Thanks for sharing JCM. That was a very promising and extremely rare direct communication with shareholders.
Steven Brickner has never been in prison. Steven Brickner only has adult children who were taught to never accept gifts from strangers.
Of course "IT'S COMING"! STSC STRONG!!!! STSC LONG!!!!
So let me get this straight, you called a "government hotline" and were told that Dr. Smith had been scammed. May I have that phone number please? And furthermore, is this phone number the same hotline that 20 other "scammed victims" called?
Hmmmm .... Did you call this DR. SMITH and ask him if he got scammed?? Or did he call you on your scam hotline?? I suspect he's just another close friend and or relative that got in on the ground floor of a great investment opportunity. Not all investments turn profits immediately; most investments take time to mature and grow into exponential gains. Tick Toc Tick Toc!!! Time will tell. Steven's ownership of Stemcellix is public knowledge, not to mention the word STEMCELLIX is printed on his rally car (rust colored Bentley).STSC LONG!!!! STSC STRONG!!!!
The House of Representatives passed a standalone marijuana reform bill for the first time in history on Wednesday.
The chamber advanced the legislation—which would protect banks that service the cannabis industry from being penalized by federal regulators in a vote of 321-103.
For six years, lawmakers have been pushing for the modest reform, which is seen as necessary to increase financial transparency and mitigate risks associated with operating on a largely cash-only basis—something many marijuana businesses must do because banks currently fear federal reprisal for taking them on as clients.
The Secure and Fair Enforcement (SAFE) Banking Act is sponsored by Rep. Ed Perlmutter (D-CO). It cleared the House Financial Services Committee in March and was officially scheduled for a floor vote last week. The vote was held through a process known as suspension of the rules, meaning it required two-thirds of the chamber (290 members if all were present) to approve it for passage.
Well it's about time!!!
STSC LOOOOONG!!!
STSC STRONG!!!!!
I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hopefully the Senate can follow suite. They will need to put aside bipartisan politics and present it to the President's desk for approval.
Hmmmmm??? But on the BID side there still seems to be a healthy appetite from all the Market Makers. 2500 shares @ .3571 2500 shares @ .35 etc. Of course folks are going to BUY as cheaply as possible. Don't care how you slice it, if someone is SELLING @.3571, then someone BOUGHT those same shares at .3571. The shares did NOT just disappear. They just went into stronger hands that want to make a profit somewhere down the winding road of STSC.
So ...... IMO .... hold on to your shares and wait patiently until the judge and jury has spoken the TRUTH. Only the truth will set us all free. STSC LOOOOONG!!! STSC STRONG!!
Only time will be the true judge and jury of what is to become of what we know as STSC.
Many said there was no way that the caveat emptor (skull and crossbones) was coming off. STSC management will reveal themselves when they're good and ready. STSC LOOOOONG!! STSC STRONG!!
I believe STSC is a work in progress. I believe Mr. Brickner will surprise many with what he has in store for STSC. Mr. Brickner makes grown man decisions all by himself and deserves many praises for all he has, and continues to accomplish. I believe Mr. Brickner's positive-life-changing-charitable works and many business accomplishments far out way any negative commentary. I believe we are all flawed human beings, just like the process of STSC becoming a public company. We should all tread lightly on any harsh judgments of others, and realize the realities that face the legal marijuana industry. Yes, I'd like place a large wager on Steven Lawrence Brickner's STSC and all of his present and future business associates. STSC LOOOOONG!!! STSC STRONG!!!!
STSC STRONG!!! STSC LOOOOONG!!!
FACT:
Level II BIDS showing
.3571 × 2,500 = 892.75
.35 × 2,500 = 875
.25 × 2,500 = 675
Therefore, the total bid support was 2,392.72 @ 3:59 P.M. as of 8/29/19 and 8/30/19 too.
I wonder how long it will take for the ASK to get down to the .3571 cents. I hope it will cost "$89.00" dollars for 2,500 shares. Count me in, I'll take all you got at that "special" price. STSC LOOoooNG!! STSC STRONG!!!
STSC is a work in progress. However, Steven Brickner is not, he's a grown man who deserves praises for all he's done; he will surprise many. We're all flawed human beings. His positive works and many accomplishments, far outway any negative. Good luck to everyone. STSC LOOoooNG!!!!!!
We all know that low volume can move a ticker drastically to the downside and inversely to the upside. Wake me up when there's 50,000 shares on the ASK @ 10 cents. I personally do not care what the price is now. When the "shell" is filled with a profitable company, my attention will be "WIDE AWAKE AND ON HIGH ALERT" . Have I mentioned STSC STRONG!!! STSC LOOOOONG!!! Good luck to everyone.
By the way, STSC LOOOOONG!!!!
That being said, how about some details and facts. Are these cases local, state, federal??? Are they misdemeanors or felonies??? Are they civil or criminal??? Do you have any case numbers??? Are they against Steven Brickner??? Are they against the board members of First Canna Pharmaceuticals, First Canna Insurance??? Are they against any future board members of any company once related to STSC??? Please tell all, in great detail, about your latest due diligence.
You're entitled to your opinions and I'm entitled to mine. Truth is, neither one us know for sure what is going to happen with STSC. STSC LOOOOONG!!!
