Signing a contract comes well in advance of Revenue.
In my opinion, the leaks are out.
Our polymer works. Fastest in the world.
it's cheap and can be made on a large scale.
It is stable.
It can be utilized on standard silicon platforms.
It can be implemented on standard CMOS manufacturing foundries.
Power demand is so small (1 volt or less) there is no need for a driver
laser can be added on the chip reducing size and combining two separate functions on one chip further reducing cost.
Capsulated packaging is unique to LWLG
All the above covered by patents allowing partnerships and licensing.
Any deals signed must be announced in a mater of days from the ink drying.
Appears that is all that is left.
This board is the best.
Stage 2 booster rocket deploys soon.
Thanks to all here.
All Hail Phonics Guy !
Question : Doesn't that mean Lightwave's power savings claims are understated ?
My impression of Dr. Lebby, is a proven, focused leader of LWLG and has always been upbeat but reserved, thoughtful, honest and extremely successful.
LWLG is now offering the world the first true leap forward in processing speed, not incremental advancement of the past and not downplaying the remarkable advancements that have been made. But we are at a point where electricity is very near it's limits in both speed and miniaturization. Electricity effects it's neighbor, the guides cannot get any closer. light does not affect it's neighbor. In addition, the power reductions and savings involved cannot be ignored by the industry. Electricity cost will go up this year by double digit %.
We have the solution. We are waiting on adoption.
There is no other company that I would exchange my personal investment risk for LWLG at this point in time.
He deserved his day in the sun and I was smiling right along with him.
What happens when the market wants not 250,000 shares but 2.5 to 4 million and they want them NOW!!!
We may find out before Punkin Day.
In my industry, nobody prepays for anything.
You invoice upon delivery and wait up to 30 days beyond that.
Meanwhile other orders come in and you must finance that also.
It takes money to make money. Out here in the fly over zone it called business.
Exactly X. This reserve, if used, is a speed bump. - Not thrilled but Lebby is ready for the necessary cash expense needed to fulfill a substantial contract or two with the capital ready and waiting if needed. I can't help but think a substantial contract is imminent.
Really Proud of Lightwave today. We can counter punch.
Too cool.... Lebby on cloud 9 and deserves his day in the sun.
Congrats to all Lightwavians..
We are so close I can taste it.
Great board last couple days. Both on point and funny.
I think you will sleep peacefully tomorrow night Walter.
A bell will never sound so sweet.
NASDAQ !! Congrats to all involved.. Corporate and Shareholders all.
X, They have been doing gps no steer for 15 years.
Driverless now doesn't even have a cab, seat or steering wheel.
Haven't seen one of these yet but steering a tractor is considered old school now. Including turning and lining up rows to the inch, computerized seed drop, and fertilizer adjustments within individual field.

I don't think today is a good day to wish for Joe's kind of help.
Aimless, Two reasons,
1. Actually the water doesn't need to be cool or cold. The cooling towers recirculate water losing a percentage in evaporation on each trip around the loop (vapor clouds rising). Volume is what is needed but yes Mesa is in the heart of a desert already starving for water.
2. If you think Zuckerberg and his pals put you and the planet above control and personal power then the answer will confuse you.
Solar panels are great (I guess) but data centers don't turn of the lights at night. The Center MUST design the facility to operate with or without them. Adding start up cost too ADD Solar. Heat generated is the same so cooling towers are just as big using the same amount of water. No savings there in expense or water.
What does LWLG have to offer again?
HALF the power at twice to three times the speed !!!!
The Infrastructure cost savings is added to the operating cost savings is added to the doubling of the data transmission.
We should be over 50 already.
Energy Consumption is at the "head of the table" concerns when it comes to Data Centers today. This articles whole thrust on the new Data Center in Mesa is how to control a data centers' big sucking sound of power and cooling demands (water in the desert). Energy will be the main concern to any city looking to approve a new facility.
LWLG is at the forefront an will undoubtedly be used through necessity.

Did anyone else notice that the announcement presented dramatic improvement in performance but no change in formula name/product name.
It appears to me these guys can now manipulate what they have in dramatic fashion but retain basic composition without the need for more IP protection.
Customers can tell them what they want them to meet in specific company needs/requirements and we can deliver to THIER specification not the other way around and most likely very quickly now.
A file cabinet full of formula, each with a product/company label.
