Did the CEO reduce the OS?

That's what it was supposed to say, not AS. I caught it after I sent it. Autocorrect......

I see in the TD mobile app that the OS is listed as 5.3, but TD is the only one listing a different number that I can see. The OS as last reported to the OTC was around 108 million. TD also lists the market cap at $2.7 million, which is about right, if using current pps, and their OS number of 5.3 million.

Does that mean Brandon recognized that he didn't need 98% of the company shares (which were restricted until January 2018)? Did he retire his shares? Did he reduce the. AS? Is that the major PR we are waiting on?


The OS (includes restricted shares) is technically different than the float, but thats an apples to oranges conversation and miniscule enough that its a mute point and not worthy a debate.

He did say that it was not in his control, I took his timeline as an estimate, but that a PR would be out. Bottom line we know a PR is on its way and the price well move by leaps and bounds compared to where it is currently fluctuating.

The exact day of a PR is irrelevant. He said we should see it within a week, NOT IN HIS CONTROL. He did not promise, or put a date on it. You don't count the first Thursday. When you are counting days, weeks, or years, you don't start counting with the stating time period. Just like your age, you are 1, after you have lived for one whole year.

This really gets ridiculous trying to nitpick days. This stock will move in large increments, nitpicking this for pennies? Really? If bought, lets say 25k shares, the $0.03 you are trying to save, is only going to yield a difference of $750. If you were going to add 25k shares, the price would increase much more than that. If this was to triple, which is completely reasonable, the same scenario works net a 25k profit if you bought those shares at $0.51. So $750........really?

That actually may be very telling. If we are only trading thousands of shares, but millions are are now out there, they aren't diluting into the market, so where are they and who has them? They didn't get sold or bought up by retail. Did they get issued to the treasury for the purpose of a merger or acquisition? Is this the news we are waiting on? Were they exchanged to fund production? Are they restricted?

He had said before he saw the OS change in TD Ameritrade.

Actually, he has mentioned "PR" three times. His most recent said it was major, and it was "not in our control". The way I am reading into it, he wants to drop a PR on us, but cannot, because its bigger than him. He is the CEO, so bigger than him is probably pretty big.

He said PR coming within the next week, "not in our control".............

If it is late it would not surprise me honestly. If it was on time it wouldn't surprise me either. I think done will sell if they don't see it by Friday, but I don't see it that way.

He said "not in our control". If it is our of his control, i may take longer. Sounds like a disclosure thing to me. Private financing from a third party, deals being worked out? Prototype being produced? Acquisition/merger? Float spa opening? Something to do with the website(they were working on it)? Reducing the AS and retiring some of his personal shares(long shot, but would be my favorite pick here)?

Many people have opinions on the best way to dry a crop, but taking your time is not one of them. Yes, over exposure to UV rays can diminish potency (not by a lot), but over exposure to moisture will cause mold. If you had lost 5% potency on a 30% strain, and ended up with 25% thc, you're still really good. If you got mold, you lost your crop and cant even sell it illegally on the street if you wanted to.

Let's talk about "dud" products. Turn on your tv at 4am and flip through the channels. You see all those infomercials peddling "dud" products? I wouldn't buy any of them. Honestly, I wouldn't buy a dehydonator. I don't have need for it. I don't grow MJ or anything in a garden. BUT OTHER PEOPLE DO. Those "stupid" infomercials on in the early morning hours, selling "dud" products, make MILLIONS of dollars. It is all marketing. All it takes is one infomercial, and possible a paid celebrity endorser, and you sell millions in product, not bad.

I'm not looking at this like a big board stock, because its not. It's a brand new company, and it has no financials, and history. We wont see fins or sales for months. If that's what you are looking for, you should look at the big boards. This is the pinks. New companies are good down here. MJ is a really hot sector. This has a tiny float, TINY FLOAT(it's worth repeating). We have a vocal and transparent CEO trying to make something of his company. He picked up and moved his daughter and himself from Florida to Vegas to pursue his dream. He is stating that he only wants to put out substantial PRs, not fluff. This ran from $0.28 to $1.30 in two days based on a tweet from twitter, that should be an indicator of what potential we have with an official PR(with or without substance). I'm not looking at conventional things, like financials. I'm looking at things like his facebook and twitter account a year ago. He's got personal friends and family that are excited to be a part of his new business. You don't keep friends or family by letting them get involved in your business to burn them, thanksgiving dinner goes bad real quick. He has applied for patents for his product, that's a start. He is working on other areas like float spas. Im sure there is much more that we don't know about. I spoke to him on the phone personally, and asked him how many employees they had. I had seen on their website(I think) they were looking to hire people, so I asked how many employees they currently had. He said 5. I had called and spoken to the secretary that had said I could talk to Brandon or Michael in regards to investor relations(that's at least 2 plus the secretary). I had already sold a portion of my position to break even. After doing some digging and speaking to them, I bought a bunch more. I could walk right now, but I think there is a lot more to this story and I want to see it unfold.

