On second thought, what "W". Did I say I saw a "W"?
I must have been mistaken.
That post suits me just fine. If Spooz gets rid of TA, that would be great. Admittedly, I am not very good at TA anyway.
My money is hoping you are right. However, there will always be a group of traders that still use TA.
I don't have spoozcharts, but I set it up on my TD Ameritrade charts. Yep, looks like a good ol "W" is trying to sneak out.
I am not very well versed in technical analysis and I've read many posts that say it is difficult to apply TA to a penny stock. However, having said that, it looks like a double bottom "W" formation is trying to form.

But, what do I know.
Any thoughts IW.
CD on ignore for me as well. No value to his posts.
There are also a bunch of us on the East coast watching
the dogs bark and riding in the caravan. North Carolina is my spot.
Movie was COOL HAND LUKE.
No longer an educated guess. Confirmed that Wing has all his shares.
An educated quess would tell me that our former IHUB friend turned Spooz defender on Raging Bull who we all know as Wing Walker probably has all of his shares.
I agree with that. My only disappointment is that if I had sold at the high, I could have loaded up with a lot more shares when it settled back down.
Still got all of mine.
Maybe you will be in a position to put together a system you can sell.
That's a hoot.
Maybe they are taking a small survival salary in cash with their big potential reward in stock. If that is the case, then they are absolutely sold on this technology changing the market. They are willing to participate in the risk in order to participate in the reward.
I know an individual that started a competing company to Ebay in their early days. Ebay saw merit in his company as a competitor and purchased it. They settled on $10 million.
However, he decided to take the $10 million in stock instead of cash. Within, I believe it was several months, the $10 million was worth $70 million.
So, there are individuals out there that if they catch the vision of what they believe the company can do, are willing to participate in the risk...... if they can participate in the reward.
I meant MDOBC.
MRKCO,
I am currently in the "MSOBC" club. Let's hope that, and I also believe that, the MSOBC club will eventually be converted to the "MDOC" (million dollars or better) club.
I sell a high performance synthetic lubricant to the industrial market. There is no doubt when a potential customer views the demonstration that he is sold on the superiority of the product versus what he is currently using. The final question before the purchase is "what is the price". The customer may be paying $10 to $12 per gallon for what he is about to consider forking out $33 per gallon. The extremely excited customer now reduces that excitement level considerably. Instead of considering plant wide conversion, he now has to think seriously if he wants to even try it in the most troublesome applications in the plant. The sales process is slowed down considerably. If our product was $10-12 per gallon or even less, the order would be instant and the competition would be left trying to figure out how to compete against it. At $33 per gallon, the competition knows they still have the $10 -12 per gallon market in their camp.
Along comes Spooz. Spooz offers a far superior product at a much better price than what the customer is now paying. So the customer is getting much more for less money. What objection does the customer have left? I don't see any.
This is going to be fun IMO.
Traderfan,
As I read over your posts, I realize you are not knocking the product. You are very much on board with the technology you believe Spooz has to offer. Your beef is with the lengthy process to get there. Truthfully, I thought they would have been much further along by now. I also believe they thought they would have been much further along.
The good news is that they are not stopping. They just keep plowing ahead with the next step to product release. One day and hopefully soon, being there will be in the present.
Traderfan,
You made some good points in your post. Due to the pps, the market does seem to agree with you. However, there does seem to be some quite accumulation going on.
I'm glad to see that you still believe in the stock.
Maybe we just look at things a little differently, but I don't see that much hype from the company.
Since I'm in this stock, I don't see any point in posting unless I have something good to say about it. If I didn't continue to think I had a winner, I guess I would just get out of it. Also, if I was out of it, I sure wouldn't have any reason to post anymore. Of course, anyone can post what they want about this stock, however, I don't understand why you would want to beat up on your investment.
I guess that if there is no PR concerning a launch this month, on February 1st, we can simply give Spooz a call and ask them if they have launched to the professional traders. At that point, we will have our answer.
Americano,
Good to see you post again. Are you back in Spooz again?
You guys are so helpful. I have studied it before, but that was good review. Two strong signals that investors are steadily throwing their money into the Spooz boat.
I have been noticing the CMF as well. It has been in positive territory since mid november. So, if the CMF is telling us the truth, no matter what anybody else is saying....this stock is under accumulation.
ChangeDirector,
You are right, Spooz is the one referring to itself as
"disruptive technology". I am sure that they believe it is just that. After reviewing who the leaders of the company are, it seems to me that they have the credentials to know and understand the market well enough to assess that they have what they think they have. They sure are putting a lot of time, money and energy into if it turns out not to be
"disruptive technology".
Also, if you put your money into this stock, I would have to believe that you also are in this camp and are banking on this being a "disruptive technology".

One product is a wireless vibration and temperature monitoring system for the industrial market and the other product is a spot mirror for the trucking, mining and agriculture industry that eliminates the distortion. In other words, " the object in the mirror may be closer than appears" will no longer exist.
I might add that both of the companies are privately held.
Spooz is referred to as a "disruptive technology". I am currently working with two different small companies that have developed "disruptive technologies" for the industries they are serving. Each company believed their product would have been on the market well over one year ago. However, as they took the next step to bring the product to market, a hurdle became apparent. They would cross that hurdle and a new hurdle would become apparent. When you are developing a new "disruptive technology" product, you cannot fully understand all of the hurdles you will encounter until you get there. You just jump them one at a time.
Each of the above products is disruptive and unique to the market. Each product will take their industry by storm once it is completely transformed from an R&D product to a revenue product. The industry is anxiously awaiting each product and
the hurdles are getting easier to jump.
My point is that I see similarities of the above products with
what Spooz is going through getting their product to market.
The hurdles are getting easier to jump. The above products are almost at the finish line and Spooz is almost at the finish line.
After they cross this finish line, a new race will begin. With this new race, our pps will be in one of the lanes.

It seems to me that the launch to professional traders would began a slow steady growth in the pps. If I was a professional trader paying $650 per month for a product and continued to use the product, then I am confirming that that product is making me money. Next, I realize I can buy about 93,000 shares for the price of one months use of the product, I am probably going to become an investor.
Thanks very much for making the phone call and giving us the update.
Binks was saying August 2007 because August 2008 has not
arrived yet.
Just reviewing some old Spooz posts and I found post #19012
a good post to read again. This will give you a good idea of
the direction Spooz is heading.
Thanks for the invite.
Jcrom,
I live in Charlotte and have always wanted to head up to the highland games one year. One of these days my wife and I will make it. By the way, ya'll are sounding and looking mighty fine here.
That's what started me doing wire transfers.
I saw parts of the WWII special. You're right. It was the best thing on TV last night.
Forget it. I am embarrassed to say what it was. False alarm.
I should have never posted it. Totally disregard what I wrote.
I wish I could give you more. I was almost reluctant to even post it. It was simply a written message that said news 9:00am end 10:00am. It was some kind of alert message. I don't even understand it myself.
It just posted on my blackberry. I can't remember, but I must have signed up for an alert from Spooz. It was just a quick written message that said news at 9:00am. That's all I can tell you.
I just received a phone message that said SPZI news at 9:00am
Well, I found a little extra funds to be sent to my account for one more Spooz share purchase. Everything will be cleared for the trade by Friday. I hope we have already taken off by then so I can't make the trade. However, if we haven't, then I will be able to add to my position. This whole process has been fun.
Even the wait makes the reward that much more enjoyable.
