The new shares TLTD post 12/28/04 are in my account and they took about 2 days to get there.
...I wonder how many are left? har har har
Did they flood this thing dead, or what?
12,000,000 outstanding shares as of 11/07/05. Diluted from 1,000,000 immediately following the reverse split. Astounding.

You make a fantastic point.
Paul seems to be trying to use the IPxes springing as a blanket to cover himself from ALL of the claims that were made earlier in the year. But IPxes was only related to the SME business. It should have no effect on the so-called Internet Service Provider and Communication Consultancy side of the business. According to their own press, this company should still be operating in conjuction with a number of S.A. ISPs, and they should still own whatever they bought in the "Netco" deal and the "Global Interactive" deal, not to mention the Level (3) infrastructure they supposedly purchased from Ontus. Yet, Paul claims that ALL assets and revenues have been removed. That doesn't mesh with the previous story.
I see. You know...
this company seems so damn fake it blows my mind. And Paul Taylor has so many enemies clamoring for his downfall. Hell, you (or your group) devote seemingly countless hours to trying to take him and his baby here out. Yet the stock hasn't halted. No public investigation. No lawsuit. No nothing. What's the hold up? Seems like sinking this bastard should be a cakewalk. More to this thing than meets the eye?
Doing business with the King of Pop, perhaps?
lmao

Netco Investments does not believe that it will need to obtain additional office space until its business plan is more fully implemented."
Of course, who the hell knows if there's a connection w/ "our" Netco. Another intentionally vague and generic name.
wash, rinse, repeat
Maninfla was dead on.
Netco Investments, Inc.
Formerly = All American Consultant Aircraft, Inc. until 3-99
Formerly = MarketCentral.net Corp. until 9-02
Formerly = Trezac Corporation until 2-03
Formerly = Trezac International Corp. until 1-04
Formerly = Millagro International Corp. until 11-04
Formerly = Telatinos, Inc. until 11-05
Last sweep under the carpet.
A final symbol change along with a name change and probably business change was to be expected before the end of the year, so that "management" would never have to deal with the fact that, despite estimating revenues of $85 million for the year, they are actually $0. This allows them to sweep that entire pump under the carpet once and for all. You can't get old Telatinos news, nor the history of the stock chart from the NTVI ticker. The final step: change the website to officially move on from all the old claims and promises.
Where's VANACANUCK?
I told my grandmother to put all her money in POPC, per your advice. Now she's living on the street whoring herself out for denture money. Down %90 since you shamelessly pumped it only a month ago. ooh excuse me, allow me to wipe some of that "egg" off my face. What, are you aiming to give Paul Taylor a run for the Scumbag of the Year award? lmao
Good Lord, man.
Obssessed much? Had I known I would be quoted ad nauseum, I would never have mentioned it. You make it all sound much sexier than it really is.
Specifically I had been talking about Paul's comments on the (exact) similarities between Vocaltec and Telatinos PR. According to Serf, Paul said the reasons behind the similarities would be explained soon enough, or something to that effect. My opinion is that Paul was deliberately trying to keep the bad news (i.e. the fact that the company's press was cut-and-pasted and fabricated) away from shareholders until the stock had been milked dry and IPxes had been "sprung," thereby eliminating questions about the company's "technology," it having been "removed to a private corporation" and all. lmfao. 10:1 IPxes is the name of Paul's cat.
The other shady rumor Paul TRIED to spread through Serf, although, once again, Serf was smart enough to keep from spreading this publicly, was the fact that IPxes was signing contract upon contract even beyond those that had already been announced. IMO, this was Paul's attempt to spread good word of mouth among the potential investors, but without putting out any more false press. And of course, these were "IPxes" contracts. He knew full well that they would be sprung and shareholders would never see a dime of those revenues, if they existed.
That's about it. Nothing major is being withheld as far as I know. Once again, you're barking up the wrong tree. Why must you continually deflect attention towards Serf. Let's keep our eyes on the prize, shall we. The big man should be the target here, not fellow mushrooms.
Bloctrade is TOO funny
>>".11 and rising
shortie caughtie"<<
lolololol. check the 6-month chart blocky.
check the outstanding share count.
Shortie is giggling like a British schoolgirl.
Chef didn't lose nearly as much (percentage wise) as the rest of us. Thankfully for him, Mr. Paul Taylor told him to bail well before IPxes was sprung and we were reverse split into oblivion. Then, along with Paul, his focus shifted to pumping worthless VPBH, CCDE another company with no apparent value, assets, or prospects. Its all there in his back posts for anyone who cares to investigate.
