company can move forward in its business objectives. I am busy interviewing private equity firms to accomplish that goal. In the near future, we will have investor calls where you will be fully updated on the company's progress.
Finally, there is a need to establish a new management team to rebuild the company's inner core. Finding these qualified individuals is paramount.
I look forward to the challenges at hand and, rest assured, I will do my best to help our company emerge. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Working together as one, the company's value will be realized.
Best Regards,
James C. Hodge, Chairman and CEO
ReelTime Rentals, Inc.
