"I believe that if you give back to your community, like the pay it forward concept, you may help someone that may help someone else," said John Fleming, chief executive officer and chairman of GameZnFlix. "If you were able to help one battered woman, she'll go on with her life to help someone else."
The 40-foot-long tour bus, which cost at least a half million dollars, was wrapped by Signs Fast in an eye-catching, full-color, digital graphic design.
Signs Fast owner Clint Wiles said his customers tout his popular vehicle illustrations.
The bus is being unofficially tested in Franklin and officially rolls out to Nashville at the Jet Ski finals Sept. 2 and 3 and will be on tour until early December, when the bus hosts the final competition in Franklin.
Winners who place in the contest get an annual membership to GameZnFlix, along with Xbox games, but the grand prize is top secret, Fleming said. All participants get a T-shirt.
The contest happens a year after GameZnFlix relaunched its Web site.
GameZnFlix allows people to rent both games and movies online for a membership price.
At last count, GameZnFlix had more than 10,000 members at its Web site.
"We're the only people in our industry that do both," he said. "When I envisioned it, I understood the Netflix model, because I was a member."
GameZnFlix launched in April 2004, but spent the rest of the year and all of 2005 learning how to make it work, growing from one employee in 2004 to 33 personnel and 10 distribution centers nationwide.
The company also sells the titles it rents, along with hardbound and audio books.
You can tune in to live podcasts to keep tabs on the contest by going on GameZnFlix's Web site, www.gameznflix.com, and clicking on podcasts.
I agree, I think it will be easier to gain new partners and affiliates as we build current partnerships successfully. They will see GZFX is serious about building a great company and that these relationships must be paying off if these other big name companies are working with GZFX.
the national rollout started in may, wut ru talking about itrade? your comments are complete bunk with no real backing to them. must be looking for cheaper shares ha? oh well, if ur still here, must still be a stock worth buying. jmo
where have you seen any posted results for CC rollout? It basically just started, they are setting up multiple subscriber grabbing partnerships, not just one is going to do it, but the subscribers should continue to add up as we get into more retail locations with multiple partners. If you build the partnerships, the subscribers and the awareness will come.
get out while you still can! lol, j/k, i hope this stock makes you millions...
level 2's show no sign of down turn wutsoever. Paim has a lot of steem left imo. beware of this basher

sounds like a lot of money? does this mean more dilution??? I can see how it may help in the long run w/advertising revenue and such, but I definitely thought they would be focusing their spending more on growing their business in the states since they are adding so much infrastructure here with additional dc's and so on.
here we go..........
the frustration continues..... how much lower is this thing gonna go?
Unique Pizza and Subs Converts Six locations in the Pittsburgh Market
By PrimeZone
Last Update: 7/19/2006 4:22:21 PM Data provided by
PITTSBURGH, Jul 19, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation (Pink Sheets:UPZS) a Delaware Corporation, has announced that it has converted six existing pizza locations based in the Pittsburgh market into Unique Pizza and Subs franchises. Each of the six locations average between $450k -- $500k per year in sales. The six franchises are located throughout the Pittsburgh area: 4329 Northern Pike, Monroeville; 2528 Sarah St, Southside; 20 Beaver St, Leetsdale; 261 Moon Clinton Rd, Moon Township; 210 Grant Ave, Millvale and 1611 Broadway Ave, Beechview. By signing the UFOC agreements to convert their stores over to Unique Pizza and Subs franchises, the six locations will immediately start paying Unique Pizza and Subs Corporate a weekly franchise fee. Jon Amato (owner of the Southside location) stated; "I am very excited about the benefits of being a part of Unique Pizza and Subs nationwide expansion, the Customer Response Center alone will save my location around $25,000 a year and should help to increase my sales by an extra $75k to $100k! Joining on with Unique Pizza was the smartest business decision I could make and I look forward to helping Unique grow nationwide."
James Vowler, President and CEO of Unique Pizza and Subs, stated, "This is just the beginning of our expansion, we have two more locations ready to open in Monaca and Robinson Twp. (Pa) in the next couple of weeks. In the Boston and Milwaukee markets we have 70+ locations scheduled to open, with the first store opening next month in Harvard Square and nationwide we have 194 locations scheduled to open by the end of 2007. I have dedicated the last fifteen years to develop and operate a pizza franchise that would be able to rapidly expand nationwide and succeed in any market. We will use the conversions of these six stores into Unique Pizza and Subs as the catalyst to get us there."
Since the beginning of its development stages back in 1991 Unique Pizza and Subs clearly has separated themselves from the other major pizza franchises. They needed to have more than just the best product in the industry; they needed a way to grow rapidly in any market. They noticed all the major pizza franchises were predominately located in only highly populated markets, leaving a tremendously large pizza eating population only serviced by independent pizza shops. Two of the main reasons the major pizza franchises do not locate in smaller markets is because of their inferior quality of their product compared to the local independents and their corporate ownership is not usually welcomed. To succeed in a smaller market, a pizza shop needs to have these key elements: a high quality and consistently made product (all of their recipes were designed to have the quality of a "mom and pop" pizza shop with the consistency of a major franchise), good, professional and friendly customer service (UPZS is the only publicly traded pizza franchise that will have all of its locations orders routed to their professionally staffed Customer Response Center), and an owner; that lives, works and pays taxes in that small market (all of the conversions of independent pizza shops into Unique Pizza and Subs will retain the same local ownership)."
In addition to Monaca and Robinson Twp. Pa, Unique Pizza and Subs is also in advanced negotiations for: Houston, Texas; Clinton, Michigan; Ontario, California; Royal Oak, Michigan; San Diego, California and Baton Rouge, Louisiana; with the minimum commitment of five locations per territory. This recent flurry of activity is taking place as Unique Pizza and Subs is preparing to open (194 committed locations by the end 2007) franchises in Austin, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; Boston, Massachusetts; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Northeastern North Carolina, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Virginia and several additional locations in Western Pennsylvania this summer.
i think cc would be happy with 4800 sales per month, pure profit. I'm not sure of the exact details, but if cc get's the initial sale income of around $14 x 4800 = 67,200 per month x 12 = 806,400 straight to their bottom line for the year.
8 per month would actually be pretty good imo, thats about 5k new subs per month from cc once final rollout is completed.