I've nothing to hide either, friend.
Mr. Bertram Jonah Zamichow is my name and losing my ass on Telatinos is my game, and I too yearn for the blood of crooks. If this pos has owed you 500k, why did you wait so long to make your first appearance on these ever-so-exciting boards? EVEN has taken the liberty of throwing your name around countless times before today. Just thought it was odd timing for you to suddenly show up right as the stock is rebounding and some of us who were hurt hard are looking to make a bit back? Interesting timing.
Ooh a big bad Black stud is here to protect us hand in hand with E. How wonderful. One question: what does all this strolling down memory lane have to do with the here and now -- TTNJ? Also my spidey sense says you're dead wrong on Bloctrade. Perhaps you'd like to enlighten us on how you are so certain? For if you're misinformed about him/her, what else are you misinformed about?
.09 ain't gonna cut it
i got myself some cheapies, but even after averaging down on this pos, I still need..oh..$2-$3 to breakeven. what do ya think? I'd say the odds are about 40:1
I just can't understand the secrecy, when it turns out that after all is said and done, and the stock sits dead and abandoned, down 99.9% from its IPXes-pumped levels, that you fight on the side of 'good." So why the need to keep hidden?
I know, I'm sure, about as much as you do. This "company" was set up to fail, and steps were taken to ensure that as many investors poured as much of their money into it before it did, and all the available documents, records, and people all point to the same man, a cocky Brit who just so happened to decide it was time to flee the country.
See ya round
I would be willing to share all I know to help with any investigation or case against these perps, but not with someone still hiding behind the anonymous veil of cyberspace. Let us know who you are, mystery man, and then we can all talk like a big happy family.
Hmmmm, indeed
and the best part? Paul has the balls to whistle dixie like he didn't have a thing to do with this farce. See msg. 6970
I do hope you run this fucker out of the markets. You and serf should put your feud in the past. You should hear half of the bullshit lies Paul tried to spread using Serf as a mouthpiece. Serf had enough sense not to publicly repeat the most extreme of these tidbits without waiting for verification (which of course never came, because they were lies). Still, Paul was working overtime to get rumors floating to encourage buying. Remember the cut and pastes from Vocaltec PR, for instance? Too funny what he had to say about that one.
Same ole game
Run for your lives people. Paul Taylor will eat your money for breakfast and shit you out a little present on his way out. sell sell sell
Running to distance yourself, eh?
That can't be a good sign.
the hell? where are all the posts? eom
It's that time again. Guess the OS.
Last weeks number was 3,012,000, up 1.2 million from the week before. And this weeks number is....
3,972,641
only up another 960,000 shares. too funny. let's recap, shall we
Jan 6th (adjusted) --- 400,000
Immediately after 2975 reverse --- 1,000,000
The following week ---1,350,000
The following week --- 1,800,000
The following week --- 3,012,639
This week --- 3,972,641
Amazing, indeed
I had no choice but to double up at .055. Hate throwing good money after bad, especially on this filth-ridden POS, but it only cost me a few hundred bucks to double my original investment of many thousands. I don't recommend it, and my gut says this thing is permanent toast, but it had to be done. market cap at .04 = $120,000.
despite the enormously inflated OS, the total market cap is worth less than the price of a nice-sized house. about $240k at .08. of course at the rate they're diluting, we'll probably be worth $240k at .02 in a couple of weeks. quite the laughingstock.
Hello shorty.
I think our mysterious short is finally, without a reasonable doubt, revealing himself as an insider. This flood of shares in the past weeks is not being sold for quarters and dimes. I'd bet you anything they've ALREADY been sold for $25, $20, $15, $10, $5, $1. Funny how no dilution occured while the stock traded a 1000x this level, but suddenly at .10, insiders just have to cash in on shares. lmao. these shares have already been sold to people like us at much higher prices and are now being issued as cover, imo. INSIDERS, not a mystery man, sold us short the whole time THEY pumped the hell out of us. this is their cover.
The winning number is....
3,012,639!!! Holy fucking shit fuck. 3,012,639. Yes you heard correctly. Chalk up another 1,200,000 shares issued OUT OF NOWHERE in 7 DAYS.
Quite the dwarf killer. Shorty doesn't need to buy shares, he can just pick 'em off the share tree.
