No it wasn't. It should have been easily interpreted.
I would rather have the price reach $0.06 before the RS because afterwards my 4 million shares at an unlikely $5 is worth far less.
Some sunshine pumpers want people to believe $5 per share after the RS is a glorious result.
That's correct. However, some folks like to claim that a RS isn't bad if we uplist and the price hits $3-$5.
I wanted to emphasize the difference and harm a RS causes to profit.
I was not equating the two. I was demonstrating the profitability of of my shares before a RS and after, using a seemingly high target after an uplist, being that $3 is required.
Yes, everyone that truly believes should buy more shares. I will not. I fo not like the 250:1 RS that is looming.
Quick math -
I would rather have my 4 million shares at $0.04 than 16k shares (post RS) at $5
Those beating their chest about an uplist post the RS don't math much.
Ideally the price will rise high enough to take out some liquidity prior to the RS, and then it run roughshod after the RS and uplist.
Agreed and to my point.
The deck is currently stacked against us without significant information.
Should the nightmare scenario occur I won't attempt to sell. I will simply use the capital losses against future gains (likely crypto).
How many current egoc investors have over 1 million shares? I would guess a considerable amount.
What would have to happen for the demand to push the price to $0.25? Don't forget that there is a RS in the Hopper.
Imo, we would need a known company, an established entity with verifiable financials, and a PR across major news outlets. That would give egoc a chance at a quarter $0.25 prior to a RS.
How do others see it???
Very little imo. Too much uncertainty with the shell filling companies and the financials. Folks here have seen pumps on insignificant news and pumps on various filings that proved insignificant. Until I see unequivocally verified news on the companies taking over the ticker I am not adding or selling.
I don't want to miss out on something that could end up being special NOR do I want to be the liquidity exit for a group of people artificially raising the price.
So, can I create a business with pocket change for revenue and use it to fill a shell???
And can I expect those with shares to be thrilled about shell status removal?
A little levity while we continue to wait for some actual verifiable price discovery news.
Everybody on this side of the room that is going to sell based on comments posted here...
Everybody on this side of the room that is going to hold based on comments posted here...
Everybody in the middle of the room that is holding based on time and money invested and is riding it out...
My guess is that this imaginary room has nobody on the walls.
So all the newest news is that we don't have any new news, officially.
Why, please explain?
The secession of events was quite odd, especially being that they had navigated through most hurdles, requirements, and proceedings.
Almost as if something happened nobody knows about, the scam came to an end, or things are going to turn around.
Whatever...waiting til December 1 to see what happens and evaluate the situation.
1. Let's agree that things do not look favorable.
2. Please keep posting as you wish but might I suggest doing so without comments about buying. Nobody needs to know when you buy or that you plan to buy. It comes off as "encouraging/promoting" the action.
3. You and others could prove to be correct about the "big" possibilities of this ticker, or, y'all will be incorrect by epic proportions.
Time will tell. Good luck.
So, I had to learn to live by one of Gordon Geckos famous quotes -
"Never get emotional about a stock"...
Not disagreeing with you...however, what would be the point to announcing large RS if it was a pump and dump?
Hopefully there are adults with common sense and basic deductive reasoning abilities on this board. If someone makes a comment without offering evidence to substantiate it then it should be taken as opinion.
The facts are all negative or inconclusive as of now. Hopefully that changes.
There is no big time move with a 250:1 RS looming. Otherwise, the RS wouldn't be needed.
To uplist the price prior to the split needs to be a whopping $0.012 - $0.016 depending on their situation and which approach is chosen.
The near future is all about the math, period. The intermediate future is filling the shell, filings, and compliance.
The distant future is about financials and revenue.
We have a big bag of crap or possibly an uncut diamond that could eventually end up being
a small D VVS1.
Alright, that's it!
I've decided ...this is a scam or it isn't.
I will hold my shares until mid Dec. Egoc will have decided what it is and what it could be by then.
Everyday I'm leaning towards labeling it junk. The only reason I'm still in at this juncture is because I heard about it from a good source.
Perhaps they were scammed too or perhaps we just need to wait a bit longer.
Can we get some good news please, news that can be verified...or the bad news already...rip the bandaid off.
Here's my question - why release news of a RS without a date, or financials? * Assuming the shell gets filled and this is a real RM.
Do they want folks out before the filings?
Do they want folks buying on the release of "positive" news - assets and revenue data?
Do want to release financials, get a pump, then dilute OR dilute then release the financials to pump?
I know that only they know the plan and it could one, all, a combo, or none of the preceeding.
Thoughts.
I don't think TenCemt could fill EGOC because one is a RM and the other will be a trad IPO.
Imo...anything and everything is on the table at this point.
It could be a legitimate company with assets and revenue.
It could be a startup with great prospects.
It could be an elaborate scam that is desperately trying for another round.
Until we see filings and further compliance this thing is a shell behind a curtain across the ocean and nothing more.
