I agree. But IIRC this was primarily a Jinbo event. I may be wrong, but ZJMY is just one part of Jinbo.
That said, being any part of Jinbo I see as a net plus.
This is an important post IMO.

Awesome! No question it was at that hotel--just like a lot of strong DD by great DD-ers on the board said it would be.
Don't we all! Finding out what they said will be the real kicker!
Thanks!
What I like about Ilhabella's photo is that you can see what appears to be the Guangxi Wharton International Hotel logo on the screen behind them (right where Alaska meets Canada on the map).
Plus the first two Chinese characters after it match the first two characters painted on the outside of the train. I can't read Chinese, but I'm guessing the characters say something about either Jinbo or ZJMY.
Thanks for the clarification.
Yes. That's what I understand too. We're advertised on the trains and have naming rights to two(?) lines, but I didn't think the trains themselves are ours.
We do have cars available at the stations--though not sure if they're rentals or what.
Thanks. Excellent point.
Hey, nosfelle. Super good to see you here!
Occam's razor. DOLV being for real requires fewer assumptions than all the explanations that it's a scam.
1. Going to Manila is not cheap.
2. Job openings -- not a detail most scams would have thought of.
3. Game shows featuring new cars
4. The opening this weekend with non-PS photos.
5. All the folks who called the hotel to verify conference ahead of time
6. CUSIP number
7. Info from multiple brokers re: coming name change
8. Legal action to get 54M shares back in Eastern district of New York -- putting themselves out in the very court system that investigates frauds.
At some point, the explanation that doesn't require an elaborate scam is most likely to be the correct one.
What gets rolled into DOLV and what the fins will show and what PR's will come out are open to speculation, but I'm going with it being for real.
Lol! Sounds like a good plan!
A great post worth re-reading.
I've been thinking the same thing. Maybe the translation of press conference isn't what we think of here in the US as press conference. Still, I like Floridany's photos, and KingTomb's too.
Can one of Floridany's train photos from this morning replace the train photo on the main page?
Thanks, Floridany. Awesome photos and helps clear up a lot of misinformation.
Good to see you again, Nosfelle. Thanks for re-posting.
I can't imagine RR philosophy of "...profits from our business activities and richness should be returned to all of our stakeholders," has changed much since OLM.
We do!
Looked up xZx's 888 trades. Last time was May 16 -- the next day, pps went from .04 to .06, and almost exactly two weeks later, it hit 12.9.
It would be awesome if that happened again!
Nice. This is huge! Judge grants DOLV their request. And denied the other guys.
Thanks. I like it.
I'd go with ZJMY -- they've got the stronger tech. What's really most important about a car? These days, it's the "fuel source", and with their newer, safer, longer range, cold-tech battery, ZJMY has got the goods.
Not quite correct. Big news will come as a result of the the auction on May 31st. No one ever said the news would come ON the 31st.
We have some very compelling arguments that this will end very nicely for the shareholders who own this stock alongside RR.
In terms of business, they're on schedule. Paying attention to what they need to be paying attention to. All the PR's in the world won't help if your company isn't producing. EV cars are already ready to hit the road.
That said -- yes, they are behind on things related to pps at the moment. But pps will take care of itself when business is good.
JMO
Did anyone notice a week or so ago when news was asking a Russian oligarch what a meeting was about, you could hear him saying quitely, "Block chain."
That makes total sense that they would have blockchain then. Related to cars, so does their blockchain get rolled in too? Hmm...
Thanks for the clarification.
They may not want it reverse engineered too quickly.
Thanks, Wyatt. You made the point far more quickly and succinctly than I did. :)
I think an important question to ask is, Who is the conference aimed at? It's not aimed at ihubbers and penny players. It's aimed at ASEAN for business.
Are we going to hear much in the way of news? I don't know. They can be pretty hushed when they want to be. But, as Floridany has pointed out, this new, third generation, cold-tech EV battery and car are Chinese government's "baby" to some extent. China is second biggest economy in the world, so it's the powerhouse next-door, as far as ASEAN is concerned. I think a few of those countries might be interested. But, how soon will we find out exactly what the "take away" from the private invitation conference is (especially from a not-big on PR company)? I don't know. Plus we'll need translations.
Just asking. But I'm feeling positive about DOLV. I think we can assume the conference can only be a net plus for DOLV.
Thanks for the info!
I still need to order some and try it out. But the thing with bottled water is, it doesn't matter what brand it is, people just buy bottled water no matter what.
Good to know. Thanks.
The year before, he got 10 million restricted shares at an imputed price per share of 10 cents, meaning that the year before he performed $1,000,000 dollars of service, for a total of 1.2+ million dollars. I would think that would really require proof.
That's what I got when I googled him too. Doesn't seem like he could have performed 1.2+ million $ worth of service. But maybe that's not the guy.
Yeah. The 20 million shares had an imputed price per share of .0112, which I assume means the he performed some service worth $224,000. I could be misunderstanding, but a judge isn't just going to take someone's word that they performed $224,000 worth of service. They're going to have to show something to prove that, I would think.
Plus their two motions, Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim, and Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, are standard things that one always issues in hopes the judge will dismiss the case. But they both will most likely be denied. Then the burden shifts back to them to prove stuff.
Roche seems awesome, but it seems Pacchini's no slouch either. Might be good if he stayed on in some capacity if RR won the auction.
A good post that's worth a second look. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=132208547
Thanks for laying that out, and I agree. I think #2 is most likely.
Yes. June 27 is exactly 60 days after DOLV filed the complaint, so that makes sense.
