Id suggest reviewing the price action just prior to the last two RS's were announced. Educating yourself can minimize losses.

I agree, but you have to understand the market in which you are operating. Its not rocket science to understand what will crater a stock in the OTC. After almost a year as CEO that idiot still doesn't understand how to attract investors.


Market sentiment and price action dictate that the OTC feels the same way about BYOC as I do. Its trash, with a trash CEO, that is lying out of his butt in order to line his own pockets. The fact that this hit trips again (as I said it would many times) indicates that your opinion on this ticker may not be grounded in reality.

Given that shareholder value is constantly being diluted and market cap is ever decreasing, this is not based in reality.

For more than two years now we have heard the same claims about this ticker and in that time what has happened? Most were cleaned out, while others were forced to sink tons of capital into this just to average down and get out. All while this is about to fall back into trips, what a great company!

On top of that, that genius geordan adds another BILLION to the AS? I've heard all the excuses as to why this was a good thing, but thats not based in reality either. Clearly he can't be trusted to make any progress on things like the supposed share cancellation, which would have rendered the AS increase unnecessary. But, you know, something, something lawyers busy, something, something "when its the right time".

The bottom line is that in two years, shareholders have nothing to show but red for their "loyalty" to a company and management team that view them as piggybanks.
