There are catalysts baked into the sector itself....Canada's countrywide legalization days away, potential federal law changes in the U.S. down the road, and as far as the aforementioned Pennsylvania speculation by the company itself I can tell you the program has grown BEYOND what anyone in this state anticipated (I am a resident of PA).
So even if it is just enough to move the needle a blip in penny land, there is an opportunity. Whether or not you have "full faith" in RBII at this point in time, you must still have 100% faith in basic math. So if you accumulate down here and let's say for instance next time it "runs" it only goes to the 7's well that's still green in my book.
I'm not here to cheerlead or make claims or statements about "getting rich" or "dollar by end of year." But I am here to state I am able to use basic math applied to this penny stock's chart history to see a potential opportunity.
I see things for what they are at present, and stay vigilant to watch what they may (or may not) become in the future. Just because these are the pinks doesn't mean I'm wearing rose colored glasses.
I've lurked here long enough to see people say the exact same things every time the PPS goes down. And look at the chart history. So let's say it does reach new lows...how is that a bad thing if you want to flip or average?
I'm not one these people who is here to say "it's going to make us rich"or "a dollar by the end of year" etc...but realistically approach the opportunity as it stands at this point in time.
Consistently finds support down here in the 5's and eventually pops upward toward .01, look at the chart history. Regardless of what you think of the company at this point in time why wouldn't you accumulate down here and play a flip? I know I am accumulating as I continue to research and reserve judgement until I'm confident I have all the facts I need to make a decision about a substantial investment (or eventual exit).
Thank you for getting the information to us Wall Street Kid. Looking forward to adding the info to my own personal due dillignece.
While researching I'm still accumulating shares down here in the 6's for myself (not my small investment club). A great chance to work those averages if you are playing a flip or you are long.
I guess the company that produced the "audio press release" is their new PR firm?
I agree Wall Street Kid. If they were prepared enough to issue a press release 8 months ago stating a target date of September 2018, then obviously it has to be very soon.
Well the biggest takeaway in my opinion is it has now been stated on record Cannophen will be released in California first. That DOES make sense because as I stated in an earlier post Ohio is off the table anyway (their entire state marijuana program is in limbo for the near future). No timeline but optimistic it will be sooner rather than later since September 2018 was the original release date.
I guess now it's "wait and see" since the Cannophen release date of September 2018 was missed and no further timeline information was provided for it to be initially released in California as stated in the interview.
Well it was a nice interview. Not much else to say about it really.
GOOD NEWS FOR RBII in my opinion....
So a quick informal call to the Ohio medical marijuana program resource office yielded some VERY interesting info to share.
The Ohio state medical marijuana program is facing a mountain of legal delays apparently. Only a few of the approved growers are even active, no dispensaries are open, no product of any kind is available for sale anywhere, and NO patient registry has been completed. The state is actually hesitant to set a new target date for ANY dispensary to be open for business before the end of the year.
(you can google pretty much any Ohio resource or newspaper for more info on your own)
IN MY OPINION that is good news for RBII as it gives them time to iron out their Ohio plans, and if they choose to focus on Pennsylvania that is a GREAT move. As a resident of PA I can tell you first hand our program is active/open for legal business/thriving. It has already expanded very quickly in less than one year to include the sale of flower (previously prohibited at the program's inception).
LOOKING FORWARD TO THE INTERVIEW
Yeah it's going to take me a while to read the entire progrm guidelines and state law to really get a firm grasp on it. Concerned yes, but I'm not losing my head or my optism over it at this point. Need the info/understanding first & foremost.
OK it's great he will be speaking about Pennsylvania in the interview, but any news or update on the "free" Cannophen offer in Ohio as stated in the February 2018 press release? That's been a cause for concern because of the wording of the law in Ohio state's medical marijuana program. Too many unanswered questions there. No response from investor relations. Will be listening!
Any idea when they will be reporting earnings/revenues on those products?
Yes will do! I'm going to work with another person in our small investment club to call all the PAOG/Alternative Medicine Centers, as well as all the licensed dispensaries in Pennsylvania & Ohio seeking information (full disclosure: RBII is NOT the only company in the scope of these product inquiries, we're seeking info on several companies for investment positions). Eventually expanding to states mentioned in compnay press releases. It's going to take some time. But anything truly worthwhile is worth putting time in.
I never said anything about being "worried" if the company is "legit." Should I be worried? Why would you make that kind of remark? I'm simply fact finding, offering some first hand information from direct resources (from agencies anyone is welcome to contact) in regard to the company's offerings, if any, within my state or neighboring states. All with the intent of transparency for confidence in investing. Thank you all for your responses / help!
I emailed Mr. DiPrima months ago with a number of inquiries, request for prospectus, and never received a response. I actually don't take that as a slight or cause for alarm. Some companies are just better at direct investor relations than others. I've made no judgement on that yet with RBII, I'm still always actively seeking factual info with any compnay I invest in & watching/waiting for company results.
Understood. I inquired about the "Alternative Medicine Centers of America." Just included all info relevant to the inquiry to the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Education Center which is the state mandated center for all program info.
Yes I understand that is a "sister" company. Why is that funny? I'm saying it is a fact that company is not licensed to dispense medical marijuana in the state of Pennsylvania as Wall Street Kid thought might be a possibility. Always good to check & balance the facts of due dilligence.
Those Ohio locations are about a 2 1/2 hour drive from me. Is anyone here CONFIRMING Cannophen is currently available at Ohio PAOG clinics? I'll have to do some research into Ohio's medical marijuana program and find their list of licensed dispensaries. Are PAOG clinincs in Ohio licensed dispensaries?
Thank you very much for your help Wall Street Kid! Just want to help too. I'll keep visiting licensed dispensaries in my area & reporting back. Always seeking solid info.
Wall Street Kid FYI for your DD you'll need to correct this statement and add the correct info. After calling/inquiring again with the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Education Center there are NO businesses by the name of PAOG Clinics (or "Alternative Medicine Centers of America") that are licensed by the state of PA to dispense any marijuana products. They are not on the list of state approved dispensaries. I'll keep digging and reporting back!