Having stated all that - I deeply hope it is something big and that the RS is dropped down to 100:1 or less and that it is done legally.
As I stated in my post - the broader significance is intriguing.
My take is that the newer ruling Communist party did not like the growth, wealth, and power, individuals were acquiring through their companies. They needed to reel in the large, influential, and far reaching entities, and show what would likely come to others. The Chinese economy and landscape is shifting and the government wants to be in control, or have a say, in all aspects.
Add in that the US is hesitant towards Chinese companies due to lack of transparency and manipulation.
Now, perhaps we can deduce that as certain industries and sectors grow the Chinese government won't mind western assistance in growth through investment (since th3 government is backing them anyway). China leased land to multiple huge food companies in the past. Perhaps the plan is to own/support the companies growing the food at home. Additionally, having companies dual listed on NASDAQ and Hong Kong gives their tentacles further reach and flexibility.
Just my crazy opinion...yes, to the far fetched side of things...but it is China and nobody ever really knows what they want or are planning because they have to evolve and do so in a way set forth by the government and the US.
The broader significance is intriguing. This could be a sign could and tangential to some/many/all Chines stocks.

NetMoney1999 - post more!
I am fairly certain you are too busy to post without something significant happening, but I always appreciate information, balance, and objectivity.
Personally, anytime something is released or updated, I would like your thoughts.
What's been troubling my mind - why the rush to uplist to the big board? Surely they understand that being on NASDAQ ad a Chinese co. with a history of dilution through a RS will likely cause concern with new investors.
Buahaha...Classic!
Yes and No. I am not excited anymore about the overall situation. I risked money to get in early only to have it diluted.
It could still become something.
My brain tells me no up and coming company with government support needs to do a RS to uplist . It could happen organically if it is legitimate and profitable.
No reason to rush an uplist as far as I can gather especially if the "rumors" and PR are even half accurate.
Not exactly. I clearly mentioned good or bad at the end. I was deliberate that my comment was the antithesis of your comments. Remember, I stated nobody knows what is going to happen. You are almost unrealistically optimistic as if it is a job. That's not a complaint, just an observation. I am wise enough to know that I don't know everything. I can't calculate what I don't know using variables that don't exist. What I do know as verified fact is that RS are not typically seen as positive, yet alone a strong and reputable company with assets, needing assistance to get on the big board. There is a pattern amd it is not positive, neutral at best, but anything could happen. That's the difference between us. I understand that anything is possible, good or bad.
Being positive is one thing, a good thing, being gullible or blind is foolhardy.
I too am holding but am very disappointed in the RS. This shell might never get filled or it could be filled with more "forward looking " statements, until disappearing.
You've already acknowledged that it is all speculation so nobody knows what will happen, food or bad, or how it will end.
Pragmatism + optimism
I too prefer balance and objectivity. I like information over opinion and opinion over guesses.
I don't recall anyone discussing capital gains. I mentioned future capital loses as a silver lining should this continue poorly.
Insiders flipping now trying to get hopes up and people to reenter imo. 30 day rule only applies if you want to use a capital loss, otherwise, game on. Absolutely nothing positive about a 250:1 RD no matter what anyone says. Now, there could be something positive happening on the back end but that is unlikely.
Yes, there were articles suggesting that local and regional government were supportive of "EGOC". It wasn't a far leap to assume the federal government gave their blessing as well but were perhaps remaining officially on the sidelines. The industries involved with EGOC that were mentioned in a PR intimated that they could be new rival/competitors to better known Chinese companies - ByteDance, Alibaba, etc.
That's a great outlook for your personal finances. I believe it is a tad misguided. It matters not because neither of us is selling and we both want this to blow up huge. I simply understand that if it blows up my paltry 10,000 shares will not amount to much. Sure, perhaps I recover my initial investment and perhaps double it. That is a gigantic disappointment from my perspective.
Good luck to us all, have a sage and wonderful new year.
A big run will ne needed for me just to get even. I am no longer looking at the venture in any positive light. I am merely expecting to eventually use it as a loss to lower tax liability.
They will simply get approval from their board to issue new shares to be sold to new investors...which will further dilute previous shareholders percentage.
I'm neutral moving forward due to the crap egoc took on us early investors. I use to be positive and was never negative. Personally, I just can't see any news, moves, or filings, that compensate us for the massive dilution. Imo, there's no reason a legitimate, profitable, and growing company would do a RS, especially as an OTC.
Oh, well...holding woth hopes I am wrong but will not invest anodime regardless of what happens.
Like others have said, it's just a wait and see game....again. I was, and am still, willing to ride this off a cliff or to the Denali(GMC) dealership, although before this PR the dealership was Ferrari. : )
Please give more details.
Ok, your post makes sense and is a possibility, but how likely is it?
Firstly, I hope that is the plan, secondly, would a reputable company so something like that? Wouldn't that be stock manipulation??
