The issuer here is DSS..aei sold true capital to them for those 17m shares of dss...this is just a followup to the prior stock exchange announcement
Then stop posting FUD with no supporting link.
There's no evidence his shares are protected.
He may still use them to exchange for another company (like a DSS merger) ...but he's stuck with them like we all are until then.
Until Chan starts selling or exchanging shares of this ticker for another...his arse is still on the line here. Don't let the shorters on this board spin it any other way here. He may be ok taking a $40M loss so far and offset that somewhere else...but that he's taking a loss on paper here thus far is a fact given he had a WA of $1.18 before he got his 35M shares in the recent exchange @33 cents a share...giving him now an 79M shares at estimated WA of 80 cents. Like I said if he's playing a game now and offsetting his loses somewhere else we don't know how...that's possible, but he's still going to take a loss here in the millions if he continues this track

Show where in the filings it says that
None of the filings I read say that..the 35 million shares he got on the recent exchange with Alset International were reported as common share exchange..nothing about restricted. None of the shares he bought in the open market were reported as converted to restricted shares...you would need a filing to convert them. You must be short here.
If that is true why did chan buy millions of shares at prices 2-3x today's price?
Yes if you consider the upcoming ipo dividend
He owns more dss now
If he does that he will also wipe out the tutes here and forever be locked out of the capital markets....such draconian measures and for what reason?? I don't buy it
Looks like another sub million volume day...and the quite Mr. Chan. ....but you know what they say...it's the quiet ones you have to watch....lol
Yeah..I would agree with you...but does he care about his own money?? I hope so.
That's what I bet on here...he's greedy enough to make sure this ticker does well no matter what other ticker/shareholders he has to screw somewhere else..
Yep...it's resistant to further shorting and MM action to bring it down further seems like. Also, anyone taking a short position now is a russian roulette player with the price being this low...the upside is so much more likely than a downside here at this point IMO
Only thing we do know is this CEO owns 79M Shares (53%) of this ticker and is currently estimate underwater by $40million on that investment (his WA approx $.80 cents). Unless he wants to lose the rest of his investment ($24million est current value) too...he has to do something good here and soon.
I admit it baffles me that it's gotten this far and close to the July 18 deadline now without him apparently taking any action or providing any additional PR. His either crazy like a fox or just plain crazy....pray for a short squeeze here soon with him buying millions of shares to pump this or next best thing ..extension (or both needed)
3 months without a PR...amazing. I can't believe that was accidental or due to negligence....got to be a plan here somewhere.
Delisting doesn't mean "nothing"...it means maybe 20M shares held by institutional investors will be dumped ..since institutions can't hold OTC stock generally speaking. I don't think Chan wants to lose his tutes..
Converting 79M into preferred shares...that's more than 50% of the company's shares in preferred shares....lol...really reaching there shortie
He can still apply for an extension..and blow shorters out of the water anytime he wants with very little cash buying massive amount of the stock ..he can return a 10X here for himself being largest shareholder
Charts are great...except when the CEO owns 79M shares and has $20M cash in the company's account and can use $6M of that if he wants to buy 20M shares and create a short squeeze that will blow this price way past $1 and make himself alot richer in the process....then they don't work as good..Lol
By that rule...extension if needed is assured.
Chan letting price go lower to prepare for his short squeeze play..he wants to buy as many shares as possible at these prices when he starts buying millions of shares again
He's setting a short trap here...massive squeeze coming when he starts buying shares again...with so little float here...he can really move the stock price quickly...and make himself a ton of money in the process...I'd be worried if I'd shorted this now..he can wreck those guys pretty quickly
Chan underwater here approx $40m ...he's got every incentive to turn this around
So with a net worth of $40m...he can afford to lose up to $60m in aei investment ( his WA here is 80 cents approx). Doest make sense...and why would he want to lose that much value in aei when he has other options to avoid it..why would he go out and buy millions of shares in the market if his plan was to trash this stock?
You mean those that lost 95%...?
Chan's hail mary...buy 10m shares on Friday..only this time don't issue a shelf offering announcement afterwards
R/S is an option if Chan wants to lose his shirt....lol
Not gonna happen ..at least not with some mitigating announcements if that were the case to help the resulting share price not erode back to previous levels shortly thereafter. He could announce a R/S with a cash dividend for example..not sure how much that would help...but it's something.
Reality..not sure what rabbit out of a hat this guy will pull...but hoping it's a good one and soon. I think extension is certainly an option form him now given how late he is in announcing anything that could spark this price.
Oh and someone said a R/S with 1/20...why would Chan go that gross in his R/S if he were to do one ..he doesn't need to artifically blow up the price to $6 to remain compliant and make his stock untradeable in the process...that's stupid
So going out and purchasing millions of shares in the market like he did is not real money?
A bunch of MMs playing ping pong with a no volume stock means absolutely nothing....try buying in volume at this level and see who's willing to dump. Doubt you will get many takers but you can try
So he can lose $Millions and not care ...wow. I think you are delusional
Nah..that was calculated to keep the stock price in check before the shareholder vote to give him 35M more shares @33 cents. Had the stock ran over $1..there was real danger that sweet deal for him wasn't going to get approved by shareholders...IMO. So that was likely a smart move..for him. However since then, not sure anymore what he plans to do here...other than what was on his video...stable dividend income for this ticker. Still waiting on that.
CEO seems to be playing this very long term..or else can;t imagine why he has n't pumped this much more at this point especially after getting his 35M shares from the trade with Alset International
If delisting occurs, that would officially make Chan the dumbest investor of all time...especially with all the options he has at his disposal to make sure that doesn't happen
Zacks valued impact bio $50m or approx $2 per share@ expected 25m shares in the ipo. So best case...if you buy 100k shares now $30k investment of aei you get $12k dividend...+_ 30% return on the one time dividend
Still early in the day today and volume is basically non-existent as it has been for quite some time here. CEO must be playing a looooong...game here or else can't figure out what he's thinking with delisting around the corner unless he files for extension.
Elon Musk here is a pipedream. They have a contract with Tesla..doesn't mean Elon Musk is interested in this company. Right now what I want to see is this CEO open his mouth for the next two weeks and have a series of announcements that will push this over $1 fast before he has to file an extension or worse. Time's a wastin here
If this goes lower...the CEO will lose millions and will need to file for extension to avoid losing all of his investment...it's been rock solid in the high 20's and low 30s range for awhile now. Unless bad news comes out ..or gets delisted...can't see how it can drop much further
At least some of the pYnents are incentive based
I'm never selling until this think goes well over $1...however, long that takes. The CEO has too much invested here to throw this ticker away...I'm gonna ride his tail all the way up to whatever he wants this to be at some point my PT is still $1+...that being said..I've resisted avging down because still not clear to me what he's doing or what his timeframe for doing it is now that he has his 79M shares. By now he should have acted..communicated and declared a small dividend with all that cash on-hand (just like his video says there will be dividend income here)...would have sent this ticker sailing up.
We will see.
That was not an offering...a shelf offering means nothing except that in the future there could be one...he's got no room right now to make any kind of offering ..so he needs to pump this up somehow
