Question please... according to HMSG's website
Homeland Security Group International's Ballistics Division concentrates on the testing and evaluation of new and existing products related to ballistic armor. The focus of the Ballistics Division is to develop and commercialize compounds and materials that may be used to lesson the weight of existing armor on vehicles and for personnel protection purposes.
Armor on vehicles is that not a different animal then the contract that was awarded?
OR form one big cup back to .10. Maybe.

Homeland Security Group International, Inc.'s Ballistics Division Announces Positive Ballistic Test Results
Colonel Jeffrey A. Powers, CEO of Homeland Security Group International, Inc. (OTC: HMSG) announced today that the company's ballistic division is reporting receipt of positive test results from ballistic testing concluded on 12/29/05. Additional testing is continuing on these revolutionary new composite panels and will be conducted on Saturday, January 7th. HMSG expects to release results of preliminary firing tests next week. HMSG is currently test-firing three separate lightweight ballistic materials utilizing varying caliber test rounds including NATO .45 caliber, 9mm, 5.56 and 7.62.
"We are encouraged that the test results from the independent testing facility showed these composites meet NIJ Level IIIA standards. The goal is to stop 7.62 high velocity rifle rounds," commented Colonel Powers. "We have received numerous inquiries from manufacturers requesting we integrate their materials into our test firing schedule. Testing will continue as samples arrive. We are working closely with each of these manufacturers to produce the lightest possible panels capable of stopping high velocity rounds."
HMSG's Ballistic Division's focus is to find a lighter armor solution that will protect our troops without sacrificing efficiency caused by increased weight of the currently fielded systems. We will also conduct concurrent testing with other materials in order to reduce the effects of blunt trauma.
All testing is designed to qualify panels that meet The National Institute of Justice (NIJ) Standard Level IIIA and Level III(Rifle). NIJ establishes minimum performance requirements and test methods for the ballistic resistance of personal body armor designed to protect the torso against gunfire. The standard is limited to ballistic resistance only and does not address resistance from knives or other sharply pointed objects. It reviews NIJ body armor classifications, details requirements (i.e., acceptance criteria, workmanship, armor backing material, and so forth), and discusses test methods (i.e., velocity measurement equipment, wet conditioning, test preparation, and so forth). Level IIIA armor is designed to protect against 9mm Full metal jacketed round nose bullets up to and including 44magnum hand gun rounds. Level III(Rifle) is designed to protect against high velocity rifle rounds up to and including 7.62mm Full Metal Jacketed bullets.

I work for a goverment contractor. Once the goverment purchasing agent targets our product to buy we must qualify with "TEST" and prove the standard set fourth from the goverment is met.
Rarely if never have we gone to "TEST" without knowing we already had the contract. Based on the "TEST" somethings may need to be tweaked but the test pretty much says there is a contract. IMHO.
My thoughts exactly! This company has a history of being very factual and thye dot their "i's" and cross their "t;s" with all they do.
They would not put out a P/R if they did not have their facts already. HMSG is the stock of 2006.
