Oh yes, and all of this buying a .055, yet they suddenly drop the bid from .054 to .052! Right.
That is the same information I have from Rob as well. EOM
Can you copy and paste those here? Link to pdf comes up blank for me. Thanks.
This has obviously been in the works for some time. I like the fact that the company waited to announce it only 2 days before the event.
Part of upcoming Navy LOE?
Due to the enormous 125,000 sq. mile range of our Stratellites™, we can provide mid-distance and near-shore Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) including vessel tracking and cargo container surveillance; littoral (shore-proximate) surveillance for ports, waterways, coastal trails, and urban environments; ancillary border surveillance activity; and short-range optical/electronic surveillance including ground moving target indication (GMTI) radar for interdiction of narco-, smuggling, and immigration challenges; and much more. Stratellites™ can also inherently serve as communications/data relays from airborne and sea-borne sensor platforms to other ground or air vehicles and can also provide satellite-linked local, continental, or global nets for command and control center coordination during threat interdiction or emergency response operations.
Interesting: Under "capabilities," you can access the details to the "government" and "commercial" capabilities overviews, but are denied access to the "military" capabilities overview.
Cole, Joe was fired by GlobeTel over a year ago. In case you forgot, Joe was in charge of the Mexico project! Old news about a website created by a crook. Yawn. You are grasping at straws today.
Interesting comment: "In order to facilitate delivery for North American customers, initial production activities, research and development will continue in Stuttgart and Berlin while options for full scale production in the US are being studied."
Very interesting! Thanks.
I found it. Thanks.
BaghdadBob: Can we see the post from SS again - was it deleted?
The first of several initiatives . . . and the TAO/Sanswire deal moves forward:
"We are now focused on bringing to market a broad range of Lighter-than-Air Unmanned Aerial Vehicles capable of servicing intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR) and communication programs. Our entire line of airships is powered by advanced non-polluting energy sources and are virtually noise free."
"This is the first of several initiatives the Company is undertaking to better represent its corporate business initiatives to the business and investing communities."
Ask is going back up - looks like a shakeout to scare up more shares.
Rather sudden shakedown - at these prices, very easy to do. Why, is the question?
Someone bought 200,000 shares at the open at .069 - interesting.
Pre-market activity and moving up. Unusual.
Serious, that's my understanding as well. Rob is working on them now.
Nils, care to describe/discuss that candlestick in the chart? TIA
Really! Financials? More?
Odd day indeed. Premarket trades at the ask and after the bell at the ask as well: on Alphatrade a 36,000-share trade at .06 at 1:01.
My precise understanding as well. See also, message 103114 re funding of test flights, plus Mide's comments in a prior message about his visit to GlobeTel and the excitement about the future. All quite interesting, IMO . . . .
I received the same information re Wienberg from Rob today. EOM
Thanks, Warp. You expressed it very well. GLTY.
Justfrank, you have pointed it out to him already (below), but he keeps ignoring it. I would just ignore him.
"Well you missed the glaring omission at the end of release from the SEC that was in the previous release of a complaint that states the investigation continues."
Justfrank provided the links to the SEC documents and invited everyone to read them. It's all there in the SEC's own words, not Justfrank's "opinion" - the SEC investigation is over. Now, GlobeTel needs to file updated financials.
Jon fired Joe M., as I'm sure many of you recall, probably when the new accountants uncovered Joe's fraudulent activities.
Did you miss this post? It appears that the investigation is over. The guilty parties have been identified.

Think so.
Read the last line in both these SEC filings is there something different in the two?
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2007/lr20371.htm
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2008/lr20550.htm
Also compare the wording from the complaint and from the wells notice, notice something missing?
Hate to break it to some of you, but repeating the same news over and over won't change a thing. Sorry, naysayers, the SEC investigation is over, the culprits (long gone from GlobeTel) have been identified, GlobeTel is still trading, and we are now awaiting the financials.
Optimist, a law, regulation, etc. is "cited" - we go to the "site" to survey the land. It's is a contraction of it is, and "its" is the possessive form of the pronoun it.
It means that Jon and crew can move forward with TAO/Sanswire, the SAS-51, Skydragon, Navy HotZone LOE, etc. Flight testing of the Skydragon is ongoing right now. It won't be called GlobeTel, however.
I believe that if they do what Lynch, Huff, Joe and crew did, it would be curtains for the company. It's pretty clear that the current management has been working with the SEC and that the SEC has exposed the wrongdoers. The company goes on, but once financials are out, I think Mide (and others who have suggested this) is correct - funding, new name, new stock exchange, finalize TAO deal, news about contracts, etc.
They are permanently forbidden (enjoined) from violating the SEC laws listed in the complaint.
"They" are not auditing/finalizing the financials - the auditors are. And, IMO, the reason we haven't got a nr about this delay is that they (GlobeTel) expected them to be out yesterday and they're coming out very soon. We shall see.
I think it's interesting that there hasn't been an announcement about the delay, which could mean that the numbers are coming out sooner rather than later . . . . watch out.
So when the financials finally come out, this week IMO, or next, I think most longs know that they will not be good, but the following is about the future, and thus more relevant to me about where this company is going, i.e. the future of the low and high-altitude airships(thanks, Baghdad Bob):
" . . . flight trial of the system "SkyDragon" is continued after fading away of the winter Jetstreams."
It certainly looks like some good news is on the way!
On Alphatrade this morning, I've seen something that I've never noticed before - the ask keeps jumping back and forth (within seconds at times) between .054 and .053, with no trades taking place . . . . signals between MM's?
A 200,000-share buy at the open? Followed by a 20,000-share sell (both at .05) - looks like buying still outpacing selling, as yesterday.
He's fine. Responded to my email last Friday.
Modlam, based on this high volume, I'm guessing that the financials are coming out soon . . .
