Percentage of total revenue that is profit.
This reverse is less about filings coming out IMO and more about Mass and Cosa Mesa about to open. The perfect storm is brewing for a spike if filings come out as well.
Are you still up on share count and shares left to convert?
Sage has told me where he worked and invited me to visit for a tour while I was on vacation in Oregon but was hours away from where I was.
That’s with AS too, would be my guess.
Lusardi is the CEO of Curaleaf. Look into their company. They are a US vertically integrated leader. He had to sell his labs as testing must not be affiliated. But what is does for EVIO is set up a good “partnership” and network between a tester and a testee.

I’ve found the trick to making big money is finding companies before they uplist to big exchanges and before they get investments with big known names. Many US companies would be able to uplist now to NYSE or Nasdaq if it wasn’t against the law and some will be able to by time it is legal to. I spread my money out on those that I think have best chance to uplist and have a partnership. I’m long about 3-5 years which is what it took for the Canadian companies to get where they are now (10x-40x your money depending on who you had).
I don’t agree. US is where the market will be. Look at population alone. I went a seminar spoken by former Canopy Growth Corp lead grower who works for a Colombian company now. They have great climate but aren’t as knowledgeable and just have a lot of unused land for outdoors. Indoor will be dominate for more harvest per year and keeping a flow of clones from veg to bloom every 8 weeks requiring only females and mothers no seeds necessary saving timing. Most importantly growing indoors you can control the environment from pests, mold, and storms. Then look at population and Cali population alone has more than Canada! The market here will be bigger and more competition to keep the market advancing and progressing more rapidly.
I also don’t think HEMP and CBD testing will be as big as they are making out to be compared to THC.
My last piece of advice IMO which will prolly get deleted was I invest $1,000 into CRON at $0.62 2 years 6 months ago. As opportunity came they fulfilled and I sold 2 weeks ago at $23 for about 40x gains. This will happen here with EVIO and other real US cannabis companies with potential and a footprint. Look at market caps and valuations and compare. I made a spreadsheet comparing MY opinions of valuations and decided how to balance my portfolio based on share structure, current and projected revenues, current and projected market caps, and notes of professionalism and punctuality in filings etc. It takes longer to build a business, find ample staff, train skilled relatable and dependable staff and most of all for the laws to catch up with the testing side. That is the last to go into effect but is the most over looked IMO.
I posted last week from a conference 9 months ago their expansion plans. I believe Toronto/Ontario comes fairly soon. Followed by PA or NJ. I believe by end of 2020 it will be left up to the states and a delisting. There will be a new stock euphoria then. This pace is best for EVIO.
I’ve flipped DIGP twice to add here. They do good in Las Vegas. Have a JV with HEMP. Supposedly been expanding to Cali for quite some time. They will be speaking at a Cannabis testing expo in San Fran first week of April. I think EVIO has best footprint and brand recognition and more potential. But also EVIO more risky and more dilution to expand.
I follow the markets heavily and have attended cannabis expo and seminar conferences in Philadelphia, Colorado, and Las Vegas. I am looking to attended one in San Francisco first week of April. This is about 30% of my portfolio. I am young and am risky. But it is calculated risk for me. We all have our own valuations and risk/reward and strategies and risk tolerance. I own a business and know how long it takes. I follow the cannabis industry as close as I can from an illegal state without medicinal. I’ve been to Oregon to look around. I have almost all of my money invested in cannabis for the long haul. I’m spread out about 6 companies. I started with $5,000 3 years ago and added every dollar I’ve saved as I felt were good buying opportunities. The opportunities for EVIO are just starting. The last two years laws weren’t in their favor. They do have a lot to work on but now is the beginning of law change and potential ramp up for EVIO expansion. This should be their breakout year and within 2 years as laws change and the market gets better EVIO will have a good chance to flourish. Canada and California hasn’t even finished a full quarter of full mandatory testing. We do need more confidence in management with timely filings and transparency.
For sure.
I added 50k shares at $0.40. I get it.
Exactly same thought. I think it will be left up to the states before re elections next year. A lot of POTENTIAL positives and opportunity in the pipeline if there is execution and share holder trust in management.
I have been here since SGBY I doubled down at $0.40 and am still holding. My average is about $1 right now maybe a little less. I want to see where this year goes as more states legalize with mandated testing and how EVIO expands. There looks to be a lot of POTENTIAL good in the pipeline if it can be executed.
Agree. I share my view and opinion overall closest with you on everything from valuation, expectations, disappointments, and future insight. I always appreciate your posts. You do a much better job than I with delivery but it’s usually my thoughts as well.
This going higher on earnings. IMO. Undervalued here with only ~11M OS. IMO.
I can also give mine up, I took over for Ford a year or two back in his absence. I didn’t do much either other than sticky a few posts.
That was from my imgur account 9 months ago.
My hunch is another Canada acquisition coming. This is a lot of volume for news on something we already know about (MA or CA).

These are gummies but they sell everything.
The numbers will tell the story. I think MedMen has prime locations with LAX airport, 5th Ave, 2 on Vegas Strip.
I keep saying the same thing. Because of exchange and most people aren’t self brokers or know how to value companies or want to take the time. They just listen to the media (like anything else, brainwashed). Then add Canada has less of a population than California alone! The potential in US is significantly more.
I agree. That’s what I was trying to forecast as well. I don’t think it will get to $200 without insiders taking profits. But my numbers were just based on formulas that I can work with concretely.
Thanks. I get a minimum of $28 (if you are conservative with fully diluted AS) now and up to $58 true MC/OS value now. Wasn’t sure how to forecast over a year from now with all the voting shares. But near term looks golden here. But if voting shares weren’t converted with revenue projections of $214M for 2019 I get $128-$288 depending on dilution of AS.
Thanks
Thanks
or is reserved for issuance same as authorized shares?
So OS is 863,601,117 fully diluted
and AS 98,997,051?
So fully diluted you have OS of 962,589,168?
Not $.
I’m finding an OS of $93,448,417. Is this accurate and is there any dilution coming soon? If so how many shares?
