A beautiful link and I totally agree, part of why I'm here. Doesn't really change the potential risk but it certainly makes it sound much less likely. Comforting and informative. Thank you for this post!
Lack of state law protection from feds is also factored into pps for December. As barriers fall, so will resistance. Handful of states continuing to push forward seems like a good sign that we're not too far from something more solid at the federal level. Good news though, this company isn't even waiting for that.
Another successful project from TAUG. Thank you for sharing this PR.
I appreciate your post. As I stated in the original post. I don't mind if it did move to February, heck it could move to 2019 and I wouldn't mind. I'm long on TAUG and happy to be here. All I requested is a reliable source. I should have been more specific about seeking a source that doesn't lock information down to an account based service I suppose. I held no such belief that the trial date movement was untrue. How did you gather such an assumption?
I've stopped reading your posts, now with this exception. I don't see any link to the docket itself only text you claim is from the docket. Is there a real source for this information or is it limited to this post?
Typically, the US Courts site is one of the faster archives to update but I still don't see it there.
You can have your opinion but your post puts inaccurate words in my mouth. I don't appreciate that. When I see something about the trial date moving from the company or the court directly then I will believe it. Not some post anywhere else. Fact is the Johnny C has been right about the vast majority of things that have come to pass. While I find his posts credible, they are still posts on a message board and not PRs or Court Orders.
Rule 14 friend.
TAUG will have it's day. There have been fantastic ideas in this company. Don't forget that the full lip look is in right now. Good luck to all. I will wait if the court date really did move. Still haven't seen anything on a credible source. I don't mind though.
If Berman were to be in poor health or even to not be in good health, the qualifier "could" would still prevent your original statement from being libel. In fact poor health conditions would make your statement more reasonable. Are you saying that Berman in fact is in poor health and falsifying statements?
What??? Your post doesn't make sense in context. Please explain.
Keyword here being "could" making this not subject to laws regarding libel. Good try though.
Libel is an interestingly new concept here. Tell me all about how PMs are NOT protected on registered DNSs and so on due to case precedence. Mostly thanks to new case law against cyber bullying. Publishing online public (or (supposedly private) is still publishing.
Green again today. So glad I invested. Go TAUG!
Indeed less offensive, but it's accuracy would still be in question.
Thank you, without your contradictory points in a post it's much easier to discern what you're talking about.
Good luck to you!
Your response is very unclear. You do believe that doubling would qualify as a boom?
Doubling, at any point, is huge. A lot of shares were sold around that .0005 support point. I'd call doubling your investment a boom. Do you disagree?
Gratz to all in the green zone!
Nothing wrong with snapping up a rising stock, or with the profit takers that doubled their investments. You're right though, it's going to get much harder to manipulate this ticker soon enough. I've loved watching the last two weeks and I'll be holding on.
If the CEO is willing to put big personal money on the line, then I'm willing to see what more he can do. I'm excited to see Shaw keep on winning.
So many things make so much more sense now. Thank you!
Phenomenal day! Good call by the way. Trips are a thing for now but their time is certainly limited. GLTA
Orrin Hatch starting to come around. That's a big deal.

Very well stated. Thank you for the perspective.
Haha what? I can't even.
I think you may want to look back around the era of alcohol prohibition. Just because banks couldn't track money the way they can today doesn't mean they willingly took dirty money. Hence why so many such providers found themselves caught or hiding cash after a while.
Oh and by the way, the 1920s was not at all the first time alcohol had been prohibited. Not in world, not even in the states.
So marijuana is precisely fitting to the history of alcohol?
This is a classic case of speculative wishes and accurate representation.
The quote you have is accurate, despite the word choices you dislike. Your additional dialog has no basis but opinion. You are growing my faith in TAUG by leagues with this.
Justice will serve TAUG and Seth Shaw very well. I do hope we see justice starting in November.
Okay, could you please clarify your post? It's very vague but I'd like to understand what you're actually trying to say.
So you are implying that the additional shares that the shareholders voted in favor of, which is saying a great deal about the shareholders sentiment, isn't going to help sustain the company to serve whatever just ruling there will be?
Also, triple damages or not isn't going going to make or break TAUG. Although, I do enjoy your implication that TAUG is destined to win so that the defendants will be forced to apply for an appeal. This court is stepping through the steps in every way it should thus far. I'm interested in hearing the justification for this highly presumptive appeal if/when it happens.
All of the releases contradict your statement with the exception of the company being short on cash. Why do you believe this?
I don't think that insulting the Honorable Robin L. Rosenberg for keeping the case in Florida for over 10 months is productive. He is a good official that I think came to a great ruling. NJ may not be the jurisdiction of The Company damaged but it is the jurisdiction ruling the company committing the violations.
I fully disagree with you. I think it's a good call.
Much appreciated. Good luck to you. Go $TAUG
It's not all bad though I agree it's not totally ideal.
Product launches are always good, albeit expensive.
Recent investments have been in solid revenue projects.
This capital isn't the CEO selling shares. No Form 4.
Teaser plans at buying more revenue producing projects.
$300k is almost 50% higher than today's dollar volume which is a significant investment, regardless.
Even at .02, or around it, it's great pps for longs. Playing the volatility short-term is something I haven't been looking for so as far as that is concerned, I have no knowledge.
Unfortunately, asking you to read TAUG's statements is not a deflection. I implore you one last time to do some DD and read through the 10-K. I prefer the txt format (despite the extraneous format code) but the htm version will even highlight what you're looking to find.
This was entertaining; thank you. Do check though if you honestly believe that information is in any way omitted. Obfuscated a bit, but there.
I won't quote the statements for you but this link may be helpful to someone in your position. Annual statements are essential to tracking any public company. I recommend looking into the quarterly statements.

You may want to also look into how to fill one out. General statements are absolutely allowable. The expectation of laying out every salary of every individual or consultant is far above and beyond true requirements. For share ownership, you may also want to look more into the concept of a Beneficial Owner.

Thanks for the link! Interview went well and I was glad to see it.