Thank you for your footwork on the DD, you visited a single dispensary out of at least 7 that I could find and I'm out of State.
I would try a PAOG Clinic as my impression is it's available there now due to new law changes in that State someone mentioned earlier
https://weedmaps.com/dispensaries/in/united-states/pennsylvania/pittsburgh
For the record, I will visit or call the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Center and inquire about PAOG clinics and their status as licensed dispensaries in PA. Will report back.
You are saying Cannophen is available at PAOG clinics right now? I'd gladly visit a PAOG clinic & report back if you could point one out in Pennsylvania or Ohio that is a licensed dispensary.
I patronize Solevo. I can visit both CY+ locations in the Pittsburgh area in the very near future.
I patronized my licensed dispensary in Pittsburgh, PA and can tell you firsthand they currently do NOT have any Rising Biosciences products. Upon inquiry the consultant had never heard of the company or Cannophen, but to be fair did state there are new product offerings regularly from new companies quite frequently. She did also state that doesn't mean they will carry EVERY product from every producer, as the state of PA has very strict policy on vetting all products, quality control, etc.
I can also tell you first hand there is an excellent resource in Pittsburgh, PA strictly for information rearding the medical marijuana program. The Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Education Center recently opened and it is a real brick & mortar location that is FREE to visit. It is strictly a state mandated INFORMATION center you can walk in that will educate any person on the state laws & programs, products & uses etc.
I highly suggest seeking information regarding state specific programs & laws at these state recognized information centers prior to investment speculation so you can recognize reasonable expectations from startup medical marijuana companies and how they may or may not have an impact in your area.
I was short on time and could not patronize my local dispensary in Pittsburgh, PA over the weekend. I will make a visit today Monday Oct 1 approximately 1pm EST and report back.

RBII to Contract with Producers/Processors in MMJ States to License and Market Cannophen™, THC Products
SANDUSKY, Ohio, June 11, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- (via OTC PR WIRE) – Rising Biosciences, Inc. (OTC:RBII) (“RBII” “the Company”), a research and development company focusing on oral and topical pharmaceuticals with strict standards set forward by the pharmaceutical compounding industry, is pleased to announce that it is currently working with producers and processors in California, Arizona and Ohio to produce its products under licensing agreements with a target for end of September 2018 for the Company’s first products to hit dispensary shelves.
I'm waiting on products available in dispensaries the end of this month September 2018 as stated in the company's June 2018 press release, or a new legit press release, not interested in tweets about podcasts personally.
I don't think there is anything magical about the process at all. Obviously the company has been working on the products/licensing since prior to the June 2018 PR that stated the September 2018 availability. Those are the company's statements, nothing magically pulled out of thin air or hearsay.
A big day today! End of the trading week....will we see the PR drop today? Looking forward to products in dispensaries! I will be patronizing my local dispensary in Pittsburgh, PA this weekend and will inquire about any product line with RBII marketing/licensing/branding.

Honestly I have to say it doesn't inspire much confidence when back in June the PR and folks in here were talking about end of September, now here we are at the end of September and people are talking about NOVEMBER. I'll keep counting down though and watch for the company to deliver on their end of September 2018 date for products in dispensaries.
Are you saying you believe they WILL have products in dispensaries by the end of this month Septmeber 2018 as they told shareholders through the June 2018 PR, or are you saying they WON'T because of delays? Which is it exactly?
I'm actively trading on the company's word from previous press releases & plans/target dates. Not hearsay from these boards or elsewhere. So I certainly hope there will SOME news & products available at dispensaries!

They already announced it. Read the PR. They've been working on it a long time and announced in June 2018 their products would be available end of September 2018. Their words not mine. As people here say all the time they have delivered on all their promises so why wouldn't this one be true?
