Really, have you read his "Friday Update".

Why anyone is still posting this crap is beyond me.


Unless the investors are willing to ante several thousand dollars, this becomes a dead issue. A presentation before the court would show that I am the legitimate CEO and Chairman as I have all the proper documentation. However, if the stockholders are unwilling to pay the costs, there is nothing to it. Regardless, I am still the legit CEO.
