Correctamente there buddy! I've had mine at .0004, all 20M of them. I sold 5M in intervals and will hold on to the rest until the buy-out (oopps!).
I like this company.
You are probably correct in that analysis. I didn't do a really good DD on this purchase but it's a lesson learned. The PPS and the nature of the business are what attracted me.

Might be all the DDs they're trying to do. Based on my personal experience acquiring properties, doing a thorough DD on real estate is pretty daunting, especially if the purpose is not for quick flipping. Given the current RE situation I think that CWFG is maxing out all the info. it could get to avert failure.
It's just my opinion.

I agree with you on this take. Everything involves risk. The risk-reward factor is something that is not for everybody.
I like risk, but not risky.
My basis in PAIM is the ultimate low and I've made $ on others so I am willing to risk all of my 5B shares.
By the way, RSHN is about to get the market's attention. Get in while it's cheap. IMO

I bought a few shares today. Being a real estate investor myself I like their business concept. In a year or two foreclosures would be sky high and property owners would soon be unloading their holdings in bargain-basement prices. I'm confident that CWFG would shift their interest to property acquisition down the road.

Key is to buy real estate; buy more as you make money. Once you own, the IRS is your friend. If you don't like the maintenance and upkeep downside then go do a fast-food franchise (I like Pick-up Stiks: $500K is all u need as a startup).