Jan 6th (adjusted) 400,000
Immediately after 2975 reverse 1,000,000
Couple weeks later 1,350,000
The following week 1,800,000
The following week 3,012,639
WOW
OK Boys and Girls, it's time to play the OS game!
Last weeks count was 1,800,000 shares. Any guesses for this week. Don't be shy. Bloc, any guesses?
Quick question before I'm out...
Has anyone reading this board ever spoken to a single employee, director, or "consultant" of this company other than Mr. Paul Taylor?....I remember RKD briefly spoke to Simon Shaw, but he's too dirty to count. Anybody else? Simone? Jon? Rodrigo? Bueller? Seems to me this was mainly a two man show, maybe with Brian Niessen cooking books on the side.
Am I right?
"You mean after we found out he was criminally manipulating the stock?
Couldn't have manipulated more than someone who, say, shouts $85,000,000 in revenues!!! with the help of a few Black_Studs, knowing full well, as you sell your stock to people like us, that in fact, it will be closer to $0.
EVEN nailed this one. He absolutely frigging nailed it. If his job is picking scams to be shorted, well he deserved a raise after this one. He knew this pos was a straight scam and with such absolute certainty its hard to believe he wasn't operating with inside information. He knew it didn't matter even if you were short the moon on this POS, because there was absolutely nothing there. It was like shorting a company built out of thin air. He was harsh and a prick, but I sure as hell wish I had listened to everything he said about this group of shysters.
"No egg in your face Dan. You start listening to crooks and all is lost."
Then I think all was lost the moment people started to believe PT's phone calls, message board posts, e-mails, and the PR he wrote and posted on the website that he set up.
Listen to EVEN and all wouldn't be lost. It would be sitting safely in my account.
everyone who lost a ton should hold their shares if it doesn't rebound and should try to stay in touch. who knows, maybe we'll get a suit going. civil or criminal, doesn't matter to me. seems like this company is just begging for it. hell, they STILL have all their bogus cut-and-pasted press releases displayed for all to see on their website. I doubt more than a few sentences in any of them contain any truth whatsoever. doubtful we'd ever recover losses, but I'd still like to seek revenge on Mr. Taylor and the rest of the scum involved here, plus make sure future investors don't fall into his traps.
doth my eyes deceive me? .09!
glad this is funny for some, but its disgusting and infuriating for me.
I don't think its about the money. I think its about facilitating the absolute death of the pps so the stock will become a non-issue and everyone will move on and accept the loss of their money and Taylor and chums will have officially "gotten away" with it.
Hard to believe they'd continue the ladder straight down.
But seeing is believing. Not even a bump. And you can bet your sweet ass that the free 850,000 shares they issued to themselves the past three weeks are pushing down on that ask.
Just goes to show the amount of greed and deception in this world is astounding.
Management and its famous "consultant" WANT this thing to die as quickly as possible, so everyone can forget about their lies. They're hoping they've slipped by with this scam and don't dare push their luck with more false press. Instead, they'd LOVE to see it dead and gone and FORGOTTEN so they can move on to their next "business."
lmao. you give that flipper too much credit.
Shakerz didn't move this stock. good press and word of mouth did. and it ain't done, imo.

Any value here, boys?
Where'd the enormous volume come from on the drop?
Check the post I'm replying to. 7 days ago I was complaining the OS had ballooned to 1,350,000 as per Madison Stock Transfer. 7 days later and its already 1,807,000!! That's nearly double the OS since the Reverse split. Someone's diluting the HELL out of us. And they're doing it at quote/unquote rock bottom prices.
Anyone wanna guess how many extra shares showed up in the OS this week?
A SHITLOAD
New OS: 1,807,624
Oh an extra 450,000 or so since last fricking week. LMFAO.
You guessed it, another %33 in dilution. That's the third time in as many months. Who are they going to? The Easter bunny? Santa Claus? Your guess is as good as mine.
All under .0001 pre-split.
looks more like dumping to me. probably whoever got those extra 250-350 thousand shares that appeared in the OS. they were free, so it doesn't matter what price they're sold. free money is free money. and they can always print more.
Wouldn't be in his character.
He only sells pieces of shit. Doesn't like to buy 'em.
Serf, are they hawking POPC at $0.07 or $7.00? Scottrade has the ask at $7, Yahoo has them at .07. Just wondering. Would never buy the pos.
lmao. I bet they do.
later all.
