Interesting that must be why I am seeing all the cheesy graphical GIFs on Twitter, some with the wrong ticker in them. Also sharing the old website. (I’ll give it to them though, I think they corrected future ones)
To me, the hourly posts are almost as bad as the fintwit bots.

GM all. Could have sworn I seen this article from 3/14, but I looked back and didn't see it shared here or their Twitter.

"In the U.S. shrimp-growing hub of Texas, Trans American Aquaculture is seeking to rehabilitate and reactivate an 1,880-acre shrimp farm shuttered for more than a decade. Located in Rio Hondo, Texas, U.S.A. in the Rio Grande Valley, the farm was purchased in 2017 by the Granda family – transplants from Ecuador with a long history in shrimp farming. According to Trans American Chairman and CEO Adam Thomas, who is married to a member of the Granda family, the company is now looking for funding to convert the purchase from its current set-up as a shrimp genetics research facility into a commercially- productive farm.
“Where we are in the southernmost part of Texas, we’re able to do two full cycles of shrimp harvests per year. We’re in our fifth and sixth generations of genetic lines right now. We feel it’s really a good time for us to start to tap into the public markets to get the funding for the growth that we’re looking to achieve over the next few years to really take the farm into full-bore production,” Thomas said.
To facilitate its public listing, Trans American conducted a reverse merger with a publicly traded company, allowing it to tap into a larger source of funding. Thomas said the company is seeking an initial USD 2 million (EUR 1.9 million) investment that will see it through its first harvest on half of the farm’s acreage. From there, the firm will need another USD 5 million (EUR 4.6 million) to expand into the southern 650 acres of the farm and complete intensification and equipment upgrades. That should get the farm to 11 million to 12 million pounds of production annually, Thomas said.
“I can sell [our total estimated production] to any of a number of distributors. I’ve had contacts who have said that they will buy everything we have up to two million pounds – that’s been two independent distributors. So that gave us confidence to go full-bore on this project,” Thomas said. “With HEB specifically, you say it’s from Texas and they want it. I think they’ll buy pretty much all the farmed shrimp that they can get their hands from the state of Texas. With Whole Foods, it’s a step above in terms of quality, but that’s a potential opportunity as well, because we use [Best Aquaculture Practices-certified] feed from Cargill and there’s no live animal products in it.”
Agree very surprising. Have been adding when I can around .004. There is a huge uptick in people tagging $grps on twitter starting roughly last week. I tend to believe we will see some information flow after month end from company, and an appreciation of pps imminent. The seafood conference panel was very informative. Will be keeping an eye for the final dip before we rip so I can scoop some more shrimp with my net. Like our friend Reggie says, 5 million will be nice. Getting closer myself. GLTA
Nice Monday morning post by $GRPS and thanks for sharing it.
Have a good week
Will be looking forward to a flow of information in the coming weeks starting with the annual and first quarter OTC financials.
I see that a consulting firm is trying to get the word out to bring in new and private funding.
Don't forget to watch the latest shareholder presentation which was nicely done, I thought.
Welcome to GRPS. Much better than SHMP, which has a tiny operation.
Good morning GRPS peeps. I really like the article about US farming featuring TAA....
Here is the excerpt regarding TAA in the article....
I like the plan to go from about 1.2 million lbs of shrimp this year to 11-12 million lbs of shrimp per year (within a few years).

Very nice update and presentation!
I found this note to be particularly interesting as we look ahead....
"His initial focus will be on providing oversight of the audit process and financial reporting."
We will be coming toward the annual report soon, and subsequent quarterly reporting for 2023, and it appears that we're gearing up for an audit. Information will fly soon....
Looks like some volume and a strong bid this morning.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year. I'll be keeping an eye, but won't be checking in as much in the next couple of months. This is a time to enjoy your families, and try to get outside for some winter activities. Our GRPS is simply just getting started and primed for a great 2023 and 2024. Will check in if we get some good news. Be well.

Aquaculture, and particularly shrimp aquaculture has been, and will continue to be one of the fastest growing sectors in the world.

Keep in mind Zhanjiang Guolian is one of the largest aquaculture firms on the globe (mentioned in the linked report above). Its market value is 5.3 billion.