Another thing to keep in mind is that someone can sell their shares at any price they see fit, however, this doesn't mean that they will ever be able to buy those shares back at the same price. It's a risk that day traders take when they try to time the "lowest possible price". I personally like the method of accumulating shares at all different price ranges and keeping your overall-average-ACCUMULATION-price, down as low as possible. To each their own and good luck to all!! STSC LOOOOONG!!!!
Agreed ... Except, you usually SLAP the ASK and WHACK The BID. In this case someone SOLD (gave away) their shares at the BID offering price of .50 cents. The next person on deck had/has 2,500 shares @.40 cents on the BID. Good luck to everyone! STSC LOOOOONG!!!! The price per share is irrelevant until the "real" company takes residence. IMHO, The large movement of shares from one set of hands to another set of hands is an indication that something is in the works.
By the way .... CONGRATULATIONS to whomever was able to pick up all those shares on a budget. STSC LOOOOONG!!!!
FACT:
08/07/2019 11:15:30 @ .52 2,300 shares were on the ask
08/13/2019 13:42:41 @ .60 2,000
shares were on the ask
FICTION: All were sells
STSC LOOOOONG!!!!!
FACT: THERE WERE BUYS AND SELLS
STSC LOOOOONG!!!
Fact: On the 20th of August, 1,175 shares were traded. On the 13th of August, 2,500 shares were traded. On August 7th, 6,300 shares were traded. Considering there has been no recent filings or PR statements from the powers that be; STSC is still alive and has a pulse.
My thoughts: IMHO ... This is a pulse I am monitoring VERY closely ... All eyes should be on deck! That's a lot of shares within a two week period for a stock that's ready to EXPLODE!!! .... Good luck to all!! ACCUMULATION ='s HAPPINESS .... STSC LOONNNGGGG!!!
You are right about one thing, it is coming back around full circle.
You should have stuck to selling cocaine, beating your wife, and screwing over landlords. Will anyone even rent a dump to you anymore??? Tic tock STSC LOOOOONG!!
Agreed!! There was no negotiations on the price yesterday. Some incredibly intelligent person took the lowest price they could for their shares. STSC LOOOOONG!!!
Again, to each their own and good luck to all. STSC LOOOOONG!!!!
The lowest price on the ASK moves to the top of its line and inversely the highest price on the BID moves to the top on its side. It's pretty coplex though, "wood" you teach me how to execute trades on the OTC??
$ 587.50 is definitely enough money for some beer. I suspect we're gonna need some popcorn too. It's about to get interesting if the games continue. STSC LOOOOONG!!!!
08/20/2019 ... 13:10:57 ... @ $ 0.50 ... 1,175 shares traded ... ticker direction to the down side .... Let's take a moment to examine this trade that took place today. Looks innocent enough .... right??? Disregard the $1.05 ASK price, and immediately go down to the BID price of $ 0.50 ... Wouldn't logic lead you to believe that someone might try $ 0.95 on the ASK then maybe $ 0.85, $ 0.75, $ 0.65, $ 0.55 etc.??? Instead the trader decided to eliminate all negotiations in the process of trading and SOLD their 1,175 shares for $ 0.50 per shares. Bravo!! Some might say that this is a form of market manipulation?? Maybe it's just my imagination though. To each their own, and good luck to all.
Fact: on the 13th of this week 2,500 shares were traded ... Fact: In the week prior, on the 7th, 6,300 shares were traded. Considering there has been no recent filings or news of any sort, STSC is trading just fine.
STSC is going to serve up some lemonade that's gonna make you pucker and apologize!! There has been no news to sell or buy on. Just a few scared hands leaving the party early. Soon we will "HOP, SKIP, AND BE NAKED" (Beer, Vodka, (+) LEMONADE CONCENTRATE .... awesome drink) STSC STRONG!!!! STSC LONNNNNNGGGGGGGGGG!!!! So how'd that pre-trial go MM??? That's what I thought. TICK TOCK .... LOL!!!
Goodnight my friend!! I have to get up early to provide a good living for my family. I'll probably get mandated again. Last pay period I got politely asked to stay 5 times. Remember this STSC LOOOOONG!!!!!!!
Is Robert A. Hainey AKA Midtownmurphy? Or is Midtownmurphy a SLB wannabe who knows Robert A. Hainey?
What do I know?? Next to nothing I'm told. I just keep asking questions so I can learn each day and improve the life of my wife, my beautiful children and hopefully my fellow neighbors and friends. Just one more question Squirrel???
Have I really talking about Steven Lawrence Brickner, the successful businessman from Lithia Florida?? Or have I been talking about 53 year old Robert A. Hainey of 66 Morse Ave Warick, Rhode Island?? I can't remember which one is the REAL scumbag criminal.
Does SLB have good intentions while driving around in his vehicle with no insurance, no tags, carrying his pistol, selling and doing drugs, hanging out with his stock market gang of frauds??
Does SLB feloniously carry concealed pistols WITHOUT a license for the gun or a license to carry concealed weapons??
Has SLB been forcibly evicted from 5 different residences and then stiffed the landlords for thousands of dollars in back-rent??
