Mr. Scott, we've got to have more power ! ! !
these *#^%@ klingons are gaining on us. lol
Welcome to the board. I'm glad to read you here. I hope your arrival will calm some of our more disturbed members.
I've been accumulating stock here for about a year and a half and believe that there is a lot of potential here. I am looking forward to hearing some (actually: a lot of) good news in the next 6 months.
thanks for joining us
cm1
you are correct drift. it was to be a back up to ensure that there are no production problems.
Even if it was put into production, it would not "double" the output of the other two machines as was suggested earlier.
cm1
arkie, I have used Scottrade for a couple of years, but recently opened an account with Just2Trade.
They only charge $2.50 per trade. I haven't done much with that account, just bought more Xkem (with no restrictions).
They allow you to use 3rd party software for trading and viewing L2. I haven't tried that yet, so don't know how it works, but you might want to check them out.
cm1
That's what I believe also...
Stay tuned, don't touch that dial......
lol
cm1
WTH??? You could have bought another share with those 2 pennies. Don't waste them on us. Think of your kids...
lol
cm1
p.s. Yes, new board member + some business experience = good news
20 mill WAG May 20 2007 1:10 p.m.
agree bahouka, of course not everyone is what they seem.
Everyone here has an agenda: even if it's just to kill time between porno sites ( Uh, not me, some of these other guys: lol )
I am certain that at least some of these "investors" who are quick to start a fight are doing so without any regard for the welfare of the company.
jmho
cm1
MSGT, seriously: That's a good idea.
I'll drink to that one.
lol
cm1
Thank you sleepless, you may be the voice of reason calling out from the wilderness*...
I think that this letter is inflamatory. The threat of challenging the board in a "proxy" war is senseless. With the current share structure it is an empty threat and the board will know it. Such a strugle would hurt us all (we'd be just another Nigerain scam co.).
I think it would be better to use more carrot, less stick at this time. We will soon have two new board members that will bring some experience with them that may really benfit us.
My plan:
Lets talk to Dr. P nicely, letting him know how we feel, but without threats. Then, get a comittment from him to release information regularly. - Including a plan on how to build value.
Report to the board the substance of his commitment to the shareholders, then: If he fails to do it, we have a basis for asking the board for action.
Remember, up until this quarter XKEM had one foot in the grave and the other on a skateboard. We now have revenues and production ramp-up. Certainly now is the time for some action, to seize the momentum and climb out of the gutter. A fistfight and bloody nose are not going to get us there.

*but if no one hears you, do you still make sound? lol

You are correct light... What can really suck is if you exercise the options in one year, have a taxable gain attibuted to you, then sell the stock the next year for a loss...
You still pay on the gain the first year... Ouch ! ! !
jajaja
cm1
Correct drift, these shares came directly from the company storage room. lol
But I agree, it's still a VERY good sign.
cm1
Everyone is thinking it: I'm going to go ahead and say it:
NEWS NEXT WEEK ! ! ! Yahooooo!!
lol
O.K. I feel better now.
cm1
DD, obviously it's not "hidden", or we would not be talking about it. lol
Getting the factory built and increasing production is more important than anything else right now.
No matter how good the PR could be today, it would do no more than cause a temporary spike. Then the flippers and Mrs. Bleckkkkkk ( if she has any shares free ) would dump into the rise; we'd probably be back here in a few days anyway.
jmho and I am often wrong....
In the long run; production, sales and revenue will drive us up.
cm1
I agree drift, and I PM'd a couple of other posters here about this already: I think that holding off on some of the news is a good idea - wait until the political climate is milder.
Even the best of news can be wasted if it is over-shadowed by other problems. I think a lot of investors are watching on the sidelines. This is Nigeria and even though it's come a long way, it's still a bigger gamble to invest there than Europe or North of the Border - the Mexican one
Good things are coming and we will get news. These new investors didn't drop $7 million just to watch the paint dry.
- I'm holding on to my shares.

From the 8K: It's nice to have a CEO who puts his own assets on the line.
It seems pretty obvious that he believes in the future of this company. He pledged his personally owned assets to finalize the deal. I believe he is doing everything he can to make this work.
Pandey Pledge Agreement . In order to induce the Purchasers to purchase the Units, Dr. Ramesh Pandey, the CEO of the Company, agreed to pledge to the Unit holders, effective as of the date that the indebtedness of the Company to Alembic, Limited is satisfied, 100% of the beneficial ownership in PRC Holdings, LLC and PCR Holding Company, Inc. (collectively, the “Pledged Interests”), which hold, collectively, 25% of the beneficial ownership in Vineyard Productions, LLC (“Vineyard”). Vineyard is the entity that owns the office building complex in which the Company’s offices and laboratory are located. Dr. Pandey shall be entitled to a release of the Pledged Interests at such time, if any, as the Company either pays off the Debentures, or posts cash collateral (or the substantial equivalent thereof) of $1,500,000 to the holders of the Debentures. The Company has agreed to indemnify Dr. Pandey for any loss he may incur in the event he loses any of the Pledged Interests to the Debenture holders as well as to compensate him or a charity of his designation, in consideration for providing this collateral. The Pledge Agreement also provides to Dr. Pandey the right to pledge the Pledged Interests to secure the remaining obligations of the Company to Alembic, Limited.

