Thanks... Good info.
Brooklyn, what do you mean? Are you basing that from Gemalto/Vasco information today from MrDrifter or just as a thought.
No link. Did you not see the update below?
Gemalto and Vasco
Judge Richard G. Stearns: ORDER entered. For the claim construction hearing on August 20, 2017, the court will expect to hear 15 minutes of technical tutorials from each side, and 15 minutes of argument per side for each of the three groups of terms.Associated Cases: 1:17-cv-10422-RGS, 1:17-cv-10423-RGS(RGS, int2)
Sure Trader - $4.95 Per-Trade + 6:1 Leverage
Ropes & Gray=SETTLEMENTS
At .0075 SFOR company worth is $17 Mil. Just one settlement will cause the PPS to soar. Multiple settlements...Oh my goodness.
ZPaul, us Longs know we are very close. Claim construction is going on with several of the lawsuits. No wonder Mark Kay said "we expect to see numbers this year from our 7-lawsuits".
Thank you Drifter! We are close.
ROPES and GRAY coming in is not fumes....
Correction..."I" didn't speak about them LARGE DEALS...Strikeforce has.
This isn't even "ALL WE KNOW"....
1. Strikeforce has publicly reported this year on APRIL 17th & AUGUST 2nd that 2017 is definitely a game changing year.
2. Strikeforce stated in these PR's that they will MINIMALLY start to see significant revenues that could be remarkable by the end of 2017 and that 2017 will be their BEST YEAR for revenues or DEFINITELY very close. According to them this will be just the start of their GAME CHANGING company.
3. The MAIN reason I FIRMLY believe that the game changed for Strikeforce though was on March 20, 2017. That day they announced that the best Intellectual Property lawfirm in the world (and just named #2 lawfirm overall in the United States by American Attorney on July 26, 2017) was partnering with Strikeforce to initiate 4-simultaneous lawsuits. Then, through court filed documents it came to light that they taking the lead on portions of the 3-other simultaneous lawsuits by Blank Rome (SFOR's other top 10 IP Lawfirm who spearheaded the 2016 settlement with Microsoft) it became clear that Strikeforce was ready to emerge.
4. There is no possible way that Strikeforce can fund 7-simultaneous lawsuits at the same time. Just Ropes and Gray corporate rate of $3,500 an hour for Attorneys/Para-legals/Admin-support would be astronomical for 1-lawsuit...Not to mention that they're involved in all 7. Blank Rome was CONFIRMED that they were on contingency last year after settlement. They received nearly 45% of the Microsoft settlement but the fact remains that they were willing to fight for SFOR's patents without payment until settlement. So must Ropes and Gray.
If world-class lawfirms are convinced of Strikeforce' future....What about us???!!!!!!!!!
Strikeforce, in my opinion, is a gold mine waiting to happen. Next year all of us SFOR Longs will be incredibly joyful. It is remarkable that Strikeforce' PPS is where it is but that will change for good soon in my humble opinion.
That is totally misleading!!..."ALL-WE-KNOW"...That-is-ridiculously-misleading!
Will SFOR's-PPS-be-10X-current-levels-next-year?-Here's-why-I-think-so:

SMALL CHATTER WILL NOT HOLD SFOR BACK
Significant Deals are GREAT...No matter where they come from!!

MrDrifter, thank you for always posting these court updates!
What does minimally mean to you?? Folks, I believe this window of time until settlement or revenues is the last chance EVER to accumulate a position with SFOR. I already know based on Blank Rome, Ropes and Gray, "Large Channel Partner Deals" that every dollar I invest in SFOR right now is going to make me profits in the 1000's of percent.
Nasty? This doesn't sound nasty.... SFOR: "StrikeForce should minimally realize their results in the second half of this year."
YES! SFOR: "We should receive our investment we need by the end of September". This will bridge "large deals, most of whom are through our Channel Partners". "We expect our LARGEST year for revenues or DEFINITELY very close".
Right with Ya Longboard?
This post should be stickied.
Excellent post Splithappens!
I think it will be interesting to reflect one year from now. We'll be looking towards the end of 2018. Where will we be with the 4-Lawsuits by ROPES and GRAY and 3-lawsuits by BLANK ROME? Will there be settlements? New lawsuits announced? PR's on significant revenues like Mark Kay has stated? Deals should definitely already be bring in significant revenues. How much? I can certainly see the potential for life-changing events unfolding.
For all of this mundane discussion I see Brooklyn's point. Brooklyn, for me, I wanted confirmation on my 500K investment with this emerging company... But I do see your point.
My experience with Mark Kay and George Waller is what I'm basing my investment on. My hope is that all of us can be at their office either for a first time or once again....How about when the PPS is at 25 cents. I'd be happy with that.
Sorry... You were addressing someone else. I too have posted recently about going to SFOR's office. Hopefully all of us can go at some point SOON!
Brooklyn, sorry. I was there for my 'real' work...LOL. I stopped by after that.
I'll second that!! The only difference is even the naysayers understand that this is probably the last window to accumulate cheap shares. Even a PR on finalized deals with expected revenue numbers will cause this thing to take off.
With all of these PR's, catalysts and court proceedings we need a thorough consolidated update!
Let's not forget that is was Blank Rome that pummeled Microsoft. They are ranked in the top 10 in IP protection and litigation for a reason!!
Blank Rome: Charles Wolfe concentrates his practice in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation before U.S. District Courts and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. His experience also includes:
managing large U.S. and international patent portfolios;
prosecuting patent applications and post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; and
counseling on patent infringement, validity and enforceability, and related issues.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Wolfe served as a patent examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Wolfe has received the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Nice to have friends in high places!!
Blank Rome isn't bad either! Notice:
Blank Rome: Experienced Attorneys, Recognized in Their Fields
The intellectual property litigation practice includes former U.S. Patent and Trademark Office attorneys and is complemented by the former practicing engineers and former patent examiners with in-depth experience in patent prosecution matters. The National Law Journal has rated Blank Rome as one of the top 10 patent litigation firms in the country.
THIS IS A BIG CONFIRMATION RIGHT HERE!!
Given enough time...No doubt.
Definitely interesting to watch especially knowing that the IPR could be dismissed next week for all we know.

So Hate Liars mirrors a post from WBCTrader calling out people on this board but HL's post is removed but not WBCTraders??
Tough time at 5am PST. We need more of the other times like we had at 7pm.
