Let's say Orcale contributed 4K (out of 8K) of that total revenue.
That is 400 dollars revenue (90/10) directly to Oracle
Same scenario with Marketo ..800 dollars at 4K (80/20 split)!

Just because it moves off the OTC to a Major Exchange does not automatically make it a no brainer buy from Institutions.
They see the lack of success with Oracle and Marketo. They will do their DD on this company invest accordingly.
Institutions buy according to parameters, not just up listing hype.
By now the Institutional investors know there is NO demand for this Button technology...Oracle has given them all they need to see..More CRM's are just noise not production...