One of its subsidiaries is Sedacca's Sunnyvale Seafood, which is the company that Sedacca ran. He is now working with TAA, as board of director. TAA looking to be the US' biggest land producer (Already is #2)
Sunnyvale is still a subsidiary of Guolian

The other massive connection is Granvil Treece, who made all the connections for SH*P and its introduction to the public markets.
When you go to get insurance on your property or home, particularly flood insurance, your insurance provider is going to base their determination on the FEMA flood maps prepared by the government, not a link from Realtor dot com. Every one here is smart enough to know this. There is only a small portion of the property in a flood zone, and it is from a nearby river, not the ocean.
The capital company of his is called Vannemai Capital, LLC.
I found this out within minutes back in Sept. after they posted the new articles.

https://texas-biz.com/co/vannamei-capital-llc
Also, if you go to the grps OTC page and check out the company profile, you'll see William Tynan. He also has a capital firm, Imperative Ventures. He is a consultant on a number of other public companies.
https://imperative.vc/
I’ll go with what the FEMA map says. It’s a government organization, Not realtor.com. Realtors sell homes, they do not establish flood zones. If I want to see the accurate determination of a flood zone, even a realtor knows the FEMA designation is the gospel on that.
“According to FEMA, approximately 5.00% of the appraised property is in the 100-year floodplain. The floodplain acreage is in the far northern quadrant associated with the nearby Arroyo Colorado River; the majority of the property is “built-up” and located outside of the 100-year floodplain.”

For anyone wanting actual facts instead of misleading and false comments.
In the valuation report it says property is not in a flood zone.
I’ll go from the company providerd info.
What good is an article behind a paywall ?
Edit, I see the link a few posts down was an old one,
Perhaps we should plan an ask slapping party.
So what Goulding and friends possibly getting paid at a 10 bagger, if the shares that were issued per this list are now unrestricted. Good for them - I have no problem. Goulding brought us a new opportunity that could offer a 10 bagger to 100 bagger from here. If Goulding and friends were really smart and believed in the new opportunity, they would wait with us, or at least hang on to some shares. If this is true, at least they are providing support for the stock and not dumping. However, no one knows squat unless they can provide proof. Keep following the financials all the way back as far as possible on OTC and you can see who was issued every share at GRPS almost since inception.
No toxic debt / convertibles
No dilution. If these shares are being sold, its not dilution.
Lessened risk for a near term R/S based on a recent tweet.
Nice, not even started here yet.
One thing the company should make sure is that the articles are free for all to read without a paywall. 2 of the last 3 industry articles that were shared required a subscription to read.
As for only seeing a few buckets, that is not true. The address of their facility is known and the 1,800 acres is clearly seen on video and can be verified. Also, they talked in a recent article that they are exploring the possibility of building staging areas in strategic locations (presumably port cities) that will allow them to expedite the product to different areas of the globe.
https://www.hatcheryfm.com/news/latest-news/developing-shrimp-lines-with-specific-traits-in-texas/
The only buckets I see are buckets of cash coming our way :)
Soon enough there will be plenty of reading material for digging into. Financials for the 3rd quarter will be due in a couple of weeks. Expect them to file an extension, so around the 20th we should see some of that new information. Its clearly evident, and they are very noticeably proud to have reversed merged to GRPS. It should be expected that once whatever they are waiting for clicks in, that we will have a flurry of news, and we should start to be able to see the value of the contracts, and whether they are on their way to that 2023 $7 million revenue. This is a chance to take a look at $GRPS before the news really starts hitting.
G'morning GRPS! I agree with dino. There are some pretty solid people here and there holding GRPS. Several hundred people holding probably 200-500 million shares, is my guess and opinion. We can play this right if people set their sells in increments on the way up. This helps liquidity for new investors and prevents big dips on sells. Secondly, we can start now by putting some for sale near .05-.10. The previous little pump to .04 was a false pump by one twitter player (IMO). We saw how fast it moved. There was almost no sell-off, and people began to accumulate more. Look at the chart. Once the new company posts its financials after mid-month and we get news between now and the end of the month, we'll be in excellent shape when all those contracts close in the first quarter next year, and so on, and so on (as next year we should be uplisted). This is a real company that is obviously very proud to become public and reverse merge, and also very proud of its selection in GRPS. Also, its no secret that Granville Treece, who consulted SH*P, is consulting here as per CC. Take a look OTC page, William Tynan consultant. He works with Imperative Ventures, and they are a start-up investment firm investing millions in projects that help the environment. (no need to dilute) Also the Board member connections all tell us that big money is coming to this stock.
While we await financials, lets take a look at some highlights....
Land Value, Improved with 3 Buildings - $7,240,000
It is understood each five-acre pond (157 ponds) can produce 5,000-6,000 pounds of shrimp annually and each ten-acre pond can produce up to 10,000 pounds annually. Under optimal conditions and when every holding pond is in production, it is estimated the farm can produce 1.1 million pounds of shrimp annually.

