Management... they don't seem to know how to run a public company unfortunately. Stock is down nearly 95% and they continue to ignore shareholders.
Unfortunately they were at .05 4 years ago :(
Hey Cruz! Care to elaborate about the big money investors you heard about?
Let's spread this news around to various boards... as of now, very few know of this company.
No one knows about it bc they do nothing to get the word out... no idea why. Can't ignore a stock for users and expect good things to happen.
Thanks cdaniel... That may be true, but an individual close to the company should update it. That they haven't had someone do it in years days a lit about them...
I certainly don't expect the advanced investor relations of a big board company. However, I do expect some very basic things to be done. For example, I told them years ago that there Wikipedia page was out of date. Guess what, still is. The handling of IR with this company is Bush league...
Bunkey, I don't think the issue is the cafes themselves. Most have survived and that's great. The issue is that management neglects shareholders and managing the public aspect of the company. And not just a little neglectful, but almost completely ignores us and the stock... share price says it all.
They act like they can only do one or the other, but that's just crazy. If they just allotted a few hours per week to the stock, it would do wonders. But alas they do nothing... they run it as if they have no shareholders to answer to. In the end, they have no business running a public company imo, and I think we're up the creek until we get management that understands it...
Agreed. It seems they're overcomplicating things. Keep the food and drinks simple but good.... maximum profit.
Agreed. He was organized, knowledgeable, and consistent... which is why they should've done everything in their power to keep him. Now its just chaos...
Great. Please let us know if you get a response. All it really needs to say is that they need someone to simply do what Rogen was doing...
That's what makes this stock so frustrating... it has potential and a real business, but management doesn't do much in the way of handling the public side of the company. They just need one person handling it and we'd be much better off!
I've suggested this to the company and unfortunately it's fallen on deaf ears... much like most things pertaining to the public side of the company.
Nothing I suppose, though I believe the woman they hired is supposed to be marketing the company to customers. I'm more concerned with the lack of communication with shareholders and new investors. For this I think it'd be better if we all just spread the positives of the company around popular message boards. There's plenty of sites and pages here on I hub that ppl search for penny stock ideas... need to let ppl know this is a real company with real revenues, and that the reason they don't know about the stock is that management doesn't do much to hype it up. But hopefully that will change ??...
This is a real company with real revenues... its just such a shame they do so little to nurture the public side of this company. Even some very basic things would go a long way. Even their Wikipedia page is out of date, despite the fact that I've mentioned it to the company...
Get used to it... management does little to attract new investors
I appreciate the company's answers yesterday but I do think it's clear that they're not going to do anything to try to attract new investors, at least for awhile. I don't agree with this strategy, and I've let them know it. To be honest, i feel a little duped since they communicated with the market a lot when i first got in. Then one day, communication just stopped. I feel the rug was pulled out from beneath me. It sucks but constantly complaining about it isn't going to change anything.
At this point, if investors want this stock to run, we're going to have to spread the word ourselves... on message boards, etc. Rocketstocks was great at this when he was here. There's plenty of positive things we can post which will make it stick out from typical pinkies... they have a real business and real revenues.
If there's not something big cooking, then this silence has been a big waste of time and honestly a slap in the face to investors...
Did anyone hear from Ben yesterday after emailing him?
As shareholders I think we need to present a united front expressing our frustration. I suggest we all email Ben today and outline how they can't keep neglecting shareholders, cant renain silent, must communicate, must attract new investors, explain how stock price has fallen over 95%, etc.. He simply needs to do what Rogen started to do before he inexplicably left the company.

That's good... and I agree it's not hard to average down when all a stock does is go down. When you can average down for 5+ years, you know management is failing....
You're put in the impossible task of trying to defend the indefensible. Not your fault but the company simply hasn't done its job handling the public aspect of this company. In fact, it's been a disaster... and there's really no debate on the subject, just look at shareprice. It says it all...
16 months ago we were coming out of the pandemic and I THOUGHT this would be a world reopening stock... boy was I wrong!! Management has ignored shareholders over that time and stock has fallen nearly 70%... I was so optimistic on this one, but management's neglect has hurt all of us.
Lol... last 5 years has been one big dip. Well under a penny now which is devastating for investors. Flippers likely have had some opportunity to make small money on short-term fluctuations, but trying to increase volume for this purpose is not why most investors are here...
Every shareholder should contact Ben and demand he address this email. He sent this almost 6 months ago and things have only gotten worse. I've seen absolutely no effort put forth getting stock price up. Their neglect is hurting all of us. A public company cannot be run like this. We now sit well under a penny...
Please keep on Ben and continue to urge him to focus on the public side of the company. Communicate with shareholders and attract new investors. Just do what Rogen started to do. What they're doing now obviously isn't working...
Unfortunately there is little volume here, little interest, and for whatever reason not many seem to want to push management to do the right thing. Rocket essentially predicted this a few years ago. I expect other longs may follow suit shortly. Better late than never...
I urge everyone continue to reach out to Ben and management and urge them to do something to protect shareholders. Communicate, attract new investors... their negligence is hurting all of us. Well under a penny now...
Did he give any indication of the partnership (presumably Atari)? That seems to be the big ticket item at the moment...
Hey there... you're going have to explain that one?? :) Stock hasn't had a good year since 2017. We're now in July 2022 and it's down nearly 95% from 5 years ago, management barely communicates, and there is almost no volume.
Has anyone talked to Ben, or anyone at the company recently? Do they know they're a public company with responsibility to shareholders? It's sad but that's a serious question at this point...
I don't think most are overly concerned about the company's current locations, but rather the stock's performance. It's down nearly 100% in the past several years... all the while management does little to attract new investors or seem to care much about the ones they do have.
Few main reasons in my opinion:
1. Almost no one knows about it. This 100% falls on management. They do almost zero to attract investors.
2. Those who do know about it likely don't have much confidence in it. Otherwise they'd be buying at these levels. That they're not says it all.
3. Shareprice has declined nearly 95% in 5 years.
Lol. PR budget should be zero... I'm afraid they're being penny wise pound foolish. Stock is down nearly 95% in 5 years..
Hey Cruz... do you have any additional details on this? Are they similar to Mr Fox, or different types of investors (institutional)? Is the big CA partnership still in the works? Also, who told you this? Bc management doesn't tell shareholders much!
I think it's safe to say that this stock has lost his way. Shareprice is down nearly 95% from its high and management appears to have abandoned shareholders. This is a sad state of affairs given the potential it once had.
A couple here say big things are on the horizon, however, when asked there does not to seem to be much basis for their optimism. After all, promises like this have been made for years and Ben and team don't even respond to most inquiries.
I continue to contact the company (respectfully) and request they simply to what Rogen started to do. Doesn't seem too much to ask... but it's been crickets to date. I urge all shareholders continue to reach out to Ben and management in hopes that they start to support their shareholders. It has to sink in eventually...
It's amazing how the company went from putting out too much information to not putting out enough. They just can't seem to get it right...
Do you know this for a fact? Or just speculating? I'd love if this were true but their quiet period is going on years now :(
Anyone heard from management lately?
Opportunities abound and no communication from management is what makes this stock such a problem... hovering around a penny because management hasn't been doing its job.