I would highly recommend anyone reading this to do your own homework and DD on this and/or any company you are the investing in. Its your money, do your own homework. Read between the lines, that's where the truth is. I did my homework and I sleep well at night holding my shares.

I am also a previous shareholder. I could have got out, but theres too much on the table. I think it will fly.

I called the company number and spoke to the secretary. I heard other people in the background. I asked specifically if this was an office or a call center and she told me office. You cannot put people into a po box. Millions of people and companies use po boxes for receiving mail, even the government.

Let me add to that: If this did run from $4 to $10, I don't see the CEO offering at $4, so don't think by any means we are capped at $4, he is smart enough to let it climb and offer once we consolidate.

He believes this is going to run harder and higher than OWC# BUD#. He said he had absolutely no interest in raising capital through the sale of shares at the current level(that was at $1.20) as he felt it was way undervalued at that PPS.

The way I see it, with the share structure we have, when the ball gets rolling, we will lock the float again. One that happens we break new highs in the $2-3 range. If we see "more than we expected" news and volume, we could run anywhere from $4-10. In that range(AROUND 4+) I would expect to see some type of offering to raise capital, but I think he is transparent enough to do just that, a public offering to raise capital and NOT JUST SELL SHARES INTO THE MARKET(DILUTING) WITHOUT SAYING SO.

We traded up from open, and the price actually went up from sells in the first half of the day. It took way more to move us down than it did to move up. Look at the low volume buys midday. Those low volume buys brought us right up quick. This moves with little volume.

Either he is trying to keep it hush hush, or we are way off, and he wants to eliminate that one as an option, telling us to dig deeper.

I'm leaning towards the first option.

It's been quiet lately(this weekend), even the CEOs twitter has been super quiet except for wishing his daughter a happy birthday, and letting us know that we have a big month ahead of us, and PRs of substance are coming.

That low float is unheard of, tie that to a MJ stock with a vocal and transparent CEO. Top that with PR drops, and we have the makings of a major runner! It's very possible to trade the entire float, several times, in a single day!

A lot of PR could mean one huge PR, or it could mean several. Im guessing several. And I'm guessing several would be spread out, and not on the same day, so we should see the first one soon. Maybe one a week. It would make my day to see the first one pre or post market Monday.

If we were to get one premarket Monday, and we knew more were to follow, we would see gains all week, and gains on Friday also because you would not want to be out if you thought news would drop again on Monday. His Friday morning tweet may have been telling us this, maybe that's where the buying pressure came from, we did close up green on a Friday.....

I hope he drops it on the weekend.

Still here as well, we will see some quiet times, ups and downs before thus takes off. Brandon's been quiet on Twitter last couple of days, putting his nose down and getting it done I'm sure. The quiet before the storm. Good storm though.

Low floats move easily up and down. My account goes up and down everyday. I freak out when its low and bite my nails, I sell when its high and celebrate. If you are looking for stability, buy a less risky, slow moving stock like google or apple. They go up and down too, but the percentage usually looks lower.

Facts a fact, up 36%. We dropped for a few days when rick sold off a huge position, but those shares got gobbled up, and we are getting tight again.

During the.morning dip, I threw out a bid at .031 right before a meeting, and missed it by hairs. Things over .05 now. I don't have the nerve to jump in after so many days of 100%+ with no consolidation or drop. Good for you man. Take some profits, be smart.

I do and I don't. CEO said he didn't want to put out a PR unless it was substantial, not just fluff. A substantial PR is worth a lot more in my book. Most fluff ones are the same as their parent company, fluff.

He does seem to have a motivating factor at present tho, so maybe that was the reason to shake the web developer to move his butt, hence the site being down. The site may contain something substantial once its done, and that may be what he's planning next.

CEO is riled up, and got a fire lit under him , I bet we will see a PR sooner than later. He may even just be watching the short data now to see when a position(s) opens up and time a PR to force them into cover. He may wait until he knows they are in just the right spot to drop it. Don't forget, Mr. Romanek is very familiar with the market and how it trades, and you just threatened his baby.......
