Sanoman,
Firstly, I am not an insider but I wish I was given my stake in the game. No negative vibes taken and I understand my claiming of an idea or theory about something without explanation.
The reason I don't state my theory is that if it is true it has somewhat of a potential to damage, altough not greatly, the company and therefore the SP. When we know a little more about a particular situation I will let my cat out of the bag. I understand that I may be subject to some scrutiny and finger pointing, so-be-it. I'll make a deal with you. I will expand on the theory after the yearly report even if the storm isn't over.

Storming now. EOM
Your assumptions/guesses may or may not be true but they are not what my somewhat educated speculative thinking/reasonong was proclaimating...although I guess I was not proclaiming anything at the moment, but I will when the storm breaks.

Kanc,
You say "I wouldn't be surprised to learn it's being done intentionally."
Without a doubt!
I fret if I extrapolate on my speculation I may set damage to the reason for the extension. I really don't like being unkind to animals but in this case I believe it is best for the company, you and me.
Thanks, and my apologies.
WannaB
Although I don't want to discuss it at now for reasons of letting the cat out of the bag, IMHO there is a very good reason that there has been an extension filed for the yearly report. I believe by the end of April the cat could be let out of the bag.
I have probably said too much already.
I can only hope that my thinking is correct in this situation.

IMO You hit the nail right on the head with regard to the fact that not much will happen untill some things are put to rest. First and foremost being being an employment agreement with LW. There is the arbitration clause which should be underway at this point I would think. That can take some time even after the arbitrator is agreed upon. Anybody else have a timeframe in mind after an agreement is made by both parties for the arbitrator? Anybody else have an idea on how long it takes to agree upon an arbitrator? What advantage is there for LW to expedite the process?
Is it correct that tomorrow should be the 4q or annual reporting deadline?
ROTFL??? Or can't you say that on television!
Sanoman,
That's about the extent of my conversation with him a month or so ago. Not too impressive of a representation, is it?
gdepc,
position yourself to wait a few more weeks. The next news we hear will be the required filings for taxes/SEC. keep holding on and wait for that fix, it may come sometime!
Kanc,
Also being the first one to the market place or having the best widget doesn't mean total marketshare. Look at Apple, arguably (but not by much) the better mouse trap. But look at that marketshare vs. the PC. Historically Apple has had a long way to go to get were they are!
Bigworld,
I think you probably hit the nail on the head with the dealing with the LW FV thing. We can't possibly know what the ramifications of that whistleblower filing with the SEC had on the company. Arny, have you determined anything on action by the SEC, if any? By employment contract the issue must go to an arbitrator agreed on by both partyies, I believe. Are we even at that point yet?
Not that I am making an excuse for MS for I am not happy with the SP status either, however, silence may be of the essence at this time of turmoil.
This is basically bullsh!t. It's my thinking that it was LW's job to to prepare this document for filing and he wasn't doing his job. He then tries to blame it on MS and Co. Weasel! He then narks out the Co for diong fraudelent things which may not, and probably aren't, true to the best of their knowledge. This is, or was, his baily wick and responsibility. If you really look at the matters he's admitting that he has not been doing his job and then after the release blames it on MS and Co. Whatta'Rat.
Arnold,
I have a question for you. The last filing with the SEC is by LW and FV for their severance. It also states that there have been some shannigans (sp) giong on. What, if any, action will be taken by the SEC with regard to that filing? Is that action on public record?
What a shock!
Alright, real dumb question here!
The stock options that LW and FV have listed in their complaint/grievance/arbitration hearing....whatever, are they shares that the company really still has a hold on at this time or are they LW and FV's if they decide to purchase or buy even whitout the arbitration. I believe I do understand that if they win arbitration they will walk away with those shares, but is there a price they pay for those shares? Also, not including those shares does anyone know how many they each hold personally at this time?
Awwwww, JJ
That's cheating, maybe not cheating but definately against the rules. You have to let us in on your little theory and then see if it comes to pass. The way you set yourself up now you can just say "Yip, I was right." and then go on to explain using your hindsight 20/20 vision. Let's have it...you have me salivating!
Don't let me pressure ya JJ
WannaB
Ya, i that I read a little too much into the reports. My thinking was that Stonebrige was going to be somewhat of a front group doing the updates and doing some decisionmaking on PR's. That appears not to be the case. My bad for the inferences.
"You gotta be joking, right?"
