Miguel is in over his head. He was hoping for a pop in sp when he announced merger so he could convince his buddy's to finance him, but since that didn't happen, eventually he will have to resort to dilution imo. Last weeks tweet was simply grasping at straws, and the next we hear from Miguel will be either reverse split or dilution.
"The states website should reflect the update in the near future". So it'll only be another 6 months for the website to reflect the merger, so the FINRA can approve the ticker change. Things moving along quickly, so we should expect Ameriguard to have all their ducks in a row in only about 2 years the way things are going.
Not going to happen. Miguel is too busy with the mixer for GQG to be bothered with anything regarding GQC. That tweet last week was just to get the people to stop emailing and tweeting, wondering about his "news soon" tweet. This will be in trips next week.
Nice fantasy. We won't see dollars for at least a year the way the communication has been. They aren't too interested in shareholder value, just want a way to fund their expansion.
Believe it when I see it. So far all we've ever got is promises. Hope something of substance is pr'd otherwise we could see trips.
Because when Cooley says "should" it means not really. Why can't Sanchez grow a pair and dump him. Be definitive in his statements. If Miguel wants shareholders to believe him, he needs to stop with the word play.
Not a chance, imo. I doubt very seriously we hear anything from Miguel until end of the month, that tweet was just put out to slow down the endless negativity that I'm sure he has been receiving in his email. His statement in the tweet that they are "finalizing our investment capital using a combination of debt and equity" has me very concerned. They are still finalizing this? After how long? If they didn't have this figured out before they started this, all this talk about Miguel being a savvy business man, and someone who has his act together is fantasy. I'm just hoping it pops enough that I can get out with a little profit, .05 would get me that, but not next week.
"Should be out next week". Is that the same time frame as "soon"? I think it's more stall tactics trying to raise funds. As I said I'm glad I don't have a lot in this. I'm underwater now so no use selling, but should and soon need to go away from Miguel's tweets. I'll believe it when I see it. Just tell us what you plans are, and let us decide if we're going to bail or ride it out. Tired of the b.s.

I would like that well. I am wondering about Miguel's plans, as I hope that it doesn't involve dilution. I wish he would be clear on funding and potential contracts, not just the b.s. he's tweeted so far. Glad I don't have a lot in this, cause it doesn't look like anything will come of it anytime soon.
None now. I had a little, thinking the science would overcome Missling's faults. Now I know better
I was very hopeful then, but not anymore. Too much Missling, he has not only shown that he hasn't learned from past errors but that he will never learn. There will be a long time to come before any future earnings imo, possibly to the point that the patents expire.
After I got out, I would watch the sp keep falling. I was looking for a re-entry point and wondered if it would get hammered when Rett results were announced, which it did. I thought at first of getting back in, but when the bugs bunny pr's came out, I decided against it as I realized that Missling has no real idea of what is needed to provide shareholder value. It is not manipulated trial results, it is FDA approval, and with his "shotgun" approach to that with all the different statements of what indication they are pursuing, it will be a long time if ever before the FDA ever approves anything from Anavex imo. TGA will not approve anything, neither will MHRA until they have confidence that FDA will, regardless of what mothers of Retts girls say.
Don't hold your breath.
Anavex will go the way of CytoDyn imo. Great drug, no side effects, many potential indications to possibly be treated. In the toilet because of a narcissistic CEO. Not interested in the "details" such has what just happened to the Rett results release, and the sloppy follow up pr's. CYDY's CEO's got axed, but it was too late, too bad because just like Anavex it had great potential. I once was hopeful that 2023 would be the year, but I'm glad I got out in the low 20's. With Missling running the ship, I don't believe it will ever get there again.
So what are your realistic expectations of letter? Do you think ticker change and financial clarity regarding funding? I have heard a lot of promises, but nothing substantial. If I lose what little I have invested here, I won't miss it, but if it pops that would be nice. Just tired of all the b.s.
I thought 10q for last quarter.
Where's 10q?
This will be 1st 10q since "we will be releasing information soon" post on facebook mid Dec, and 1st since Lawerence Garcia was added to Nevada SOS. There has to be expectations.
If nothing substantial by 10q time, it crashes right after. People can wait only so long, and if management ignores the shareholders, then it's bye bye.
Will we hear from Ameriguard before 10q? Why would the be so silent on their plans?
It will always be this way until we hear something of substance from Sanchez. It needs to be stellar, enough for a 100 million shares or more to be traded. That may not be enough.
Hopefully. Only time will tell. Maybe the next 10q might provide a clue of the future here.
I hope so as well. Some clarity on funding and future projects will hopefully take this up for the long term.
Valuation may be good, but with the way the stock market is going, sp won't move much, and very possible the MM's may push it down with official pr and ticker change imo.
10q is quarterly, 10k is yearly
If we don't hear anything before next 10q, then imo management is untrustworthy. That is not "soon" no matter how you interpret it.
When is the next 10q due? Will we hear anything before then?
I've read up on Ameriguard and am impressed with the company. I am just very cautious about their doing this merger, and it seems that the reason could be they want to expand. Having that ability if they could just sell more shares would be very attractive. Not saying it's going to happen right away, but all this silence tells me they're planning something. As the old saying goes, if it looks to good to be true, it probably is.
I understand that there has been no dilution, I just hope they update shareholders regarding revenue and contracts before dilution. It would be an easier pill to swallow if revenue and expenses were known. I just am not seeing that happening with no communication for months. I am getting leery of a unwanted surprise.
When dilution is done, that number will reflect new shares.
Been saying that for 6 months.
Doubt it. It appears that the folks at Ameriguard aren't interested in providing updates other that the necessary 10q's and 10k's. It looks as the reason for the merger is to provide opportunity for funding of projects via dilution so they wouldn't have to get loans. I believe this is the reason for the silence so that they can get what they want to buy all in order and understand what amount of shares will have to be issued. All imo. Wish I was wrong, but the next time it breaks .30 I'm selling.
We've heard "soon" for months. I just hope there are no unwanted suprises such as dilution to fund new products. Not convinced in all the sp hoopla, although I hope in a year or so it will be worth the wait.
Those expecting a run on news were expecting news to include information on funding. That didn't happen so people are disappointed which gives ASCM a opportunity which they are taking advantage of. I don't believe there will be any positive moves on sp until there is more clarity on Miguel's part imo.
Not sure about dip in sp. Miguel seemed to indicate that updates will be a common occurrence. I'm sure people will do some profit taking, but I also see a possibility for a good bit of fomo. We'll see but I believe $1 by eoy is not out of possibility, depending on how Miguel manages GQC.
That we know, who else knows is another story.
Soon is probably before next 10q is filed, maybe.
Not for a few years at best.
