Take a look at Creative Vistas
http://www.creativevistasinc.com/corpinfo.htm
Creative Vistas was actually publicly traded at one point the went defunct. Norward resurrected the company recently. Creative Vistas is the parent company to the tech comp
He registered creative vistas around the same time he registered Cuba beverage in California
The telcom composite AC technical systems Inc and the parent company is creative vistas
Look up Cuba Beverage. It will give you a physical address for AC Technical systems which is a subsidiary of creative vistas. them up here
Look up Cuba beverage and creative vistas here Norward linked
https://bizfileonline.sos.ca.gov/search/business
Agreed. I found all this info by looking at the California business name search. Norward registered CUBV on or around July 19 in CA. He used an Ontario address as the principle address. The Ontario address is a telcomm company. That telcom company is a subsidiary of another company that used to be public but went defunct. Around the same time he registered CUBV in CA he registered the parent company of the Canadian telcom in California. That company was formed in Arizona.
Note I would have provided all the names but not near a computer and dealing with a family thing. However if you follow the steps I just laid out you can find what I found. I will be more specific once the family thing gets resolved and I get back home to my office
No clue about his reputation but looks like he does some shady things. All of his office addresses are located in “rent a desk” office suites. Also looks like he uses defunct brokerage firms like bear stearns to look like bona fide business deals but he always misspells them on the paperwork. His favorite is “Bear Sterns Lehman”. Notice “Sterns” is spelled without the “a”. Just something fishy here and we need answers
That’s VESL look under Cuba Beverage
Wrong spelling of the name it’s Norward not Norwood. Wish it was that guy
The attorney is well respected in CA and just merged with another prominent firm. He has a good track record. Not really worried about that. You should be more worried about who Eddie Norward Jr is and how come he shows on the Wyoming and California SOS but has not been updated on OTC. Guy appears to be shady in my opinion. Not sure the VESL deal was consummated but it is a well respected software company with HQ in ft Collins, Colorado with global offices. The directors really need to tell us what role Eddie plays and why is he involved.
About a month ago I would have thought you were crazy for making that statement as all the players looked legit. The addition of Eddie Norward as the secretary/GP/director now makes me feel otherwise and partially agree with your statement. Really hope they didn’t screw us…again
Starting to look an awful lot like GM 2.0… a lot of promises but no follow through. Getting vibes that the deal is dead and they threw a Hail Mary to Eddie Norward who looks to be worse than Morgan and Sharp combined. Losing the warm fuzzies
Not sure but if there was it would be halted. But I am not seeing any indication that it was halted
I would be very surprised if it is not something good based upon the amount of money they are spending and the players involved. I am cautiously optimistic but you are right it is really anyone's game at this point.
Little more digging around turns out the link you posted is connected to the one in Colorado. It’s their Singapore division that handles financing
Nothing other than getting a good money counter and a good accountant lol
No worries, that’s just my guess at this point anything can happen.
If I had to venture a guess it’s this one:
https://veslsolutions.tech/
This is only my opinion but a lot of signs point to that company. Where they set up in Cheyenne Wyoming is only 45 minutes from their main office in Fort Collins, Colorado.
I don’t think that is the Vesl they are merging with
I don’t think so
Glad to see VESL is still listed as an affiliate. Just did a little more poking around and found their linked-in page. It appears they have some connection to lithium batteries.
https://www.linkedin.com/company/vesl-llc/

Likely won’t drop until after the trading day. Keep in mind they are on pacific time
Lol doubt that the treasurer found someone’s debit card and was trying to find the person
Definitely possible as well, only time will tell
He also has connections to InCapta another software company in Wyoming that is traded on OTC
Agreed, my hunch (this is only a hunch) is he is a conduit, only here as a formality to consummate the deal and navigate Wyoming sos
I want to say they are all one in the same so long as it relates to a software company. There is a vesl that is a cannabis company but that was ruled out when the annual report mentioned they were looking for an opportunity with a software company
Finally so we put this to rest. If you go to wysos, most of the directors have the same address and it turns out that VESL llc, formed March 2022 has the same exact address. I don’t think that is a coincidence.
I certainly can be completely wrong about this but there is a ton of evidence pointing in that direction.
Yes, background in software development looks like he along for the ride
You probably misspelled something. According to Edgar that company has existed since 2007
I agree with that assessment as well
I’m not so certain that is entirely accurate…
I agree I think all their ducks are in a row and now going through the motions at this point. They made a point to thank OTC so they tells me they have a relationship and working with them. I don’t think it will take a week and it will not be announced until it’s done. Announce any sooner and someone can swoop in and put a wrench in it or hold it hostage. Just be patient, there’s something let management do what they have to. If it starts to take too long then we poke the bear but that’s not for weeks and maybe even a couple of months
I think the application is boundless to be honest. This is not confirmed but it’s a data management company with a multitude of applications. Look at bluefin data as well. Says that it is VESL software. VESL solutions website has a diagram one part that say powered by VESL software. Also both use triangles as part of the display and could be a trademark. All speculation but I think the software is a new application
Technically the managers can change the name and symbol at any time even without a r/m. However I think it is a positive sign they are. Ask yourself why would they spend the money to change it if they planned to maintain status quo as a shell. Waste of time and resources in my opinion. However this is only speculation but I am cautiously optimistic.
Congrats to all that stuck this one out through all the turmoil, don’t spend your money all in one place ??
It is my understanding that they do not need to file quarterly reports as a shell corp since they have no income.
That is my understanding as well she is out of the picture and no longer custodian
That or it’s easier to ensure they had complete control over the r/m. Anyone could have swooped in to get leverage if they purchased enough stock.
I posted the connections previously
I think they may be emerging from any quiet period hence why all the filings. They need it current to make all the changes to the ticker and change the name. They probably submitted the paperwork and waiting for it to be processed. I also think they have not filed any quarterly reports yet because they may show actual business at this point and may violate the shell status. They can probably get away with a few things for now but will likely have to announce something in the near future. Only wild card here is the sharp litigation which appears to be winding up. They are figuring out attorney fees at this point from what I gather.
VESL LLC is likely the merger candidate, its a software/consulting company. I have posted my speculation about them previously. They are a software company that may have ties to Oracle. A possible subsidiary company of oracle. That has been my speculation but evidence continue to point in that direction.
Any person that buys a particular stock is hoping for a get rich dream lol. I think it is encouraging that the stock is not getting pumped and has very little movement at this time. From my experience, when the stock increases dramatically without substantial news, usually indicates to me that someone is playing around to short it. At this point we have seen a steady but less dramatic incline. Albeit it is still susceptible to being played with but there is overwhelming evidence that a bona fide R/M is on the table and very probable. A shorty would run the risk that news could drop at any time and they would be out a boatload of money.
