It's managements 5 year anniversary today of buying the shell and issuing shares at any opportunity they can.
All good things must come to an end, though.
One can't forget BBDA's E-Lionheart debenture either: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=100061670
Sure, all these slimy associations are all coincidence. lol. Yeah.
I don't agree. Some money may be made intra day but for the most part, it's always been a loser stock. Aside from fan boys, this company really does suck and it's stock show it.
Trillions of shares have been sold over the past few years. The $177k is nothing.
Occams Razor. But believing out of necessity must suck for most.
$1.88 for a can of soda that no one's ever heard of doesn't take a rocket scientist to determine that it fails and gets removed for lack of sales.
...and pretty lame pr's too. Go back a while and you'll see dozen upon dozens of pr's, especially when the stock was no bid. They've actually slowed down the pr's.
Half the things they do they do because they're local businesses. I'm sure a sales person from Bob & Sheri called and sold them advertising. Then the nitwits make it into some kind of brilliant marketing move by the company. I'm sure the ice cream came about the same way since it's local. They sponsored roller derby because it's local, yada, yada, yada.
In reality, this company has done next to zero advertising. Nascar sponsorships are worthless as the cars have always either start and parked or finished almost dead last. No magazine ads, no television. They don't even have google ads. Very little effort has been made. Illusion is easier to pull off than reality.
And Koma Unwined. And Koma Bag-In-Box. So many products that never existed beyond a pr.
Get the suckers to buy and then dump it on their heads. It's now comical watching and reading those that are trying to BS to make themselves feel better because they're complete idiots.
The "CEO' is arrogant and dumb and that's a bad combination but good for those that are looking for the major fail. It's coming…..!!
I like the part where you hear the air impact wrench in the background working on a race car. Also notice Daisy was on her second pint of ice cream. No wonder they didn't show her from the waist down. Ewww.
It's called BS'ing when you're not even eating the real product. Surely they should would have some samples. They've done it before with many products that never were heard from again. Cheech and Chong aren't "here" and probably know nothing about this as it's just a cheap license deal like anyone can do with many things. Same with JLO holding a can of nothing she cares about and probably doesn't remember what it was.
On the news page with the video. They did a little write up.
If you read the story you'd know the ice cream will be made by a local ice cream producer. She's eating Ben and Jerry's with a Cheech and Chong label printed on an inkjet printer because they don't have the ice cream or the containers yet and they've been known to pull the same stunt before.
If you look at the video closely, you'll notice that the ice cream is Ben & Jerry's with a Cheech and Chong label stuck over the front. And one of the women on the couch is RM Sorg who works for Tom Allinder on his other company/stock.
It's getting up there with one of the worst ever! People think because a company has a product that it makes it legit but that's far from the truth. It just makes it easier to sell stock.
Gee, I wonder how it's selling in Australia, Brazil, South Africa, Israel, Mexico, Central America and all the other places touted over the years and never mentioned again.
The TA doesn't keep track of who's selling shares. Those shares being sold were issued a while back. The O/S hasn't gone up because no new shares have been issued yet.
Cheech and Chong. lol. BW's still stuck in the 70's as evident by his clothing .
There you go. Reassurance is all you need. I'm sure hundreds of thousands of people saw the tiny review in the magazine and ran out to buy it. Wish I had a dollar for every penny stock that touted some media exposure. The J.LO paid product placement did nothing and dropped the price back down to less than a quarter of one US penny. lol. And that's after a 1 for 1000 reverse split. This really has to be one of the crappiest pink sheet "stocks" of all time!
Enjoy
In pinky land that's exactly what they want people to do because things can't possibly be negative so distort reality and you're reassured. That's the thing, though. I'd rather be pessimistic and deal with reality and be pleasantly surprised if I'm wrong than mold things into something positive and feel like a fool when I'm wrong.
And you do see them all over the place. It depends on the price, how much is borrowed and what the terms are. Since we don't have access to the agreements, who knows. But they make sure shares can be issued.
Sure can if the pps drops to $.0001 then billions more shares would have to be issued. Convertibles are guaranteed money.
Pennyman in response there's a lot you don't know about this stock and the individuals behind it. I don't just mean BW and management. If you notice some of my other stocks, you'll notice companies that no longer exist, CEO's in prison and others SEC indicted. That'll give you a clue as to why.
As far as dilution, that's when it started and I saw the reverse split in the not so distant future.
He wasn't referring to BBDA's IR, he was referring to Carmel Advisors (IR firm) having to keep changing their name. Kudzu Agency isn't an IR firm either, it's a branding company. According to their last filing, Tom Allinder is still IR for BBDA.
I didn't say you did. It was an example. No wonder you're trying to average down. Sheesh.
I didn't say pumping. Supporting isn't pumping. Creating fake positives is pumping (BBDA buyback as o/s increases, for example).
Ah, that summer pump. Averaging down. I get it now. Always get out of BBDA on the way up or be stuck.
Whitefish: It's the guy being referenced in this post
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=72415724
The post he's replying to has some useful info also about BBDA associations.
It's the same people, the same pr's, the same incompetencies, year after year.
The past is a good indicator of the future. Just look at most ex-cons and sex offenders.
I hope the company hasn't booked their hotels in Maryland for the show since it's being held in Massachusetts. Same goofball mistakes in the present as before.
The past is still the present. All of those sleazeballs are still around, starting with IR. BBDA's the same pig it's always been even with the new lipstick that some seem to be so fond of.
It's the same story every year with people hoping on it being different this time. It isn't.
Huge? It never is. Sub penny and billions more shares later....

You're probably right. No one watches those either so not a single post about it.
lol. $1.5 Million to make what, like $500?
