Interesting, so can I ask why you seem to be such a defender of this company when you have not heard anything back in response to this request for months?
CNolan, would really like to know how that beta testing is going, since you made mention of the fact that you were contacted.
So how is that beta testing going C Nolan?
Skinny, you have been very quiet. What is the outcome of your plea to the company on news. Assume that there was no outcome since nothing has happened. People are correctly noting that the buying that is being done is not to advance the stock price, as most offers on bid are being accepted, either for buying or selling. Care to comment on any of this?
His posts said exactly this: Press Releases were misleading and inaccurate....and he resigned, and asked the company to notify shareholders, and they didn't, which is why he was forced to put that pertinent piece of information on the Board. Have we crossed the line? Numerous posts have called this a scam operation, one said there was no Cxense agreement despite the fact that PR was published that attested to this. It's unclear if a product was ever developed or all they did was pay for an expensive consulting report. Lots of questions.....and so far no answers.
I hope they take your advice.
I agree. There are some pretty serious allegations being leveled here. Skinny, you better get your folks to address something about all of this and what the situation is, even if by a closed letter or communique sent to shareholders because this is starting to get rather serious. And this can't certainly be helping the share price and the overall objective to raise financing.
You definitely have that right! So what are we as long term share holders to actually surmise? We keep hearing about imminent news, the need for cash, we watch the price fall with no news. I have previously suggested a shareholders meeting so that management could inform shareholders in a more manageable setting about what is going on with the company and product. If they are seriously interested in staying in business, and have something, any sort of product in process, then you would think they would jump at the chance to inform us, instill shareholder confidence and possibly thereafter generate a enhanced level of investment. But apparently they don't see that as a win-win situation and in fact I perceive the opposite from previous reactions. So here we sit, watching the company go south, with no news about anything or no interest in shareholder points of view. From what I can tell they aren't even responding to inquiries based on what others have said and supposed beta testers have all gone quiet. It leads me to believe that they weren't able to actually develop anything and that money was squandered. I wish someone from the company would respond to our concerns.
Wow not much happening here today. What say you Skinny? Your people better get some news out soon.
It is listed on his Linked in site Midas. But yes I agree there is some confusion but perhaps Skinny meant that they are dealing with the costs of the relocation and the costs of the further product development. Skinny, if you are the chief financier you must have some real faith in the product and the product outcome. So I would like to steer the conversation back to that. I am also interested in the Cxense agreement, as to me that is the most attractive part of the company, having that ability for big data collection, aggregation and what it offers to advertisers. I agree the content side is expensive, as you pointed out. And it takes a big player with lots of ability to drive relationships, deals and with the capital for staying power and expansion. For a small, sparsely financed company like CCLX, having smart data attached to the app makes much more sense. Can you enlighten us to the agreement as there was PR on this as well.
Certainly understand that, but it still does not get to the inherent concerns. If things are progressing that well with the beta testing, why have they not been able to raise some capital, or do a deal? Vs. trying to raise money on the market at dirt cheap prices. My questions/concerns relate to the a) financial viability of the company; b) inherent value of the would be product; c) losing time in a competitive marketplace with lots of deep pocket players. My former CEO used to stress to us all of the time.....FIRST TO MARKET.
I think that is what most of us are worried about. We can read the balance sheets, but without some indication of what the interventions are to address the less than rosy financial picture....it makes people cautious about investing. And with no "official" news on the product and how far along it is, that also clouds the picture. Do you have any timeline for when such news might be released, ball park. It has been "coming" for months now. SEC restrictions not withstanding.
Well, I WAS around for that an no one is asking them to put out false or irrelevant news and risk that position again. However, they also cannot expect people to invest on faith, no matter how cheap the stock is at this point. And when people send emails to the company, or call phone numbers which do not work or are not answered, it does not send off a very good vibe. Would you not agree?
I believe you are correct on this Skinny. So the idea of cheap paper is good, only if we can be assured that significant news is coming out. Since none of us know, would you care to elaborate on your previous posts, one as recently as about a week ago which alluded to "news."
