If there ever is a shareholders meeting I have no doubt it will quickly deteriorate into a full scale donnybrook. So dress appropriately.

If an otc company with operations in Russia has indeed arranged financing in this global environment when banks won't even lend to each other..(even one ruble)...then there HAS to be something of value there.
I just have to see it to believe it.
MJ
Alas, I'm on that list as well for mearly insinuating that Mr Kuz might be sipping martinis as he looked out his corner office window; gazing down at the St Lawrence, pondering how he would explain another cancelation or the shareholder meeting that never was.
Turns out...he doesn't even drink! Needless to say, he didn't appreciate the characterization.
well....excuuuuuuse me!
MJ
Who cares? I'm just happy that there is a man of God on this board. We could use some devine intervention. Let's hope he keeps NSOL in his prayers.
MJ
Wait for it. Wait...for....it!
I have a sneaky feeling that the good news will be upon us like a thief in the night.
MJ
Did someone not get the memo that USGA is in bankruptcy?
MJ
Joint venture or buyout? Well now, I like the sound of that!
Gray skies are gonna clear up, put on a happy face!
MJ
Seems a little "Out-there" but, heck, so did massive bank failures, $150 oil and Sarah Palin in 2008.
aye carrumba!
MJ
Anyone have any insight on the true profitibilty point for CTL?
I have read varying dollar amounts between $35-$65.

Meanwhile predictions for the price of oil in 5-6 years are all over the place.

good luck

Thanks JMJ,
where is fluffy cheeks now?

Preston, thanks for the BK info. Since the filing was done on the "down-low" in NV way back on 7/28 and it only came to light through some good DD, it seems that insiders used this window as an opportunity to dump their shares for whatever they could before the info became public knowledge.
I checked with the court in MA and they have a bankruptcy hearing set for USGA on March 3, 2009 as a way out of paying Tiax what was awarded them from the first case. I assume that will be the first step in Tiax become the outright owner of the All-clear patent.
If Robinson and Gruenler weren't so greedy and decide to screw Tiax by shopping all-clear around to Kidde, then we probably would have been receiving royalties/revenues from the sale of All-Clear for the last 2 years.
If Robinson didn't jump the gun by making outlandish claims of contracts for G-lam before they were ever negotiated or signed then maybe that technology would have had a chance as well instead of ending up as foder for the SEC.
It's no wonder that no one wanted to do business we these guys. What a track record!
MJ
A brief explaination of Chapt 11.
"Depending on the size of the company and the complexity of the bankruptcy, a company that files under Chapter 11 may become debt free within a few months to several years. Some of debts and contracts that can be cancelled under Chapter 11 include unsecured loans, vendor and customer contracts and real estate leases. Often, the company's debts may far outweigh its assets. If this is the case, the end result will be that the company's present owners or stockholders end up with nothing.
If the company is unable to recover from its debt, the ownership of the reorganized company will transfer to the company's creditors. The new owners may be able to make a success of the company as a compensation for their initial losses."
MJ
Q, want to say thanks to you and Preston and everyone else who has provided DD for this board. It was much appreciated.
That said, I must conceed that you were right on the money in you initial assessment of PS. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but it seem that the number one qualification to be a CEO of any public company these days is the ability to tell huge lies and blow smoke up investors butts.
I will always believe that this company failed in spite of itself. The technology was good, useful and potentially very profitable stuff.
Boeing tested All-clear and basically said this is good stuff. There was an independent case study on NanofilterCX that confirmed that it was a good product, and Mapsands was tested in the field and it worked in a market that has huge global need for that type of technology. G-lam/blast-x are good products that worked also.
How could this company fail? Well, the news flash for me was that incompetent ass-clown management will always trump good technology.
Robinson, Gruenler, Seaman, Scorzelli....heck of a job! I hope you all make out like bandits with this Chpt 11. and are rewarded with jobs in the public sector. Meanwhile, investors like myself will be watching with our pockets looking like rabbit ears...but...alas...a little bit wiser.
MJ
We need some excitement here! We gotta get on the horn and tell Slava to put on a pot of coffee, drink it, break out the vintage Hammond and start typing.
"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. We are sitting on a gold mine, but no one believes us"
MJ
fyi: all-clear.com.
I don't know what this means, if anything, but the Whois record for All-Clear.com has been updating daily for the last week. It seems like a lot of activity for a web site that is "Under construction".
http://domain-history.domaintools.com/?q=all-clear.com&page=results#nsmessages
Again, I don't know if it has any significance. It's just interesting.
MJ
News should be coming. Wait for it....Wait...for ...it!
MJ
I wonder if there are opportunities for All-Clear in the aftermath of IKE and if the company is actively promoting its product to first responders?
MJ
FYI: Southern Border Fence,

