I'll try again... (ahem) Yes a fine commentary on the stock movement of RCEL today. Brilliant, in fact!
Interesting read:

"And, the worst investor on iHib award goes to..." lol
He's busy waiting for $15. Somebody call him a cab 'cause I think he just missed the bus.
Such a beautiful sight.
Not at all. He is just our resident self-proclaimed smartest person on the planet.
Welcome to the board and feel free to comment and share your thoughts and experiences with RCEL. We may be an odd lot but one thing we generally have in common is our passion for RCEL.
Yep, that'd be me.
Yes, follow mikey to the promised land. He has already proclaimed $15 as his magic buy-in.
He really is wonderful. The best! And, when he's right, don't worry, he'll let you know.
I burn incense for him daily. What a smart guy. Sigh...
Yep, getting closer to your target, Mike. Good for you. I hope you nail share price perfectly at the very bottom.
We all love hearing about your successes.
Thanks, Bill. Also found this on the Blackcrane website:

Home made. That way I can ensure the protection spells are just right. Lots of dancing, chanting, sage-burning... you know.
I'm sure those chicken bones will confirm what we believers already know:
Day traders may be haters and doubters will be pouters, but sure as the sun will rise, so will RCEL.
I'm ready.
I've got an extra gris gris doll if y'all need one.
Well, I guess we should expect them to follow through on the shareholder approved r/s.
I sold off about 11k shares just before the report came out and another 1,700 afterwards. I'm still sitting on upwards of 33K shares, preparing to ride out the impending drop.
I plan on buying back in when I feel price is bottoming out. With any luck, covid may have decent therapeutics or a vaccine by then.
Grab your popcorn and get ready folks. Best wishes to all.
In light of the lackluster earnings and the impact of covid, I wonder if the MNLO BOD would reconsider the r/s?
He's gone from bull to bear to virus. Even Darwin would be impressed.
Beautiful, Len.
While someone on this board crows like a rooster about all his trophies and his "I told you sos" while delcaring himself the winner, you offer us all something far more valuable then victory speeches.
Thank you.
I'm wondering if headed back to school (in some form) will cause the kiddos parents to schedule dermatology appointments for new prescriptions to get their acne under control before possibly showing their faces in the (virtual?) classroom for the first time in many months.
miketrav69,
Looks to me like your ugly little profile picture is designed to target and harass someone on this board.
I don't know about others here, but I find it distasteful, disrespectful and offensive. You should remove it and apologize.
I think a few people on this board might be glad you got out too.
So, if Avita has done "everything in its power to show they could care less about shareholders," then why are you back? And why are you even thinking about buying back in "after further dumpage?" If management is so terrible, then just find a different company to invest in, and another board on which to display your prowess and bravado.
I got socked with a .05/share fee by Bank of NY Mellon for the ADR cancellation. On 21,000 shares that's not peanuts. Anyone else feeling that sting yet?
Did you just say that your wife is old?! lol
Bravo
Erased... oh well. Bye bye, bigboard. Long ATHX.
Shorty's just gone all bold folks. Will his next post be ALL CAPS? Oh, the suspense!
I figure Pumpty Dumpty knows it all because he's a time traveler (hence the name, right?).
Not on his advice but, I did take a little profit at $6.13 and $6.33 today. I'm in it for the long haul, so I'll be buying again when/if we drop again around 5.
Hahaha!
YES!
Hey Money,
In addition to RCEL, I also own a small bit of ATHX which seems to have become bipolar the past few days (hours?). Certainly make me pause about doing any heavy trading in this crazy market!
Well, Jugs, I'm comparatively small potatoes here but, I mentioned last week that I opened a Roth and converted all my RCEL shares from my traditional IRA into it when the price was just under $5. I then sold about 20% of it when it hit $6.15 and have a GTC limit order in for the same dollar amount (more shares) at $5.03.
I'm not talking huge dollar amounts because I'm still taking baby steps. I am, however, hoping to gradually build up shares this way and one day see some solid (tax-free!) profits when the world economy eventually gets back on track.
I also watch the Aussie market the night before as an indicator of what might lie ahead for us the next day. I know it's not always reliable but, do you think it's helpful?
Thank you, Steve.
Thanks Len,
You're an inspiration to us all.
I've worked in solitude most of my life so I'm somewhat used to it. However, with no work in my shop (I own a frame shop -- picture framing), I've started taking on my back yard, slowly cleaning it up and turning into a garden. I used to have a beautiful organic garden back in my twenties, and it looks like I may have the time to finally start one up again. It feels good to get outside and sweat and feel the soil between my fingers.
My wife and I give to others whenever we can. We should all do that. It's also a good time to do something nice for ourselves.
Stay well all,
Ken
Trying to make lemonade...
So yesterday, after weeks of deliberating, I finally pulled the trigger and opened a ROTH IRA and converted all the RCEL shares from my IRA into it. Just RCEL, nothing else. My reasoning was that, the stock price is low right now so the tax I will incur is based on a far lower dollar amount than it would have been several months ago. In addition, the pandemic has put me out of business for now (thankful my wife still has a job) which means a whole lot less income this year. I'm betting that Avita will go to the moon (eventually) and that all of my gains in the Roth will be tax free! And, even though I can't withdraw from the new account without penalty until Jan 1, 2025, I can still trade within the account so, I'll occasionally be looking for opportunities to sell high and buy low.
I know we're all in for a rough ride. Here's hoping today's move is an indication of good things to come for all of us shareholders!
I love reading your posts, jugs. I had very little understanding of stocks or the market before I discovered Avita. It has started me on a journey which led me to this board and a whole new learning experience. You, and others, have shared your knowledge with newbies like me -- patiently, freely, and with passion.
You're a good man. Thank you.
Steve,
Apologies accepted. And I apologize for not making my comment Avita relevant.
My Jewish ancestry on my father's side makes me sensitive to comments like "parasitic foreigners." Ethnic groups can become so easily targeted as scapegoats in times of fear and panic.
I love that Avita is a company born from an idea to alleviate suffering and hasten healing. Now, just imagine if we all similarly shifted our focus to empathy and compassion...
Wow... xenophobic much?
Sorry for the repeat messages. I was hitting submit and nothing was happening!
So eloquently stated, jugs. Thank you.
Picked up some at $6.36. Another limit order set for $5.77. Price is getting hammered today.
Thanks, jugs! Debt free here, too. Looking at down under action overnight, I've adjusted my next buy limit to low 7s.
Awfully quiet around here. I picked up a few more shares at $8.33 today, with another limit order below 8. I know corona's got us all by the cajonas these days (see what I did there?) but, just remember, we're sitting on a winner here. If I had more dry powder, I'd buy more. Jugs, I miss your pep talks. Heck, I even miss Pumpty Dumpty's predictions! Investor or trader, what better place to be than in a revolution in burn care?
