I'm not an M&A expert, but some posts in the past mentioned BO negotiations can proceed under an NDA over an extended period. A period of one year was not considered uncommon. So I don't know.
This article was published in 2023. If Merck hasn't locked things up in some fashion, where's the safety net?

You're wrong. The quote below is accurate:
Tommyboy - Something's gotta give to the upside I reckon.
This is so fiscally irresponsible

Why are federal banking regulators allowing this?
Why are JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs allegedly taking such risks?

Nonetheless, when LP mentioned during the ASM before last, "there will be PR's in succession... " So the schtick traders have, as we know is one dimensional on the daily. Whereas, stocks are bound by event driven catalysts, which are few and far in between. So if I were the CEO with limited ammunition to deploy, I would wait for the first approval to expend my resources in a way, that creates a huge splash across media outlets that hopefully enshrines the value of the messaging.
Extreme - That is a very intriguing observation. I have thought so too at times. If we have 50,000 retail, up from 15,000 in that period of time, and it's said, that this stock is the most read stock on ihub, then why does the "following" number remain relatively static at 1,628?
I never suggested a minimalist review. But hey, you must have a medical review background, so you must know. Nonetheless, I did some inquiring before I made my suggestion.
I would recommend sending the link to the article to Posner.
Meanwhile, LP is playing out Sun Tzu. Let the enemy keep exposing themselves. We saw LP raise the stakes with a lawsuit, and five years of evidence. FIVE YEARS! and multiple cases filed for the same crimes. So we're back to more evidence gathering, as the numbnuts can't help running the same scam, because hey, the algoes make them feel like someone else is actually perpetrating the crime, and not by their own hands. 👌🤥 GREED begets GREED and near certain implosion at some point. Recently, we've seen a new RICOs case here, Defendants giving the middle finger at discovery doc requests there, and Lefty’s trial just about to start. With prison time potentially looming, weak hands may start singing alongside. Whistleblowers will start feeling braver, with a greater temptation to grab millionns as they face employment uncertainties. It's one big cluster… of a Sun Tsu to say the least. On the other hand, LP has added more IPs, potentially has been, still is, and or, embarking on other negotiations, and hey look September is here. The prospect of waiting until September was unsettling back in January, and now we're closing out the year. One way or another, NWBO is closing in on a crescendo, and Sun Tzu would be very proud were he alive today.
The Defendants are doing a great job at making the case against them insurmountable. Keep ignoring all those alerts, day in and day out. Great way to muster the Court's empathy
It's absolutely surreal to have the criminals carrying on business as usual on the front end, openly, and giving the court a middle finger, despite being caught.
In the Harrington case, pertaining to one of the Defendants in common with our case, there were thousands of illicit trade alerts that went off, and hundreds for layering, which is a form of spoofing. Most recent to note is a failure to comply with additional document production subpoenas.
In the real world of rigging meanwhile, see banned contributor's alternative platform for details..
Got it. 🔍🔎 and that's low hanging fruit 🍓🍒 imagine....

Link to article on shorting should be stickied, as suggested by a number of posters.
Fluteman - Not surprised. As you say, "expose them." I know you're restricted to one post a day. I was wondering if you saw my last post where I wrote:

Except, there's no way the regulators are reading 1.7 million pages.
Continued - It's bad enough that we're relying on the bureaucrats at the MHRA to greenlight dcvax, and with funding challenges, it could very well explain why it's taking this long.
Let's not dismiss the overarching financial woes the UK's healthcare system is currently grappling with. The Gov't is broke. It's trying to fill shortfalls by raising taxes, which doesn't seem to be a sustainable solution. Medical professionals are grossly underpaid commensurate with the long hours they're being pushed to work. Something as simple as a dental appointment can take days, if not weeks to schedule. Things that make you say, "hum🤔"
Read erg61's post one spot up. That's far more reasonable than your tree gazing observations...
Nope. Just knowing the landscape, and dumbing things down for those who can't get out of their own way.
Speaking of no roadmap, but worse, desperate measures at all costs to grasp at revenue.
FACT: BP just recently used its corrupt influence to have the FDA grant an EUA for a new vaccine for, wait for it, "Mpox" Who knew? Apparently, no one. In fact, after BP had Tedros of the WHO declare MPox as a pandemic, then no sooner did a citizen group send an FOIA request, asking the FDA for evidence that the virus really exists. The FOIA went so far as to make it embarrassingly easy, suggesting every possible scientific method in-vitro, ex-vitro, even computer genomic modeling, you name it. As expected the FDA wrote back stating they had no such evidence to provide.
Let me show you what bad management looks like. Check out exhibit A: https://www.seacoastonline.com/story/news/local/2024/09/04/novocure-cure-cancer-portsmouth-nh-opening/75014990007/
Yep, that announcement of NVCR's fancy new HQ came at the expense of seeing its SP down, not up. It's not just announcements for announcements sake, but announcements that point to added value that's important. Otherwise, say nothing!
Sukus - Agreed. Demand is the Holy Grail. It comes down to desperation really. I was wrong in regards to at risk CVD patients. Pre-diabetes, full blown diabetes, are just a subset of diseases, where you'll find high non-compliance rates. GBM has all of the boxes checked, whether it's having a few months to live, or just having the choice of wearing an overpriced microwave on your head 22 hours a day, as good cells bake along with bad ones. That's assuming best case, even if it offers some degree of benefit? The options are so bad, that a reluctant BP will find themselves unable to bamboozle patients with slick advertising, or because physicians won't want to jeopardize their careers by choosing the wrong treatment.
BB - While I see what you're saying in theory as a win win for investors and patients, I'm not so clear that it's pragmatic from a BP's standpoint. 21 CI companies is already a crowded space competing to educate physicians to adapt their respective treatments. Adding further complexity across the board, without one or the other company having a comparative advantage over the rest, just makes for greater complexity associated with marketing risk.
Gus1212 - Not new, but perhaps some need a refresher. It's a stark reminder of how greed and corruption is leveraged to bring marginal toxic treatments to blockbuster status. It's an upside down world, but not surprising.
Unfortunately, BP has the clout to have their poisons prioritized. Our systems are based on Private - Corporate Partnerships.
Fluteman - I just checked the last PM I sent to you to make sure that I hadn't omitted what I had originally intended to include, and none of it is there. 🤔 I'm composing another PM, which will contextualize my last reply!
Nothing exudes B.S. on the MHRA's lofty claims of a bold new agency like the status quo.
Agreed. Naivety runs rampant.

Why US of A makes all other corrupt nations seem like a combo of Mary Poppins and Mother Theresa.
Incredible.
Just f...ing incredible 🙄 https://t.co/Bxtg2eZHVb
Of course they did. I'd expect these criminals capable of anything at this point.

Fluteman - No worries. I assumed that was the case. That was just low hanging fruit. That's the scary part. Four years my friend. FOUR YEARS🤯 Not easy walking around being in the know. I'll leave it there.
Moreover, anyone is free to PM me, if they feel the urge to take their minds into their own hands, and ask me to share what I have. I take pleasure in elevating others, as I'm the first to appreciate those, who are gracious to do the same for me.
Oh please, spend a little time of your later years, actually educating yourself on topics you've never touched beyond the corrupt paid for soulless purveyors of lies. When you repeat those lies, you are wittingly or unwittingly guilty of solidifying that damage. I never dare to drop information flippantly without indisputable data to back up my words. Words matter. Credibility matters. How you effect people's perceptions is a great responsibility, that no one should take lightly. You're free to believe anything you see or hear, but I take great offense, when you share that crap, knowing full well that further debate goes into OT. So knock it off to begin with. It's cringe worthy. Just like gun-slinging with ghost written fact check sites, parading as arbitors of truth.
Jimmy667 - Wow, that's fascinating. That's completely new to me. That's when "dark pools" turn into "lava pits" 😭🤑
Absolutely. Talk about first mover advantages, PLUS PATENTS, good luck to others. People have a tendency to assume everyone else could leapfrog over the trials and tribulations associated with cell based R&D. Imo, we should look at Dcvax, not only as a vaccine, but also "process and methods" as one and the same. That's why the review is taking so damn long.
