Otcx will play anything with volume. They love to flip the bid and ask. If they are holding 150k they will show on ask at different times with shares. I hate seeing them top bid because you will seen them in the ask as soon as they get shares. I assume it's just a program trading.

Don't know I was looking at the placement a few years ago. I am 99.999 percent sure at this point everybody took a blood bath. Think he was offended when I told him I had sold some shares. When he said that I thanked him for him time and did a different one.

I assume they trade in the shadows but claim to not play in the scams. Most DD skills are on point. That puts them with 5 of the 6 lottery numbers but some claim they refuse to play.