Everyone needs to try and get in touch with these people....anyone of them. IR, CEO, CPO. Otherwise, with zero pressure they will continue with this behavior. Skinnybundle, where is the big news you promised?
Did you hear anything back from Cxense?
I sure didn't take it that way. I think you are expressing what all of us who are long term investors are feeling. Frustrated from lack of news, misstep after misstep and no apparent product out. No vote of confidence in the management team from me. Their silence is deafening.
Hey a 30% loss would look real good to me right now! Well, at least we had a somewhat decent day today. Mostly all green, and positive direction...sure beats the trend of the last week or so.
Pretty slow here....we need some decent news.
My, I sure hope you are not correct....It looked like it was at least holding its own, but not today.
that's fine with me. I will do so.
Has anyone heard from this management team. It is beyond time.
well now that we have that straightened out, LOL,...can you at least tell us if you have heard back about the beta test?
Well that's a bummer. So has anyone who typically communicates with this company heard anything. They don't communicate with everyone. But some of those that do manage to get a response....anything?
Ha....well it is a bit frustrating. We all know that he is one of the people who was contacted about the beta test, and then he puts this teaser out there. Had my hopes up for a big day.
CNolan1, can you please explain your post? People are keyed in to your post. And yet there appears to be no big news.
This is the only board he seems to have been posting on recently. But I agree...no big news.
Who trades 21 shares of this stock at this price? This is very weird.
Making false accusations on this board is not constructive. I am expressing the concerns raised by many shareholders about the lack of official information coming from management and the subsequent deterioration of the stock price as a result. It is nice to blame things on others, but one only has to look at how management is handling news to stock holders. Blame starts and stops with them.
Giving an update on the alpha test and beta test schedule, verifying that this company is still somewhat viable, sharing information on who and what technical resources are actually developing the product, any and all of the above.... is not fluff news and this can be put out to shareholders only, not the general public, via a shareholders meeting or other means of communicating just with shareholders. Look at the anxiety on this site. Most of us have been long time shareholders and not penny stock day traders. It's called respect for shareholder loyalty. Do you have a back ground in PR? Because I do....and I certainly know the value of communication to a targeted audience to build product support and confidence.
I've done PR for both large and small companies, all of whom had way more money and product profile at risk than this company does. There are ways to update shareholders that do not put potential deals at risk. This is not an acceptable excuse for the lack of communication.
Well stated.
Just logging in, I hope his response is that Santa Claus is going to reward the shareholders with a good present from the North Pole. Seriously though, I hope concerns about the stock price are unfounded, but the best way to restore shareholder confidence and address anxiety would be to put some news out. There are ways to communicate with shareholders that don't compromise potential deals.
One poster last week claimed he had been contacted regarding the beta test and replied but has heard nothing since. The lack of communication is both frustrating and worrisome.
And especially when one trade accounts for the majority of it.
All of this volume, at rock bottom prices, with no real news in the public domain for 3 months?????? Do the math...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what is going on, as others have pointed out. I go back to my previous point...there is no trusting this management team until proven otherwise, with real, credible evidence, not hearsay and cheerleading. As I said the other day....lack of transparency is only one concern.
I am wondering why those who are close to the company and regularly participate on this board are not commenting. That is cause for additional concern. The can say something, even if just to say that they cannot comment right now. But the radio silence has all of us on edge....and investor relations folks are generally permitted to call people back even if they have actions going on that they cannot talk about. But it seems from reading the messages that no one is hearing from them.
Well all the more reason for management to respond to concerns, on numerous fronts.
Thanks, this is helpful. I was just wondering if it would result in the skull and crossbones going back up again. I sure hope someone from this company is reading your post and that they respond to the numerous requests for information.
BJ106, so what are the implications of you lodging an inquiry with the OTC....can you explain a bit more since you have already had experience? Thanks.
Ted, have you tried to contact them. It seems as though they are not "answering" the phone, per the note of Midas.
