ESFS - very nice contract with Whole Foods (WFMI)
Whole Foods Widens Scope of Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection to Installation in Commissaries (12/21/2009)
LOS ANGELES, CA (December 21) – Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce the first sale of an Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection System to the chain of Whole Foods Commissaries.
Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe, stated, “After having excellent success with Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection in their stores, Eco-Safe management coordinated with Whole Foods corporate staff to replicate this success for their commissaries. Multiple systems were installed in the commissary serving the Southwest region comprised of 32 Whole Foods Markets, and they have been delighted with the results. Nine Whole Foods commissaries provide pre-packaged foods to Whole Foods Markets throughout the U.S.”
Elliot continued, “This opens a new market for Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection. Commissaries are an essential part of the system of food distribution, and we see this sale as our entry into a large number of corporate operations. The Whole Foods testing found our system provided greater shelf-life and increased product quality, which will undoubtedly be the case for other commissaries. Our sales and marketing teams have a new focus in 2010 to penetrate major corporate commissary operations.”

Excellent news and a first time for the Whole Foods (WFMI) name to be used in a PR.
The Whole Foods commissaries installations are very nice revenue stream since they use multiple larger units.
too much eggnog..... can't remember. LOL!
If Michael puts out a letter it will be posted on the esfs web site. I believe he has posted letter the last couple years so I think he will again.
It is at the bottom of the ibox but here is a copy.....
December, 2008
Year-End Message From the President
I want to wish you the Happiest Holidays and the best New Year for 2009, which I believe is going to be Eco-Safe’s most prosperous year to date.
I also congratulate all of you who hold Eco-Safe, for having the vision to participate in the future of such a green, dynamic and exciting company. In a time when so many industries are having serious difficulties, Eco-Safe is enjoying a period of continued sustainability and growth. We are hiring new people and have 17 brand-name companies who have tested our products and plan to order in 2009.
I am very pleased to tell you that Eco-Safe has maintained sales during this pressured time, and is in the process of business expansion through its new Laundry and Dairy Divisions.
Since the FDA approval of the use of Ozone on food in 2001, we have primarily focused on the food industry. However, our early efforts in developing Ozone Laundry Systems are also beginning to generate significant sales. Eight years ago we installed our first laundry system at the Fort Shafter Army base in Hawaii which is still operating flawlessly. Some three months ago we completed yearly service on that unit, and the people operating that laundry restated their satisfaction with the Eco-Safe System. With our new Laundry Division having just sold a major Hotel in LA, and with four other Hotel Chains presently reviewing bids from us, our Laundry Division is poised for dramatic sales increases in 2009.
Further, our recent acquisition of Ozonetics prepares us for a major push into the Dairy industry. Dairy is the largest segment of the agricultural industry in nine states, including California. The Dairy Industry in California is a $31 billion industry, employing over 400,000 people. We plan to focus our Ozone Systems to play a major role in product safety and green disinfection in this industry where traditional sanitizers add to the problems of dangerous by-products and increased soil pollution. The benefits of Eco-Safe Ozone being a totally green technology are of great significance to the increased safety of the Dairy industry.
In 2008 Eco-Safe entered into sales with the premier organic supermarket chains in the United States and installed Eco-Safe MD-1500 and MD-2000 sanitizing units in several of the supermarkets in Southern California, Nevada and Arizona. The Eco-Safe equipment is now being utilized in the fresh food preparation section of the markets to the complete satisfaction of the store managers and owners.
Department managers who use Eco-Safe equipment on a daily basis continue to report how much they benefit from our technology.
Please accept my best wishes for you all in the upcoming year, and I look forward to meeting you at our next Shareholders’ Meeting with a very prosperous report.
Sincerely,
Michael Elliot, President
ECO-SAFE SYSTEMS USA, INC.
Yeah, it just did a 1 day blip to show there is still signs of life. I am watching it but haven't been in it for awhile. Been thinking about taking a nibble but I will continue watching for now.
ESFS - has been under slow accumulation for awhile. Share have got very thin and looks like it will start moving up.
we probably won't see any PR's until the new year but I think their is a strong possibility that Michael will put out a end of year Shareholder Letter. He has done it in past years.
Shares are thin....
agree with the next trade. The accumulation happening over the last few weeks has been very well played. A small low ball sell in the morning to see if you can attract and sellers during the day followed by increases in the buying of slightly larger blocks with the end of the day small sell to keep the chart watchers away.
