How about both? They could release something via a press release and then have a conf call after the close to answer any questions or comments by interested parties.
Tony, no one thinks AmSpec does anything other than testing and certification. They have a CLIENT LIST of blenders, and large and small oil companies. Having them as an ally that could facilitate a partnership with some of their clients is the exciting prospect of dealing with them.
No one is saying that deals don't change. When a company posts pictures or news about developments, those are GENUINE unless something changes. I don't doubt the Illinois deal was real but terms on the new land couldn't be agreed to. If JR can partner up with Agrimax and AmSpec, then the other things don't matter at all. When someone is looking for a job they generally interview with many companies and choose 1 to work for in the end. It doesn't mean there is anything wrong with the other x amount of companies but decisions need to be made as to which is the best possible fit. The same thing here, JR has announced partnerships with other companies but not all deals are going to come to fruition for one reason or another.
I want the deal we strike to be solid and profitable. So far the Agrimax and AmSpec partnerships seem to be the best deal for USSE/SSTP shareholders.
Wrong again, al. His proof is his videos, the website he has set up, his phone numbers and address for anyone who wants to contact him, records of his stays at hotels that he said he stayed at on his trip, the fact that he has told anyone who wants to buy the fuel he brought back from Natchez, to call him and set it up......
That's way more proof than anyone else on these boards has provided.
http://www.geobiofuels.com/tanksstations.html
Where might someone go to see proof of these allegations? I would like to read the details for myself not second hand on the message boards.
We had some good news on Friday, but without any follow up news today including more details, the stocks fall back again. If we want to keep the momentum going, we need to have consistent updates with details. I have to believe that other good things are happening behind the scenes but we need to have those things brought to the forefront via news releases.
Even when products are in production they are continually tested for quality control. They are obviously trying different blending ratios and techniques to maximize the characteristics of the output. The only way to see which combos yield the best results is to test them and analyze the results. After the best is identified, the production begins but still needs to be tested for quality control and consistency.
Hey alstocks, does this answer your question?

Fed cuts discount rate
The central bank, citing market conditions that have 'deteriorated,' cut the symbolic discount rate by a half of a percentage point.
August 17 2007: 8:41 AM EDT
NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- The Federal Reserve, reacting to concerns about the subprime lending crisis and the volatility in the financial markets that have resulted from it, announced Friday that it is cutting its so-called discount rate temporarily by a half percentage point, to 5.75 percent.
The discount rate is the rate the Federal Reserve banks across the country charge qualified lenders - mainly banks - for temporary loans. It is largely symbolic.
The central bank did not change its more closely watched federal funds rate, which affects rates that consumers pay on various types of loans. That rate remains at 5.25 percent.
The Fed last met Aug. 7 and decided to leave both the federal funds and discount rates unchanged. But since then, stocks have plunged further due to fears that some financial institutions and hedge funds were in serious trouble because of the mortgage meltdown.
Read the Fed's statement
Mortgage lender Countrywide Financial (Charts, Fortune 500), for example, announced Thursday that it needed to tap an $11.5 billion line of credit because of liquidity problems. That came a day after an analyst at Merrill Lynch suggested that Countrywide might need to declare bankruptcy.
In a statement, the Fed said that it took the move to "promote the restoration of orderly conditions in financial markets."
In another statement, the central bank indicated that "financial market conditions have deteriorated, and tighter credit conditions and increased uncertainty have the potential to restrain economic growth going forward."
The Fed added that "although recent data suggest that the economy has continued to expand at a moderate pace, the Federal Open Market Committee judges that the downside risks to growth have increased appreciably" and that the Fed was prepared to take more action if necessary.
Stock futures, which were initially trading lower Friday following another wild day Thursday, surged higher following the Fed's announcement.

Quote of the day:

'This market is going down like free beer. ... I would say if there had been a day when we're trying to price in a worst-case scenario, this might be it."