"Powered by Lightwave Logic". ie: remember "Intel Inside"
Acceptable with a licensing agreement.
The way I see the PR Mike, is that Lebby has told us in the past, that in order for a dramatic new technology to be accepted by the big boys, the new tech need to not only work, but they want to know where it is going. The next improvement and the next improvement. Not a one hit wonder. Lebby has confirmed that and I am checking off another box.
Two to go. Listing on NASDAQ and acceptance with an Order. They will then fall like dominos.
Have a good weekend X . Hats of to the longest of the longtimers here.
Lightwave has come a long, long, long way from Fred's chemistry breakthrough. Now with Lebby's guidance creating a soon to be force of nature, the wait will pay off in multiples we never imagined. .
I believe atlsutiger is correct. Just a matter of how quickly application was made.
My Last post on the subject. Wish I never would have started.
If they need shelf money AFTER an order is made the stock is 20.00 not 10.00 Why dilute now?
I have suffered through 100% dilution
I would rather pay 5% interest on 50% profit that dilute any amount forever.
If they NEEDED it , yes, but operating capital needed to produce product on an signed "large" order that has profit on the backside, possibly 50% profit, shouldn't need selling part of your company to achieve.
That is what revolving lines of credit are for. Diluting the outstanding shares to operate can now be in our rear view mirror. We have over a years cash in the bank to operate as we have in the past. What should quickly become a viable and profitable company when orders come in should be done on credit. Starting companies use dilution. Operating companies use credit.
I don't know anything... just ask around but...
In my no nothing opinion..
1. Shelf was not created for instant cash
2. It is there for
a. Lightwave can borrow large amounts of operating capital when needed at low interest rates from major banks because the shelf is there to pay them back if the project goes south. WITH NO DILUTION That is how you run a business.
b. The shelf can also protect from a hostile take-over
c. Looks good to NASDAQ
Is it possible that we are in to double figures for good?
Could be...until it hits triple figures.
Lots of fun with the license plate yesterday.
I do have one question for Ned though. #74277
Are you referring to the plate, or the buff hunk holding the license plate?
Why didn't you go to Harvard?
Michael Lebby 450 patents in his name.
National Academy of Inventors inductee.
Sounds like something rubbed off while he was in School.
Lead a horse to water...but you can't make him drink.
As long as we are talking additional uses of Lightwave's technology, I ask a simple question that has an obvious answer to anyone who takes the time to think about it.
Q. Why has Rear Admiral Zelibor been on the Board of Directors sense May 1,2017?
He only served as the Director of Global Operations United States Strategic Command and Director of Space Information Warfare.
Probably nothing to see there.
BuyNStonks.. I stated that we were 1/2 way through stage seven yesterday.
You wanted something tangible that I based the statement on.
Go to post # 69149 on 6/10 from our good friend Richard.
Although this is not the 8 stage arrow graph, this slide clearly shows the company is 1/2 way through Initial design in.
Although not the graph I thought thought I remembered, This graph has moved forward and we have not only achieved reaching the initial design in phase but marching through it.
The finish line is 1/2 a box away.
I apologize if I mislead, but this 1/2 arrow shading advance Richard recognized, to me, is a HUGE deal.
All the best.
Dusty
it has been pointed out here that Lebbys chart has moved from 7 to 7.5 since the Shareholders meeting.
th6565.. I have always thought that this is the natural progression of LWLG becoming a powerhouse in the industry. Perfect application for extremely profitable licensing agreements on more devices than we can count.
I am seeing 1/2 volt on figures 8A, 8B, 9A and 9B
is this a reduction? I thought we were at 1 volt and all said if we could get there, the world is ours for the taking?
Over my head by 20,000 feet but it says 1/2 volt.
Wow, you actually listened to a video?
You are a DD guru.
Can't wait to hear about other videos yo have listened to.
Calm confidence. We know what we have.
Traders trading money. But they aren't trading mine.
Just taking a breather positioning for the next up leg.
1. NASDAQ
2.Sales announcement
3. additional sales announcements
4. New products other than modulators
5. drinks with umbrellas on the beach
"It's not that they are ignorant, it's just that they know so much that isn't so".
Ronald Reagan
Lebby has stated in the past he wanted LWLG to reach NASDAQ "organically"
The only organic thing I can compare this to is Jacks Beanstalk.
