Ouch! I read the 8-k. They must be struggling badly for $$$, imo. They extended the warrant deadline for two individuals from 2014.
lol. The downtrend continues.
4.20 or even $3 range wouldn’t soon surprise me, imo. I believe a boiler room may have gotten ahold of this as a pump and dump last year. Just be careful, as this is a complete gamble of a stock, showing no profit for quite some time now, imo.
R/S is a great option for struggling companies. It allows them to reduce the float shares, and then sell new shares to the market to raise capital to pay employees, and fund operations, along with keeping them on the big boards. The first R/S was a few years ago. Successful companies do Forward Splits.
I fear net profits may be really bad this coming 10Q, which would help explain the lack of enthusiasm in pps.
It looks like the sharks smell some blood in the water. Naked Shorting is no joke, and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
Water soluble CBD is kind of like snake oil, imo. It is such a waste of one’s money, when you can buy pure CBD oil and add it to everything. Water soluble CBD is heavily diluted CBD. I just don’t see the vision in those types of products being sustainable over time. Maybe that is why Krysos is a failed company?
Great point. They could do away with their mlm side, and actually turn a profit too. It sounds like there are some devoted customers to some of their products for sure. Since the mlm arm of the business seems to be failing with decreased sales over the past few 10K’s, they may need to revamp it, in order to not lose so much money, even get rid of it? Both coffee and mlm side of the business hasn’t been doing well, with them unable to get themselves in the black, and become profitable. Dilution and Reverse Splitting(again) should be the last resort, imo. That whole lipstick on a pig analogy is coming to mind...
How long will investors keep throwing their money into this with a wish of anything changing for the better?
4.73 support, after that in the 3.00’s somewhere. If it gets that low, keep a look out for dilution to keep the business running, imo. Poor management ruins good companies all the time. I am not saying that this is a good company, but it is a great concept for making money if the right people run the company.
A big drop is inevitable since they have been bleeding $ for years, and are unable to show a profit, imo. I need more than puffed up PR’s where insider’s leak the news, “good time to buy” a day before the PR is released.
“Hogwash” is not reviewing the facts and hard data, kind of like someone that watches CNN, MSNBC, FOX and start believing all the opinions being re-told over and over again as facts.
Youngevity Employee Class Action? https://www.reddit.com/r/antiMLM/comments/c60c8m/youngevity_is_getting_sued_in_a_class_action_suit/
I don’t think we will be in the black in 2019 at all, maybe 2020 if they can figure out how to turn around the failed Krysos, and stop losing legal battles.
They make a killing when this thing tanks, they make so much money shorting a stock.
4.73 should be tested again soon, imo. Profitability and Shareholder value left years ago, imo. I can not remember the last qtr that this stock finished in the black? I believe it has been some years now. Please correct me if I am mistaken, as I am pretty good at going over the 10Q’s and 10K’s.
Youngevity paid the civil penalty for having too much lead in their products, so now that the 3 year probation period looks to have expired, can they just put whatever they want in them again, and slap a label on them mentioning that they contain lead without fear of penalty?
At least no one has died yet that I know of, imo. That is good news.
Whatever became of all of the lead laiden products that they were sued over? https://www.oag.ca.gov/system/files/prop65/judgments/2013-00507J2807.pdf

With a revolving door as a CSR imo, it should keep costs down, but with new people not knowing much of anything, it sounds to be difficult for the consumer calling in? The possible abuses mentioned are troubling, imo.
Glassdoor has some eye opening testimonials! Wow!
This was entertaining, in case you are board and need a good laugh with the comment section:

Having marijuana legal in most states should limit the CBD market. Shoot, I sold the stuff 25 years ago. I am not so sure legalizing pot is a good thing, but it is coming.
What is this new lawsuit about?

Oh wow! Iowa AG outlawed all CBD, unless it’s from a medicinal dispensary. That’s not right!
Just remember lower highs, and lower lows in this pattern.
Top of the bear flag just hit! You can make a bunch of $ flipping this from the lows to the highs. Ready for the next low, and do it all over again.
How does the SEC allow the halving process, without it not being considered market manipulation? I am trying to understand this. Thanks for all responses, in advance.
A great day to dump this before the crash, imo.
Not too sure if that support in the 4.70 area will hold up on this go at it.
5.63 double top from the past two weeks couldn’t be breached yesterday. Back down she goes.
Dead cat bounces are terrible things, when folks buy at the end of the bounce.
Bearish Flag Pattern on chart for sure.
Market Makers make money on the way up, and down. The more shares they know aren’t going anywhere’s, the more they can borrow. Here is a great read: https://www.elitetrader.com/et/threads/how-do-market-makers-borrow-shares.324413/
Many folks got stuck in the pump and dump when it ran to $16
Bankruptcy should be off the table right? I mean they can still dilute from the available outstanding shares, correct?
The liabilities are piling up, since CBD in food or beverage is illegal in the US and Canada. Hopefully the FDA will make a ruling in the coming few years.
They did an R/S once. After seeing so many penny stocks dump shares, dilute, and r/s multiple times to stay alive, it wouldn’t be a surprise here, imo.
After researching this. CBD oil is legal for medical use in Canada. Recreational marijuana use is legal in Canada.
I was speaking with a Canadian friend yesterday, and he was telling me that CBD is illegal there, yet marijuana is legal. That’s crazy if you ask me, but I’m not the one in power that makes the laws. Illinois is beginning the trend here, it appears.
Thin support around 4.70 area as well.
Don’t get sucked into a dead cat bounce.
Who knows what a “dead cat bounce” is? I wouldn’t be surprised to see one on the next big drop!
Keep telling yourself, I am not getting sucked in on a dead cat bounce.