I will watch the show from here for awhile. I don't want to push it up - I want any tax loss sellers to come to me ;)
Getting thin at this level. I think it is going to get real hard to buy now without pushing the ask.
In the past years, Michael has put out a shareholder letter on the web site giving more details of the past year and what he sees going forward. If we get one this year it should be soon.
I don't think we will see much but I keep a few orders in just in case. Maybe we will get lucky and see someone take a little tax loss selling :) Once the new year comes I think these cheap ones will be gone. Next couple weeks is a good time to be adding IMO. GLTY.
I'll raise ;)
nothing happening in the .004's anymore.
I think this should start bumping up soon. Thanks for the LII posts.
you guys are making it tough for me to pick up any little dumps for cheap... might have to raise you.
futr; been watching this one closely.
a smart accumulator is in our midst. Follow the trading and you can see how a low floater is accumulated without making much of a stir.
that's a perfect chart IMO. Excellent call by mthead.
sometimes it seems like I'm just feeling around in the dark looking for those tops and bottoms......
there are a few of us sitting in that line ;)
LBWR - I like panic sales :) Some of the best returns I have ever made are when people over react and panic sets in. The good news is I have managed to get a few - the bad news is the float is so small that there is not a lot of shares that people want to panic sell. I sit with my orders waiting now in Earnest....
There are a few issues to work on that's for sure. One of them was to clear up the SEC filings done by the prior auditors. It may not be the way some shareholders wanted to see it happen, but Dexter has now cleared up the SEC issue. In doing that he has also freed up some needed cash flow going forward.
Regarding the last PR....................
ESFS "will provide much more company information just as soon as we are authorized to do so."
It would be nice having the filings but it costs too much for these little companies to be compliant. Runs about $300k/yr which is a lot off the bottom line. LBWR has a good revenue stream to work with. Cut costs for now and get back in a good cash flow standing. I think this is a good financial move for the company.
starting to get interesting. ask is thinning out. probably not much more buying and this will move north.
haven't seen much below .01 but I am waiting with open orders. Any longs want out????
the sky is falling, the sky is falling.....
as one poster on the board would have everyone believe. LOL! I am here to catch what I can.
I had an order sitting at .003 when the .0031 went through. Missed it by that much......
trying to snag cheap ones....
Saves them about $300k/yr. Now that the new auditors have given their say on prior filings Dexter should also have a better understanding about errors which may allow them to open a lawsuit against the old auditors.
Good: Dexter is cutting costs to bring the company back to profitability.
Bad: No more SEC filings.... at least for awhile.
It means they have given up on becoming fully reporting at this time. I suspect the new auditors were going to have a huge bill to go back and redo all the previous filings so Dexter decided to just stay on pinksheets. The stock still trades on pinksheets.
news.................
BROOKSHIRE, TX -- 12/10/09 -- Labwire, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LBWR) ("Labwire" or the "Company"), a leading provider of employee screening solutions and canine security and surveillance services, announced the voluntary deregistration of its stock with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
Dexter Morris, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Labwire, stated: "In these difficult economic times, we believe that precious corporate resources are better spent on growing the Company rather than on the compliance obligations required of public companies. This decision was made consistent with other cost-cutting measures that we have taken, including staff reductions and reduced pay for certain employees." Mr. Morris left open the possibility for a future public company strategy, stating, "We will revisit the public company listing issue in the future."
Earlier today, Labwire filed a Form 15 with the SEC deregistering Labwire's common stock with the SEC. The filing will be effective immediately unless Labwire is notified that the SEC objects to the filing.
About Labwire Inc.
Labwire, Inc., headquartered in Brookshire, Texas, provides secure and compliant employee drug screening and background checking services to Fortune 500 corporations via the Labwire(TM) Platform. Labwire(TM) is a proprietary, web-based application that streamlines the complex regulatory and record management activities associated with employee screening, delivering accurate timely results while eliminating service calls and paper trails. Labwire feels this comprehensive solution to managing employee screening services is the most efficient and cost-effective platform in the industry.
let's see if we get a PR now.
LBWR getting some action.
shares will be tight after sitting on the bottom for so long.
interesting action... hmmm...
Thanks for keeping us posted.
Lot's going on here. The restaurant business will be very profitable for ESFS. Big names are working closely and I am very confident we will get some very big contracts. GLTY.
Looks better with the bid/ask tighter and more mm's. Also seems to be some nice accumulation in this range. Now if we could get some official notice that the last PR was Cheesecake Factory (CAKE) starting to install ESFS equipment, and this should start climbing.