MJ
I assume that means the licenses are good for 10 years, not that they have been producing for 10 years.
Yeaaaaah Aurc!
MJ
Sometimes those asks are "Foreshadowing"
No one can be sure what happening with All-Clear or Nano-cx or g-lam but I do know that the Saudi's are close to announcing who has won the border security contract (MIKSA)along with who the sub-contractors may be. And, The US southern border fence is in the process of being re-engineered and there are likely to be new players involved in the new version.
To be realistic, both projects are long-shots for tiny USGN to be out manuevering giants like Boeing. But there's always hope.
MJ
Come on people! Don't fall asleep on Aurc now. We got Gold, we got Platinum we got Iron. We got "Too much to list here"
Big new is reportedly right around the corner.
Wait for it....
wait for it...............
MJ
Preston there are no trial dates set at this time, however, the next date on the docket is this Friday 9/12. Apparently, Usga has a motion to change its attorney again. So, let's see what this is all about. I'll check up again next week.
MJ
Good luck Buddy. I hope you can return some day and say "I told you so!"
MJ
Wait for it.....wait for it.....
MJ
I guess Slave and Co. must be waiting for just the right moment to spring the good news on us.
wait for it...wait for it...
MJ
I like the optimism. I'm just hoping that it's not "weekend at Bernies"
MJ
I got more hope than the Pope but, anyway you slice it,.006 is a bitter pill to swallow if you are a believer in Aurc. Should this stock ever turn around and starts heading north in a meaningful way it will be the greatest comeback since Lazerus.

MJ
A little news from the court on All-Clear. It seems the Judge has put a "stay" on the case and there are no more events scheduled at this time. I would have to travel to the court to get a better explaination than that.
My feeling is that Tiax is finally negotiating. Let's see.
MJ
Thanks Q. The link is still on Phoenixalliancecorp.com but it is "currently unavailable"
MJ
Q, or anyone else,
Did you happen to print the Defence Matrix info before it was taken off-line? I am interested in the location of the planned headquarters. I think they said Copenghagen or Zurich with satelite offices in Dubai , uae...etc
Thanks
MJ
Bombing oil pipelines to the West? That doesn't sound very friendly. You would think that such actions would be news-worthy. There goes Glastnot I guess....
MJ
Would you believe I'm a contrarian? Actually, I liken NSOL to Thomas Edison. He had a lot of disasters before he got the light bulb going. Well CTL is going to be NSOL's lightbulb.
good luck
MJ
FYI:

I hope they can partner with someone soon to capitalize on the pipeline security market.
MJ
See post #19601. I'm not sure if that is the info you are looking for.
Mj
Well...there was the dividend. Although some might argue it was actually a stock split. It was a long time coming but it came to fruition.
Mj
FWIW, I think that there are things are brewing and this stock is gonna explode.
MJ
Brownie, you're doing a heck of a job!
Okay, here's what I got. The reason there was no update on the case was that " The plaintiff (Tiax, I assume) made a motion for default because the defendent (USGA) failed to provide discovery " and as of today the judge has not made a ruling on this motion.
I'm no lawyer so I can't comment on whether this is a good or bad thing but my take is that the judge can do one of three things. 1)Dismiss 2) Award some settlement to Tiax 3) Proceed to set a date for a trial.
I don't know when the Judge will make his decision but I will check back periodiclly. The last decision took about 2 weeks.
MJ
Sorry, Preston. No news. The person I spoke to at the docket office was was less than helpful. She told me to call tommorow and maybe they will have the updated info. I'll post it as soon as I get it.
Mj
Well, I called the court this morning and it appears the pre-trial took place yesterday. However, the clerk responsible for that session (#7a-620 ext#2760) is on vacation today and no one can tell me the outcome of the pre-trial until Monday.
You gotta love that work ethic! Oh well, if there was any earth-shattering news I'm sure pps and volume will tell the story today.
