When do you expect the decision on AG?
1. Trust dissolves March 2021.
2. No expected additional distributions.
AND the deletion of all escrow markers/cusips after the closure of the LT.
Look at the date buddy.
Why do you think the 'trust', which is being referred to in the text is the DTC and not the WMILT?
It is clearly defined who is to be understood by 'trust' - the WMILT
When is the decision expected?
Thanks for your reply. Please inform us when you get an answer from your broker.
Thank you, stay healthy
Hi @sportyfelix.
Have you already had the opportunity to ask your broker what your letter is about?
Did you get any response?
Thanks in advance for letting us know.
BV
As I said. No more postings or some news from user 'sportifelix'.
And also no news here in the US about anything about P's or something else.
Don't forget. 1/6/21 is a public holiday in Austria. So the poster cannot call his broker on that day...
I am also very skeptical about his posting, as he is the only one so far. Nobody else answered, for example nobody from Germany.
The original Posting was: Ex-Day: 05.01.2021
In Europe this means DD/MM/YY, so January 5th,2021
Hi sportifelix. What is the name of your broker in Austria?
Happy New Year @all, stay healthy and keep your dreams alive.
BV
What filing was released by KKR on NYE one year ago?
Just I said, nothing will happen.
Tomorrow another day to dream on... The dream for nothing.
Nothing will start on monday or on any day next week, believe me. Nö cash distribution, no issued shares, no REIT payments or anything else.
Just another dream and hope. The week after next, the disillusionment of many will be great again.
As I stated, 80% of the pre-tax profit can be offset against loss carryforwards. These are all unlimited in terms of duration. So there is no reason that these need to be used in 2020. In addition, and think about it again, nothing and really nothing will happen before FDIC closes all receiverships.
Nevertheless, I wish everyone a Merry Christmas. But don't get lost in daydreams, the return to reality could be tough.
Stay safe and healthy, see ya' in 2021.
It's not foolish, It's a fact that the work of LT isn't done yet. Their work closes officially 3/19/21.
Legally, the liquidation case was closed in December 2019. However, the trust's work will not end until March 2021.
Please inform yourself correctly.
That's not correct. LT will end his work 3/21.
G'Moring LG. Since 2017, 80% of the pre-tax profit can be offset against loss carryforwards. These are unlimited in terms of duration.
So why should the NOLs still be used in 2020?
Why its going up in the last minutes?
Because nothing happening today.
Yeah you're right.
All the people, please enjoy all your holidays. Dream your dream and in January I will be back and then you'll see that nothing has happen.
Think of that: Before FDIC will not close receiverships and LT work is done - nothing, I repeat nothing will happen.
See ya soon back in Jan.
Nothing will happen, I say it again. You all will see nothing in your accounts, whether tomorrow nor monday...
Yeah, and this still not happen. So nothing will happen tomorrow or next week.
Money in our accounts already tomorrow or on monday?
Never. Just another daydream. I expect no money flow unless FDIC closes All receiverships and work of LT will end in the middle of 03/21.
Maybe after a 10:1 Split.
Never.
Just a dream.
What's the expectations for REITs in $$?
Is it possible YOU still get an answer from your questions to FDIC?
Thank you.
I maintain my position, in my opinion there will be no payout in December, and certainly no dividend payments.
Pure daydreaming of scenarios, which you interpret as you need to.
We can discuss further at the beginning of January, hopefully everyone will have gotten over the disappointment of still not being a millionaire.
Stay healthy.
Yeah, I know.
Even if you do not expect a direct payout from the FDIC, the other scenarios will not occur.
The closing of the receiverships by the FDIC is, in my opinion, the legal basis for further steps that could go in our direction.
And one of these steps (possible retroactive payment of a dividend) is daydreaming. A dividend is the portion of the profit of a corporation. WaMu as a company no longer exists, the legal status of a company was dissolved by insolvency. Therefore there will be no dividend from this.
If there is any cash flow this year, it will be through REITs. But this sum will be so small that the whole thing will probably be just a drop in the ocean, if there is anything left for the escrows at all.
All receiverships have not yet been closed by the FDIC.
Why are so many here dreaming that on December 18th it will rain some kind of money in the form of dividend payments or the like?
Nothing will happen in December, dear people, any more than in November or the months before.
These dividends will never be happen IMO. Dividends are only coming, when business is done. So what business? WaMu no longer exist, no business, no dividend.
And who would pay the dividends? COOP? Never.
Just another dream theory that will never come true, sorry.
And at the end we will close at $27 I guess.
12 to 24b??? How do you come up with these amounts?
Thank you very much for your efforts RD.
I think we all will have pink doms when RD is right ;) For drinking and bathing.
RD, honor your efforts. But please explain to all of us in detail why you think these major players or the timing should be a reason for money to flow in the direction of the escrows?
The fact is that in 2008 it was financially possible to outsource assets to trustees before the threat of bankruptcy. These trustees have signed a contract with the client, the former Washington Mutual.
In the contracts it will certainly be stipulated whether and under what conditions this trust agreement will be terminated. The trustees are certainly not alone in making this decision.
So I don't think that these SEC filings have anything to do with us escrow holders in any way.
In my opinion, the FDIC receivership must first be closed, and the official end of the LT Trust's work in March 2021 must be awaited.
Before that, in my opinion, neither money nor anything else will happen in our direction.
What is your opinion on the trust agreements or the FDIC receivership?
Hey RD. Where is all the money from the SEC filings? I still cannot see one cent flowing to escrows.
First...
- FDIC has to close receivership
Second...
LT has to end work officially by 3/31/21.
Before this won't happen, no distribution or anything else will happen.
