In an effort to make my portfolio easier to stomach I sold all of my ETLK on 12/19 @ .03, but I wish all who still hold good luck and a prosperous New Year. Figures ETLK would double since I sold, but no regrets here...Again, I wish you a peaceful and profitable 2006...
bb
Correct me if I'm wrong, but why do you think MKA will benefit FLTL shareholders? We won't own a part of MKA unless we buy into it, even if Chen did use our shares to merge with MKA. FLTL is still FLTL as far as I can figure, but what we don't know is what is left of FLTL since Flora is not answering emails regarding that issue...Full disclosure time. I sold all my FLTL on 12/21 @ .04 cuz I didn't want to look at it in my portfolio in 2006...Good luck to those that are hangin' on and have a Happy New Year...
bb
Hey, you left one out..."Maligayang Pasko at Manigong Bagong Taon" Filipino for, "Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year"...Peace
bb
LOL...Somebody Could go over to RB and post and give them something to do. The dumber of the 2 tried to start something yesterday, but no takers...OC put me on ignore cuz the truth was bothering him and I won't discuss anything with dumber until he answers my question to him/her/it...

Thanks MOM...

yes, you may...
bb
I remember the "Big news" MBR is referring to...and I remember you humbly admitting your attempt to stir things up...Tough to live those things down on this board. We have gotten enough of that in the past...
bb
I got the same thing. My letter only mentioned the p/r. No new news...

Are you bored?...Then try this...

Here is something for the optimist. They say we have 114 million shares left in FLTL. I thought we had 124 million but I like their figure better. Anyway after a 1 for 25 r/s there are 4,560,000 shares to FLTL. That SHOULD provide ample room for volitility and with some good news, COULD experience nice increases in s/p. IF they can control their habit of procurement and payment by dilution, we may have a chance to get something out of this yet...uhhhhh, don't hold your breath...
bb
Hope this works...

ETLK trying to blast through .03 today...Goooooo ETLK...
bb
...I didn't think I could be the ONLY one who didn't like the MKA thing from the beginning...
bb
Atta boy Silver. Let 'em know...
bb
Yuppp, I did, persistance did finally pay off. The squeaky wheel got some oil...However it has spawned more questions in my pea-brain, sooooooooo...Another letter has been sent. IF I get any more info I'll post it...I think we should all write them and let them know that we are concerned and that we want to know what is going on. Did we really vote on this MK thing and if we did would we have voted with almost unanimous approval knowing the details? I'd like to think we wouldn't have settled for just dilution with no sugar on it...
bb
According to the updated website, seems Fintel's management and board members are the same as MKA Capital. What am I missing?
bb
...I suppose the blame can be spread around, but I put it right on DC. His methods almost destroyed HRCT and he has taken our little spinoff and used it as a vehicle for his own success. We are left with a shattered FLTL and three resigned officers. I expect those 3 will resurface with the NEW and improved FLTL. I hope we still have our 14,000,000 shares of EJYM. I don't see how that could have been a part of the acquisition, but the OTC has surprised me in the past, and I'm sure it will in the future. Can't wait to see the next quarters financials...
bb
Sorry, I don't speak German, but here is a response from Flora at Fintel regarding the reverse merger with MKA Aviation...

Dear Mr.
Evidently our earlier email didn't reach you. I'm very sorry for the delay.
Fintel did not undergo a merger per se, rather more akin to a reverse takeover, but at our instigation. The takeover is a default of the efforts we made to acquire 75% of MK Aviation. The acquisition expands our scope, and should prove to be highly valuable to our shareholders.
Fintel (Nevada registered) remains as the parent company, but will change its name to MKA Capital, to reflect the focus and expansion of the operations. MKA Capital will have 2 primary segments: 1) aircraft leasing and 2) investments in Chinese SMEs (same as FLTL prior).
Shares will not be issued to FLTL shareholders in consequence to the acquisition. FLTL shareholders and their holdings remain constant, but diluted on account of the share issued for the acquisition.
By float, I take you to mean the number of shares that can be freely traded on the market. At this time, this number is approximately 25mm shares. This number is expected to increase over time, as the SEC restrictions come off for certain issues made prior.
Beyond this, the SEC restricts our ability to release information, so we cannot divulge more.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
Best regard.
Flora