Algeria Shrimp Farm
Recently Adam Thomas, the CEO of Trans American Aquaculture traveled to Algeria to sign a historic deal for the delivery of both post larvae and broodstock as the sole provider of shrimp genetics for the first large scale shrimp aquaculture facility in Algeria, which was publicized by the US embassy in Algeria. It is a government funded program, in which the government of Algeria is committing more than $30M USD to create a shrimp cultivation facility that ultimately aims to produce up to 1,000 tons of shrimp a year. Contracts have been signed to provide PLs and Broodstock, that will generate a significant amount of revenue, which they believe to be on an ongoing basis.

Trans American is currently working on closing orders from Egypt, China and North America and all sales are now in the contract phase. These PL and Broodstock orders represent potential significant upside from our previous revenue guidance for 2023 and 2024 as reflected in our previous press release.

As of Septemer 29, 2022, the company stated this...
We currently have contracts in place for 7 million pls and 5000 broodstock.
We are negotiating a contract for 100,000,000 (one hundred million) pls to be delivered in late 1Q23/early 2Q23 with multiple outlets for broodstock.
We can obtain definitive contracts for up to 4 million lbs. of grow shrimp from two different Texas based distributors.

Penny land cometh back.....excessive volume today. Perhaps this is the liftoff
I'm sure people won't like to admit, but I imagine a good percentage of longs have shares at many prices from .002 all the way to .01-.02. This is going to at least .10.-.25 sometime in my lifetime, so not worried about those higher cost shares. Plus those at .01 are almost even. Perhaps some of those folks wanting to turn those shares in at cost will provide liquidity for those wanting in on the new plan that has massive potential. It all goes around.
The stock was .01 for an entire year, of course people have shares at .01. Silly questions, IMO.
Happy Halloween. Don't be spooked here, for no one has ever provided proof of scam (for like 7+ years). GRPS has always been very clean, but risky. We look to be moving fast away from the riskier days of past and into the realm of a new transparent public company. We patiently await company financials...I think that will help situate the pps.
We must be getting closer....
I am sure they are holding for much higher. Goulding brought in an amazing opportunity, not only for him and his family members, but all the same for the shareholders. Imagine if the Gouldings could be compensated in another way and these shares get retired? If not, hopefully they are smart, and I am sure they are very smart, they sell the shares in a way that supports the stock's price action. We've seen it so many times, a large chunk brings it way down. I hope RG is compensated, he did put up a lot of his own money, and I am pleased with the opportunity that he has given us shareholders.

90% of a a stocks trading are going through dark pools, and not public. Meaning the stock market is all a lie. The public doesn’t see the real volume and sentiment. Whether GRPS is a stock involved with this, I don’t know, but MMs filling orders below the ask is a similar form of manipulating the sentiment, and therefore the buying pressure.
Wonder if our GRPS trading is being routed to the dark pool, off exchange. Why is there no buying pressure? MMs sell below the ask? Perhaps 90%of our trading is being routed to the dark pools like other stocks, meaning the market is not seeing the actual influence. For example when people sell, it entices others to sell, when buying picks up, it entices others to buy. Our GRPS is being manipulated like all the other stocks. Check out Wall Street Apes for what I’m talking about. Big news about this today that is being suppressed by big tech.
If there were any shorts, they would love the price going down.....
Good morning GRPS. This stock has been under MMs grapple for the longest time. Huge spread, easy 20,30,40% gains day and week in and out, whenever they want to, selling back and forth to themselves. (Wish I had that much time to play it more like them, but its nice to accumulate on these MM special dips). That will come to an end when TAA shows its hand and starts ticking off corporate activities and announcing larger contracts. They haven't even started yet. No one even knows TAA is going to be a top global shrimp producer in a few years. They will be #2 in the US in just months, and the governments of Algeria and Egypt are already patronizing their genetics. Considering this stock was .01 for almost an entire year, these prices are golden shrimp right now.....