Down 317 now..................
"If you can't beat them, join them". That will be the attitude of big oil going forward as the norm moves more towards alternative solutions and away from fossil fuels. It won't happen overnight but if big oil can blend their products, make them more environmentally friendly and still make a profit, they will jump at the chance.
http://www.o2diesel.com/video/vegas.wmv
I would also hope that Agrimax might have some connections as well as AMSPEC. AMSPEC says their customer base includes some major oil companies, so possibly could use that as an avenue to bigger things for USSE/SSTP:
"AmSpec client’s range from the largest multi-national oil companies, US refiners and blenders, trading houses to the smallest end-user home heating oil companies, on which the company was founded."
AmSpec was founded in 1987 in Linden, NJ as Amspec Inc. Following the unfortunate demise of the founder Ed Levy in 1994 the company was run by his widow, Debra until the present management structure took control of the company as AmSpec Services in 1997.
From its’ humble beginning with three employees in Linden, NJ, AmSpec has grown to more than 100 employees with offices and laboratories in the principle ports on the East and Gulf coasts including 2 fully-equipped, EPA registered laboratories servicing New York and Houston harbors
JANUARY 2006
Amspec Services, proudly announces the opening of two new offices in Two UK at Following Locations.
Wimbledon, London
Scunthorpe, N. Lincolnshire
The opening of these offices is part of our continuing strategy to develop the region and increase our customer service base, enhancing our existing businesses both here and abroad.
The offices are linked to the Amspec Services communications network to assure they stay as informed and responsive to the needs of our clients as the rest of the organization.
AmSpec’s laboratory services have evolved from basic diesel and fuel oil analysis to state-of-the-art gasoline analysis and extensive chemical testing. Recent innovations have added complete ULSD and Bio Diesel capabilities to our Linden NJ and Houston TX Locations additionally the Houston laboratory is one of the few laboratories in the region equipped for tetra-ethyl lead blending and evaluations for atypical high-octane products. The Linden laboratory currently holds several RFG contracts and numerous conventional gasoline and oversight testing contracts.
AmSpec is an active participant in industry standard and regulatory bodies. Senior Management currently sits on the IFIA Board of Directors. All field inspectors, with the exception of trainees, are fully certified by IFIA. AmSpec laboratories are active in all available API, ASTM, and Atlantic Regional Round Robin testing programs. In the first quarter of 2003, AmSpec completed its’ ISO 9000:2000 certification.
AmSpec client’s range from the largest multi-national oil companies, US refiners and blenders, trading houses to the smallest end-user home heating oil companies, on which the company was founded.
AmSpec is proud to be able to maintain such a diverse client base through exceptional service. The company meets its’ clients multi-faceted needs with personalized service while still maintaining the independence and impartiality required.
AmSpec’s future plans are based on the principles that have allowed it to reach its’ present status. Further expansion is planned for the company’s existing bases of operation and internationally to both complement and augment its’ current services. International expansion has already started with the establishment of a group of affiliate inspection companies in the Americas; Venezuela, Aruba, Mexico, Central America, Peru and Brazil and in Europe; Netherlands, France and Scandinavia. More affiliates are presently being sought in other locations. The increased geographic coverage provided by expansion and affiliation will help to meet Amspec’s goal of enhancing service and service availability.
Now we need some players who can buy large quantities of the OD-66 either for their own consumption or to sell and distribute. I am talking millions of gallons. If we can get that in place, the stock prices will take care of themselves.
I don't think you are correct. USSE is in a partnership with Agrimax of Texas. They blended the fuel with the USSE additive and shipped it back to Natchez where Ron picked it up. Agrimax is an approved fuel blender. Whatever the case may be, the important thing is to get this OD-66 on the market as quickly as possible.
That doesn't mean it was produced in Natchez. Could it have been produced in Houston and shipped to Natchez for pickup?

A certain fuel was purchased from a company in Texas and used on the return trip. The fuel gained more mileage, than the biodiesel I used on the way down. The torque and horsepower were crisp very strong, compared to the flat pedal of B100. I truly feel we have a winner has been born!
A certain company is going through changes, big friends getting aboard to run ship. New CEO's, new additional locations, new contracts, new everything! All this happening quickly because of new advancements in fuels.
No names mentioned. Just my opinion.
Maybe they aren't producing it in Mississippi so don't need them. They are partnered with Agrimax in Texas who is already an approved blender and Ron is selling it in Conn so MDEQ doesn't come into play there either. Call JR and ask about MDEQ and see what the answer is.
He says he can sell it and has prices on the site for the fuel. Normally when someone has something for sale with prices posted and says they are licensed, bonded and insured, I believe they can sell it until I am shown evidence to the contrary.

Stocks usually trade on expectations and USSE/SSTP are in an industry that is growing rapidly and the potential revenue for alternative fuel companies can be in the billions of dollars. That being said a 50 million mkt cap isn't that unreasonable. We do need some news on how long it will be until we start to realize the potential revenues and earnings associated with the potential.
I am disappointed that we haven't seen any news in almost a month. I have to think that there has to be something newsworthy going on since the AMSPEC test results came out July 17th. I,for one, think we need some kind of press release and/or conf call to let shareholders know where things stand.

USSE/SSTP's New E-Diesel. (OD-66)
USSE/SSTP offers a revolutionary new energy process that creates three times more fuel per feedstock unit than any other biofuel process. USSE is pleased to announce that, based on a series of recent independent miscibility studies , it has successfully created not one, but two, new forms of E-Diesel liquid fuel created from the proprietary Rivera Process. In laboratory tests just completed by Alchem Labs, and AmSpec Labs, the breakthrough USSE/SSTP's E-Diesel fuel promotes the miscibility of ethanol with diesel and hence creates a better fuel blend of traditional commercial-based diesel and ethanol in a 66% Biofuel/34% Petro Diesel ratio and a groundbreaking biodiesel, diesel, ethanol and additive mixture.

I just spoke to the front desk clerk in Bristol, VA Holiday Inn and low and behold Ron did stay there from the 8th to the 9th of August 2007.
Anyone who needs "proof" should call themselves:

Once the company releases their approved news then Ron can post any videos or pictures of his trip. Until then the nondisclosure agreement prohibits it.
So tell me. I am not going to pretend to want to buy fuel when I don't have any need for it. If you know tell everyone here what happens.
I don't have any use for it so why would I purchase it? I am an investor in USSE/SSTP not someone who can utilize large amounts of biofuel. Why don't you tell me what happens since you think you know.

I left on Tues Aug 7th @ 12noon. Arrived in Bristol, Virg. on Aug 8th. Loaded on Aug 9th. returned on Aug 12th, with a smile!
I stayed overnights at Harisburg, Virg. @ Hotel 8, and Bristol, Virg. @ Holiday Inn Conference Center. You bashers can check.
I think it was room 525 or 535 at Holiday Inn.
My source actually posts videos of the totes, truck etc that he is going to use to take on his trip. Post some pictures or videos of your source's evidence to the contrary and I will consider it. Otherwise, I beleive Ron/Conn since he has something to back up his version other than hearsay.
Still not proof. Just hearsay. I don't know who your witness is, his motives and his credibility. Until I have something credible to dispute what Ron/Conn said, I will have to believe him.
Your proof that he never went to Natchez? I guess that truck full of empty fuel totes was just a ruse and the whole gebiofuels website, and all of the items with geobiofuels painted on them is just a ruse too? Show me some proof of your claims, otherwise I believe the people who are actually doing something not just bashing.
November, this may answer your question:
