That's completely absurd! First of all, Tony was supposed to be out of this long before the filings supposedly happened this recent Friday. Secondly, the people in Denver are quite used to carrying on with business as usual with weather like they are experiencing now. I don't think there's a single person out there without a winter coat and a four-wheel drive. That's one of the lamest excuses I've ever heard. Stop sign continues and matches the continuation of low prices.
Nobody cares about past mergers or the rate execution right now. we want the stop sign gone! Want the 8-k filed! This is what has been promised and this is what has not been executed. That's all that matters is the next step
When I saw that news article this morning only one thing came to mind:
That sneaky little genius Bruce Benn! First, he revamps the company website. Then he improves the revamping of the company's website. Now look at this sneaky little move. He's been investing an untold amount of money and manpower to develop these testing modules required by his pipeline of prospects FOR ACCEPTANCE TESTING.
This is just the kind of activity and full-on investment required to do a rinse and repeat. This kind of news should drive the price into trips this week.
Seriously folks, if you're considering selling your shares, I'd like to invite you to wait. Lock them up.
$40 paint job? Somebody is desperate to prop this up. This thing should be trading in the mid to low threes. No filings means no action
The lack of action, lack of momentum, and lack of enthusiasm is directly related to the continued existence of the stop sign and a lack of an 8K filing. It's not related to bashers or people that have doubts. Those folks are usually squashed if what Liz says is going to happen, actually happens! Until then, she's just another company officer of another penny stock with empty promises and enough charm to make a few investors all warm and fuzzy inside.
Everyone should remember that Liz said the end of the week or beginning of next week. She said that last week, so let's watch to see the 8K drop or the stop sign fall away
Stop sign for breakfast. Sunny side up?
Taking a picture with her would be meaningless. It's almost laughable. Anything that has to do with her right now is also meaningless. Either the 8K drops by the end of Tuesday, or her credibility goes into the can.
In the meantime, I'll keep an eye out for those filings. And when my eye doesn't catch those filings, my eye will see the price fall. That's why you take profits while you can on these MEGA MERGERS.
Timberrrrrrr..... Most trees (stocks) are cut down with an ax. This one is being cut down with a stop sign. Here we go
One hour until the plummet. Imo
I love these exclamations of how proud everyone is to pick up these cheapies. It's hilarious! Let's say that they are picking up cheapies at .048 and I decide I'm not buying because I don't believe a word that's being said about this company. Let's say that I turn out to be wrong and the 8K drops or the stop sign is removed and the price starts to go up. All I have to do is buy .0575 or slightly higher. What's the difference on a stock that is confirming a merger and is set to run up to multiple dimes or even dollars?
The point is this. Don't get coaxed into buying just because you're afraid of a run commencing. Keep your eye on the stock and its news feed. You'll catch the run just fine and be able to cash in on some nice profits.
Volume is slightly off from the 10 day average of 32.6 million
Lol. The website generally sucks. I will admit that. It doesn't suck as bad as Bruce's communication with his shareholders, but it sucks none the less.
I don't think we'll see this thing go to a penny anytime in the near future. However, if this year passes without a significant update, this thing will drop like the pants on someone who OD'd on laxatives.
Guaranteed, if we don't see the stop sign removed within the last hour of trading, this thing will plummet.
It's not that the neutral section of this board hasn't read the updates from yesterday. It's that we don't believe them! We know very well that the next step in the logical progression of things is to see the stop sign removed. Until that happens, this won't break out. Everyone knows this that has observed the PPS from day-to-day over the past 10 days.
CJ, a 250% run would be great. I love to swing trade these kinds of stocks. But that's not what I'm looking for. there isn't anything about this stock that will take my eyes off what's really at stake. credibility and truthfulness of those associated with a deal that is supposedly done is all I'm paying attention to right now.
Stop sign
Just because this is an OTC stock does not give a CEO license to lie to people and rip them off. If you're okay with that, you're part of the problem.
Nothing is imminent here without the removal of the stop sign.
I take that back, what is truly imminent is US finding out the credibility of Liz and Tony. Today or the beginning of next week, if that stop sign remains, credibility is shot.
Yeah, major League breakout happening anytime now. On your mark... get set.... stop sign!
Still
When you say the company, who do you mean exactly?
there is no proof whatsoever that Tony spent $50,000 getting the filings current. ZERO proof! There is also no proof that the deal is completed. However, there is plenty of proof that there are those that want you to believe both are facts without any proof. Consider your sources
Nice little baby seal micropump today clubbed in the head by a man with a stop sign.
Thanks for posting those solid facts, but the stop sign is a solid obstruction right now. We've been hearing that the attorney letter is going to drop for at least two weeks. "Any day now" is always the phrase used. Waiting.
Twitter can't take down the stop sign
Is it just me, or does a PPS of .0005 seem kind of low for a company that has a contract with T-Mobile? Just wondering
Would love to see this thing succeed on a massive scale. I really would. But here we are with another trading day which reflects the fact that we still have a stop sign. Believe me when I tell you there is a lot of money that would flood into this thing if that darned stop sign was removed. There are a lot of people out there with investable funds that were detrimentally affected by the LAH* incident recently. That was a beautiful situation and the stock was a juggernaut. People got stars in their eyes and pretty much ignored the stop sign for delinquent filings. You're seeing some very nervous hands want to jump into this right now but they are being deterred by previous experience.
Yeah, I'm sure the spinmeister is just sitting around trying to figure out how to keep this company afloat with no sales. Wait a minute, hasn't he been operating this thing forever without any sales? Heck, he's only had $160 in the bank for about as long as I can remember. This guy must be some kind of a super budgeting genius in order to actually make that work. Gives me a lot of confidence in Bruce.
The thing that pisses me off about Bruce is his pompous arrogance. Takes a lot of brass to insist that your shareholders don't deserve to hear a damn thing. Really weary of accepting the NDA b******* month after month for two (expletive) years. If he wanted to, he could give an update to his shareholders that would not violate an NDA. For crying out loud, the man is an attorney. An inside investor, alias Bill Carson, showed up for a post or two claiming that Bruce was a fraud. Notice that he has disappeared and we haven't heard from him since. Do ya think maybe he got an update?
Am I of two minds regarding this man and Validian as an opportunity? Absolutely. How else should Bruce expect his investors to feel at this point? Most of us have had it up to our eyebrows with this silence.
Incidentally, I do believe Bruce has a working product that is more than marketable. Gorgal. The two years that have passed since his endorsement of the product have not diminished my belief in the product itself. However, the two years that have passed since the endorsement have convinced me that Bruce's communication skills are garbage. These aren't feelings that are exclusive to myself and they are a natural part of the human experience.
Thanks for letting me get this off my chest. Go VLDI! Lol
I'm interested as to why the cheerleaders are avoiding that question. If we all agree that the deal is done, Tony spent a lot of money getting things in order, and now he is out of it completely, then who is the new CEO? Do we have one? Is there an interim leadership involved? Who are they? Why haven't they informed shareholders who's in charge out there?
let's go guys! It's not like these aren't relevant questions. We need some answers.
Like a stone with no parachute! Let's go Bruce! It takes more than that lame attempt at a website to create a lasting elevated PPS
If I own shares in this and the new company has taken control of the shell, when are they required to let me know who it is so I can decide whether to continue my investment? It doesn't make sense that they're allowed to keep shareholders in the dark for an indefinite amount of time.
Thanks Hokey. Appreciate that input. I believe I noticed that they have until December 9th to either fix the filings or have a plan in place to fix the filings.
I jumped on a small starter position and it looks like that will probably have to sit for a month or so.
Howdy folks. Real new to investing in the energy sector. Notice the volatility and decided to seek out a little advice on SES. Is it your estimate that the recent plummeting price was cause by the news regarding delinquency? Was there another catalyst involved?
Stop sign continues. Price drops. Confidence lags. As predictable as the sunlight
I'm waiting for the wrong thing? It's interesting that you might say that. I'm currently holding a large position in a stock that is in the middle of an uptrend.
You are predicting a reverse split or a rinse and repeat and your buddy is predicting trips. ALL OF THOSE THINGS ARE WRONG!!! LOLOL giggle Giggle
I appreciate it and thank you
Kind of hoping we get that rinse-and-repeat sooner rather than later. maybe it will cause the price to precipitously drop so I can get my shares at trips.
Haha! Ok, see you in November
Did they just come off the greys today? Or has it been awhile?
How many days have we been hearing "any day now" regarding the removal of the stop sign?
Early on the discussion on this board revolved around the stop sign being removed in just a few days. Does anybody believe that's going to happen now?
A few more weeks? Why? Can anyone give a reasonable answer to that question? If he has a 3 year exclusive, fully executed agreement with T-Mobile, why would it take so long to put out a formal press release regarding something so important?
Hey Liz, I have an idea. Why don't you actually call Tony and confront him regarding the situation instead of telling us all what you don't know "to your knowledge"?
Did you see any identification credentials when this guy was brought in to be the mediator of the transaction?
As long as his name is on those filings, Tony Nick is not "out of it". Imho