Well, on SI I'm "SIer formerly known as Joe B". Before that, thanks to Bob, for about 30 seconds I was 012345678901234567890123456789 and before that I was Joe B.
( found on Rock and Roll history board)
He's one of these azzholes that posts to himself under multiple aliases to try and bash..... I wonder how many times he has been tossed in jail. - He probably lost count himself.
It makes you wonder how many of our new educated "friends" here are actually him???
Perhaps he knows Satan too... jajaja

XKEM heading back to the teens.

You might need to rotate your monitor 90 degrees..... that chart is going up, not down.
cm1
traz, roflmao... thanks, I needed that.
cm1
LOCHUTE, I don't know what the final count will be, but I'll be in it.
I'm in the process of transfering some cash today so I can make a deposit in my ROTH IRA & buy some more.
jejejeje ... South American snicker
cm1
Obviously drift, you have not had quite enough to drink yet. A few more shotzz of buuurrbbn an itlloook beetr
lol
cm1
It's simple for me, I trust.... ME
and a few others that I've seen (read) around the past 3 years that I've been doing this.
You are right, in the end it's your own fault when you make a mistake. However, there's no teacher like an empty pocket. lol
I've been burned a couple of times - that education turned out to be worth every penny.
cm1
Honestly, howard, I would never complain about anyone taking some money off the table and putting it in their pocket.
Everyone trades for MONEY... everyone should make their own decision about when to get in or out.
Don't take anything you read here too personal. It's easy to accidentally Send or Recieve the wrong message when all you have to communicate with is this screen.
glty
cm1
LMAO - yes Fiat, it's entirely inappropriate to mix metaphors. However, I think it may be OK to blend similes, but only if they are like two peas in a bowl....
jajajaja
good morning all
cm1
no offense howard; just havin' a little fun
Howard, I'll tell you my thoughts. If you sold at .10 last year, I hate you.
Any other questions???
j/k
cm1
Fiat, lucky me, I don't smoke. jajajaja
I don't pay no stikin' tobacco tax. jajajaja
Of course, I make up for it with the liquor tax probably.... sonofa%^%&$*&$
cm1
Thanks Fiat, I had heard that before, but had forgotten how the story went.
Very sad; very true.
I prepare tax returns for a living and see the injustice regularly this time of the year.
One client who hasn't paid any tax all year long is mad because they aren't getting as big of an EIC refund this year, and the next guy pays taxes all year and still owes at the end.
cm1
Fast, two weeks ago I opened an account with just2trade.com because Scottrade has restricted buys on XKEM for months now.
Just2trade only charges $2.50 per trade. I'm not real thrilled with their software, but they run an open platform and allow you to use third-party software to access their system, so I'm going to check out some other trading software and see how it goes.
cm1
What? I can't hear you, I have my Cult hood over my head. lol
j/k
cm1
JoChef, I don't know what all this "cult" talk is about, but if it involves ZKEM, booze and boobs, call me cultivated...
lmao
cm1
Hang in there Eddie, life will be good soon. I am fortunate and have been green for quite a while, but I've bought some more as we've gone up. I see a lot of potential with this stock.
Patience it key. I owned BRVO at about .05 when they were trying to open up the China market. When they cut their losses and quit China, I sold out and moved on with a small loss.
About 9 months later I woke up and found it trading at $1.00 - after signing a distribution deal with Coke.
My aZZ is still sore from kicking myself over that. lol
glty
cm1
Interesting, you said "subtle bashing" - sounds like a little devil we know that wishes he could post here.
hmmmmmmm
A coincidence?? maybe not - although I'm sure he would post all day long and never shut up.
lol
cm1
makin' Those are his lucky shoes. Don't mess with them.
lol
cm1
That Satan is a real piece of work. I'd like to see him on the 10:00 news in an orange jump suit. The boys in cell block "C" would teach him a whole new meaning to the name basher.
lol
cm1
Noble, Scottrade restricted XKEM purchases several months ago. You can place a phone order and get the Inet rate. You can still place a sell order on-line.
gl
cm1
Now I'm off to my son's school for a little while. Then, I'll come back here and work till freakin' midnight doing tax returns because I
COULD NOT GET ANY WORK DONE TODAY........AAAAHHHHHH
lol
Too much excitement on my other computer screen
gn
cm1
Gold, I still have my Scotty account, but also opened one on Just2Trade. I haven't had it long enough to know whether or not it is "the one" ( Matrix ? ? lol )
No problem buying XKEM there, and I do like their price. Hard to beat, only $2.50 per trade.
Now I've got XKEM in both accounts - and it's all GREEEN!!!

cm1
Hey Big Daddy,
Are we there yet?
Are we there yet?
Are we there yet?
Are we there yet?
Yes, we are there! ! !