No problem. I was surprised to have finally gotten a response. I wish it was more positive, but what the heck. We should be immune to these jolts by now...Anyone interpret this differently?
bb
The best part...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Shares will not be issued to FLTL shareholders in consequence to the acquisition. FLTL shareholders and their holdings remain constant, but diluted on account of the share issued for the acquisition.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
...pretty cool. We won't have to worry about MKA Capital, cuz we ain't gettin' any...unless we buy them once they become publicly traded. Seems like we got the shortend though, considering it was our shares that were diluted to take part in this reverse merger...and this is now officially, a phun stock to own. Where is the vaseline?...

...Well, how do you like that?
bb
You don't think that is a possibility? Why not?
bb
Maybe...and maybe MK starts up another airline with his retained 25%?
bb
Daytrade FLTL? That would be almost impossible considering the price and volume. So nope. No ATTEMPTS to accumulate more FLTL in any way shape or form. I am not a fan of Chen. He appears to be even more of a loose cannon than Phan was. My favorite daytrading stock is SEB. Does not compare well with FLTL, but to each his or her own...So what happens to the 25% of the companies left out of this transaction? What does that become? At least the FLTL part of the deal that we are a part of...Anybody care to venture a guess?
bb
...It's a habit...
bb
And considering the time zone he lives in, he ain't gettin' much sleep...or doin' much work either. When I'm in Asia and I want to follow the market, my hours are 9:30 PM to 4 AM, but the most frustrating thing is maintaining an internet connection, depending on where I am...The Tin-o-meter is at 7738 posts and counting...
bb
If FLTL becomes MKA Capital and our shares are subject to a 1 for 25 r/s, what becomes of the 25% of FLTL and MK Aviation left out of the deal? As for the r/s, I'm for it but it remains to be seen if the fundamentals and financial stats will be there to support it. If not, it could be a rapid decline. With their(questionable) 30 year profitable history, they should have no problem maintaining $1.25...and maybe they will try to debut on the AMEX. I would feel better without Chen in the picture, but Mory, hopefully will keep him in check. You can be sure that, that is the reason MK wants to maintain controlling interest of the company...I thought we might receive shares of MKA Capital as a divvy and keep our shares of FLTL. Fooled again, but since it all started with free shares and I have spent $0.00 accumulating more, I'm happy with what is transpiring...Aren't you?
bb
Fintel share info...
APPLICABLE ONLY TO CORPORATE ISSUERS
State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common
equity, as of the latest practicable date:
Common Stock: par value of $0.001; 124,143,454 shares issued and outstanding as
at October 10, 2005.
...The float for Financial Telecom as of, December 1, 2005, is 29,351,920 shares...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
If that truly is the float, and I believe it to be since it came from Signature, FLTL should have a wider price range than it does on days with volume over 100,000...or at least I think it should...
bb
Say good bye...
...everybody gets shares...is that incentive? Or dilution?
bb
...What is your time for this momentous event. When you say, "right away" do you mean when the merger is made a public trading company? You think it will debut on NASDAQ? Wouldn't that be wonderful...although highly unlikely. So what do you mean by right away?
bb
...could this be where you heard it? From the ETLK board...LOL
MBR, I'd like to see a r/s, but it seems unlikely now that WE have almost unanimously voted for an additional 183,000,000 shares. I just hope we get some bang for our dilution this time. We shall see...
Thanks...
Hey Tin, I see they added Signature Stock Transfer to their investor relations page, but the email address they give isn't working for me. Do you have another?...
