The C team put the company into this position and want shareholders to bail them out over and over again. I don't post often but I'm down six figures in this POS. I recognize the progress but at the pace this company gets things done I wouldn't be surprised if some other company leapfrogged us.
It's ludicrous to blame shareholders for this mess. Shareholders have been paying inept Managements salary. Management hasn't shown any culpability but wants a blank check to keep the lights on. This is outrageous. I'd go to the shareholders meeting to see them get skewered if I had time.
I've got into this POS over 10 years ago and have more than $100k in realized losses. Got into this last year hoping to recoup some of it and I'm down over $10k now. Can't wait for it to end.
Ditto. she needs to be the first to go. Failed at cash management and financial planning.
What's a paltry 3M shares compared to the 10M we just added and added 30M forthcoming.
Just voted NO across the board in the proxy.
The $100M was hypothetical and not my valuation of the company although it's not far from the market cap.
Too many cheerleaders here that are supportive of whatever the mgmt wants to do. Some of the justification is rational to me but I'm calling out what isn't. The number of shares should have no bearing on the company valuation, share price on a buyout yes, but not the company's value.
How does the number of shares impact how a company is valued for buyout? If a company is valued at $100M then that's what they're worth. Companies are valued based on current or future earnings. Plus there may be other suitors that are interested so what you're saying may be true if there's only one bidder.
Lombardo doesn't have the qualities of a CEO, public speaking and presentation skills are sub-par and flat. Those are critical skills for a CEO, not just best-in-class CEOs, any CEO. His appointment as interim CEO is disappointing.
This is in the bag then. Great find!
They hit us with the reorg fee in the past reverse splits also I believe.
Management must be expecting the SP to hit $.18 so the warrants can be exercised.
InVentiv knows CVM is desperate for cash and will drag this out as long as possible in order to pressure them to accept a lower amount. CVM loses the arbitration and the ship is going down.
Is this based on information you or just speculation?
I'd be really surprised if the arbitration is the linchpin that releases the FDA hold. You left out the most probable reason which is the increase in enrollment numbers and change in overall survival vs SOC.
Another possibility is the approval of Keytruda for head and neck cancer may have prompted the FDA place the hold.
Stock volume is bonkers this morning.
Unlikely, but perhaps the inverse. Sell to settle.
Fantastic news!
The early backer of companies such as Achillion Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Intercept Pharmaceuticals Inc. closed a new $500 million fund, the latest sign that biotech venture-capital investing is on course for a record year.
Clarus Ventures’ new fund, announced Tuesday, will focus on opthalmology, oncology and rare diseases.
He's probably of the clowns in the ddi circus getting paid by shareholder money
What broker is everyone using?
I'm with trade king and they charge 150 for dtc chill status and 250 total volume for the day exceeds average 20 day volume. So it's possibly 400 plus commission fees.
Only 3 companies where they initiated coverage on so far. Check out the stock prices of the first two since they published their reports. does not bode well for cvm.
The product is negligible. You can have the best product in the world, but you're invested in the company and xkem has proved its not a viable business.
More exposure for Vietnam

Why does it matter... Long enough to know not to touch this company.
There's nothing going on with this company. This will be a short lived run with the PR that you are doing for them.
How long have you been the moderator for this board btw?
I'd love to be able to complain about paying taxes on short term gains. It would definitely help offset all the losers in my account. =)
Hi Littlefish! Just got back from Montreal for a bachelor's party. I did pick up some AYSI last week. I've read some of your recent posts on the board. Need to do some of my own DD on it though and may pick some more up if it drops.
This is freakin nuts. Great Call! I took a starter position in aysi as a precaution.
Congrats you guys! Really regret not getting into this earlier.
Nice back to $11 I am going to be upset if it breaks out from here.
Surprised to find a board for KCI on IHUB. Joined the party on the recent dip. Thanks for the contribution Grant.
What is all this great info that you are sharing with everyone here all about...
Earnings dont come out til June so I have some time.

Will do... Wow 2 years. Why did you decide to join the common folks again? J/K
I will check and let you know.
MXC that is... I haven't really realized the benefits of premium yet. I've been a lurker for the most part.
Well Rhino, I hope you make enough here at MXC to pay for a lifetime subscription at IHUB!
Wow I really wished I got in this earlier.
Hey still around looking for a better price. I'd like to wait a bit longer to see if the buying now is only short term.
Ohh and YES!