My thoughts exactly!
Did ya get that .50 order filled?
Thanks EOM
Just got off the phone with a man from GSL Industrial. Said he was not at liberty to discuss project per direction of the people from CYGX. He did say however that things are still a go and that good progress is being made. So there you have it folks. My phone calling is done for the day. This call here seemed much more encouraging than the earlier one.
OT: I remember some years ago about the honeybee colonies being decimated due to something....was it mites. Now this! How long does it take for a repopulation of hives? Sort of concerning.
Where did the announcement go with the informaiton about the contract of the building with the general contractor? Can anyone point that out to me or give me a link to it?
Well, Just spoke with the man at Stonebridge and I must say I was not impressed at all. The guy answered the phone with just a "Hello". I then introduced myself and had to spell my name three times ... he still did not get it right. I even make it a point to articulate clearly with all calls since I have a funny last name. He stated that he was there primarily for new investor relations rather than the updating or keeping stockholders informed. He really didn't seem as though he knew much about the building or other matters on the whole. He stated that it was the companies job to give updates on the website and PR's. After becomming a little impatient because of getting nowhere in a conversation fast I ended the conversation with a good luck in your endeavors.
bigworld,
I sure hope you are right. But, the way the building thing is going, I wouldn't hold my breath. There are suppose to be "finilizing some details" with the building....but it seems that has been going on for a long time....further back than the announcement with the general building contractor.
I believe you though, this building is paramount for the success of the company. THere needs to be a better sence of urgency dedicated to this matter. Maybe I'll make a few phone calls today. What was that PR guys #......
Bigworld, My bet, for a double or nuthin' on a doublescoop, is some news on the next 10 business days and ... "Not just a required filing"
24 hrs on the take.
PEACHY!!!!!
I would say it's about time. Been waiting for this train to move for way too long. Think it's still going to be a while before the "ALL ABOARD" call.
OT Elaborate peachy. If your going to label so easily, reason it with some discussion or rebuttal.
OT My global 2 cents worth since there is nothing to talk about in Cytogenix land...
Yes, there may be a warming going on here but our impact on the situation is quite miniscule i think. Our planet has been through many cycles of the freezing and thawing, icecaps and glaciers forming and then melting, sea levels 10's feet lower and higher, polarity changes, etc. We have been here only a plip of a second in geological time and we, humans, will be gone either by our own accord or by a catastrophic natural event that we have no power to influence or alter.
Humankind will at some point or another probably destroy the earth as we know it, a major or total die off of humans along with a major die off of many species will occur, but the earth will recover in a few million years and house other species that may or may not destroy their enviroment with their social impacts on the earth. We will follow the laws of sociology by surpassing the limits of the environment set forth for us and then regressing to the point of susatining just like those moose or elk on that island I read about in highschool. We are a cagy bunch, we humans, and we will continue to inovate and create ways to live on our great blue planet for many years. Many generations from now however, we will hit that population threashold that will not be able to be supproted by our environment. There will be ugly days then as there will probably be many ugly days along the way. War, civil strife, volcanoes, hurricanes, etc. It's just life. In the good old USofA there is a good life for most of us. We continue to be the largest consumer society and it ain't gonna change. Social "comfortablility", for lack of a better word that just won't come to me now. We may acknowledge that we should live a little more like the Native American but are not willing to do without the conveniences of today. Or we may think that we will come up with our own solutions to our impact on the earth or environment. In either case we will someday reach a population threashold.
So, is he a candidate for the CYGX CEO position?
OT Eight nods as goog as a wink to a blind bat. Ay Squire.
Bingo, Last Statement IMHO
Tibbcat,
I'm in for a few also, so I guess I'll be shak'in it down with ya.
Thanks
Tibbcat,
"the bottom is in"????
Thanks,
WannaB
Wawh & Tibb,
Thanks! Although I don't really know what that means.
JJ,
Can you put that into dumbass terms for me? Yes, I am a little challenged when it comes to jargon like that. Point me in the direction for discussion on your post or give me a play by play on each statement of support/point value with a little synopsis about your end statement.
Thank you very much,
WannaB the dumbass
Like what!
If no news in the next couple of days we will be back at the previous low of three days ago...Not that I want that to happen.
Yea, I know! Poor results are not paramount...but proofreading is!
