Not sure if they're pulling this out of their hat because the stock is bleeding as the agreement was signed Dec 16. Why wait until now to release this? I'm glad they released something but with their track record its just more hype.

Someone is buying the shares and they could easily have set up a corporation that would buy/sell the shares. That way it wouldn't show up as an insider. That being said I don't see how anything will happen by the end of the month with the holidays upon us. I think it would be insightful to find out how many deals like the one WARM has said would happen have actually happened already. If AON is funding others but not WARM then that tells us everything we need to know.

If it's $7 million or thereabouts that's nothing to AON. Tim's letter said they're looking for $1 Million. Pretty pathetic they can't even get that. When you have no track record and all you do is lie, why would anyone give them money??

Common sense says no. How much money have they gone through with absolutely nothing to show for it? How many “purchase orders” have they received? How many have been delivered? Why don’t they honestly update their shareholders instead of lying through their teeth about everything? Most unethical and unprofessional “management” I’ve seen.

The water filtration is run by the MG but if they can't produce an MG then they're still going nowhere. You'd think they set up shell companies that they're funneling money to with all the cash they've blown through.

The water filtration seems to be the highlight now. In typical fashion they change the subject when something fails. That’s how I interpret the press release with new board member. Completely different direction. They’re disheveled and have no idea what’s going on which is why they don’t care to inform the shareholders of what’s happening. They don’t even know themselves and can’t keep track of their lies.

Looks like they couldn’t sell an MG to save their life after all the promises and bogus “purchase orders” whatever those were. Now they’re spinning their wheels in another direction, will have to spend a lot more money and I would make an educated guess that funding from AON is not happening. These guys are pathetic.

Well, that was over a month ago and they've been talking about funding from AON for years now. They said they had it all wrapped up a couple of years ago and yet here we sit with the stock circling the drain, nothing but lies from Tim and company and heading below a penny. Nothing will happen in the last couple of weeks of December because of the holidays.

I cannot find anything on the internet about Jatropha Farmers' union. Mexico is as corrupt as they come. The article is vague so if it was positive for Cool we should have heard something unless they were out celebrating and forgot about their shareholders. We don't know exactly who got the money. If we hear nothing tomorrow then its obvious that Cool Tech is finished. Honesty and clarity go a long way. Hope they can offer some of both.

The problem I have is that they’ve been saying they have financing from AON for at least 3 years now. That is a lie. If they had it none of us would be here discussing this. 3 years! If Cool Tech had any viability with their patents it would have been funded by now. It’s a lousy $1M. AON hasn’t made any overtures towards this happening and of it was a done deal Tim would have said so in his letter. It’s the same story we’ve heard for 3 years. These guys are compulsive liars.

They’re just trying to string people along. An order without a product or down payment isn’t an order. They’re playing semantic games. Loved how Tim claims they have an “order” for $42M but it’s disclosed as “up to $42M” which completely negates it. They have credibility issues with everyone. That’s the only thing that’s clear here.

If they don’t have any trucks ready how do they have all of those alleged purchase orders/commitments? Who would order a truck that isn’t built yet?

So then Tim and company would be opening themselves to some hefty lawsuits by these guys as well if he was misleading them. Pretty dumb on their part if that's the case.

That's what is weird about this. Do you think the board would risk their reputation on this if there weren't some teeth to it? Maybe they're all crooks.

They have something on demo at Craftsman but that's it. The pattern of constantly being late on filing quarterlies is troubling and wastes money they don't have. Wonder if they're funneling money into deferred compensation or other things under the radar. Its a ton of money to have nothing to show for it. At best they are completely reckless. At worst they're lying crooks who belong in prison. Their lack of candor is nauseating and a huge red flag.
