xsunx4ever, nope; no chance. Tom was able to draw in a few extra *stock holders with the hyped PRs earlier this year. There still hasn't been a release of the names of the so-called clients/customers, plus the two people added to the sales force are phantoms as well. If there had been actual sales as rumored, I would think there would be some type of feed-back/opinions/reviews of the product released by now.
*Not investors - because investments typically yield positive returns to investors.
I submitted the question about Intellectual Property regarding BiB/LTAS to WSGI a couple of months ago but didn't receive a reply. I'm hoping that someone in attendance at the SHM will ask the question. Maybe they're (mgmnt) planning to provide the answer at the meeting; but if not, will someone here who will be attending please make the inquiry. TIA.
Djokovic wins Wimbledon... Here's hoping the namesake follows suit with XSNX, with a Grand Slam win.
Best wishes to you, Captain... Wise man to move on. I'm in it like SolarGuy; totally not worth it for me to sell. You mentioned Tom letting Bobby Wendt go... I've come to the personal conclusion that this CEO has great charisma and can convince people to allow him to use their name and label them as associates with this company; for the right price or number of shares. Not just Bobby Wendt but other prominent names (as we've seen float around in past newsletters) from Solar Power industry. Two people in sales have been hired, supposedly, but their names are not on the public record. Why? Still no listing of XSNX's So. CA clients; how can one seek references if interested in XSNX's offerings and services? Phantom goods, I say! Fwiw, this is all imho.
C'mon Tom, shut me up! I will post an apology to this board, XSNX, and Tom; and humble myself before all should it come to that.
At this point in time, I suspect that the CIGS product that this company has claimed to market for so long was only a figment of Tom's imagination and our own pipe-dream. Given, there have been some articles/write-ups about XSNX, but never have I seen a review of any XSNX products from an outside soure... NEVER! Tom wouldn't dare attend a public forum such as this one where he might be called out, imho.
Thanks Neko27 for the reply. Have you seen or do you know of XsunX's presence in So. Cal., that will confirm/substantiate the company's report of its presence there. Thanks again, in advance.
Greetings, Neko27. May I ask, what brought you here; how did you find out about XSNX?
I wish I understood the intricacies of gov't contracting, let alone gaining access to that special-interest circle. Your qualm is legitimate imho, and I concur that had it been Boeing, Gen. Dynamics, Lockheed-Martin or any other of the big guys, they would have been funded up front for the development of the customized product they were seeking. Only time will give us the final verdict of the BiB and its associated products. My fingers remain crossed.
insighter, fwiw, wasn't it the military that initially showed interest in BiB and requested that it be tailored per their specs? ... not Homeland Security or any other domestic gov't or commercial entity. My thought is the the AUVSI appearance that WSGI made resulted in the military arrangement; but the display/presentation could have been viewed by all entities in attendance. Correct me if I'm wrong. Regards.
"Crowdfund Television"... SolarGuy, do you think this could be a precursor to a Crow Supper? Well, I still have my doubts. One thing that does come to light though, is that Tom D spends $5,000+ almost weekly with his frequent PR's on MoneyTV and now Crowfund Television. My confidence level here is maybe 0.01. GLTA. You'll/We'll need it.
Case-in-point, March 3rd of this year....
Imho, I don't believe XSNX is worthy or has any tangible offerings to present to a potential partner. Again, IMHO. Prove me wrong Tom. I'm willing to take it back... and eat "Crow".
Thanks Indy. I did send in the inquiry. I hope to receive an informed response, and will share if I get a reply. Best regards.
Indy, on your next trek out of the bat-cave, can you possibly clarify an inquiry: whether full ownership of the BiB went along with the sale of LTAS; does WSGI retain any or all portions of ownership of the apparatus? There have been many discussions but I haven't heard or read any definitive answer to the question. Thanks in advance. Q-reus
scarlet knight, for some reason the Dropbox images for the Ohio BiB Demo have been removed. They were there previously.
Thanks guay....
Thanks cd67. Have you actually invested in XSNX and if so, for how long? Is there any or much discussion of XSNX at Eurotunnel? If you do own shares of XSNX good luck to you and if you do not, best regards.
Merci CD67. [Google Translate]
cd67, how did you become aware of XSunX? Is there much European discussion about the company, positive or negative? It would be interesting to discover worldly perceptions of this company, if such perceptions exist. I am using google translator. Please reply in english if you are able. Thanks in advance.
Ha, I just discovered that XSunX trades on the Stuttgart (German) Exchange as X1X... I didn't know.
lottabuks, it's been a lo-n-n-n-n-n-n-ng stretch for me. All I can do is crawl into the corner, wimper, and lick my scars. All optimistic reports that Tom D. files, at least for me, is just uncorroborated rhetoric. My confidence has been exhausted. From an earlier post -
Hear-hear!!!!!
If that is the case for SolarGuy, then my time to sell my XSNX shares will/might come when I have reached an age comparable to early Biblical ages, and your off-springs will have produced multiple generations.
Tim, your approach to such a speculative play as this one should be textbook. Should this stock start to move, it is low enough to add significantly to your position. But then again, I was thinking that was my approach when I first discovered this company. GLTU.
Solarguy, it's all or nothing for you, me and I assume many others who have been invested here over the years. I wish the best for the enthusiasts here. We once were! As they say, been there... done that!
Any person who has a position here that is not a speculative play needs to have his or her head examined! If they fulfilled their own due diligence, there would be no issue(s) about filing/reporting because they wouldn't have gone passed the STOP sign. GLTALs.
The only instances that I've seen a halt occur have been before the announcement of some major buy-out, move to new exchange, stock-split/reverse, product introduction to the masses, etc. That little blurb that Krisandtilly posted is inconsequential to the sp movement here and is actually old news; unless I missed something. I can't understand why the article (2nd link) added XSNX to the group of companies that were mentioned; maybe because it is still up from its all-time low, imho. Some people did make some money from .0036, especially if they stuck around until the sp exceeded .01+. GLTU.
Why do you think there should be a halt, xsnx4ever? Are you anticipating a "major" market-changing announcement?
SolarGuy, I don't bother with the MoneyTv interviews anymore. I haven't watched or listed to a single interview this year and have concluded that MoneyTV is Tom's "spin-machine".
That is Tom's only pattern of consistency, MoneyTV. The money that's been spent per segment amounts to a fairly sizable tally over the years, imho; all for naught. He's definitely dependable when it comes to MoneyTV!
Tom wasn't interested.... Why doesn't that surprise me? I have seen a similar event of self denial / disinterest from Tom, during the solar-glass pitch. I'm still waiting for my crow dish as well.
Thanks sami. What I see from the dialog reference is collaboration between WSGI and LTAS. Did ownership and the intellectual property become LTAS's as a result of that collaboration? Anyone?
I need some help grasping the full picture here, pertaining more particularly with the LTAS sale. Perhaps my comprehension of the news releases is faulty. I saw no mention whatsoever involving WSGI's BIB Program.
At the time WSGI purchased LTAS, I was under the impression that having LTAS as a subsidiary of the company provided an inroad to the gov't purchasing arena. Did the WSGI/LTAS marriage result in turning over ownership of BIB over to LTAS? Maybe I missed that part. If that is the case, then I can understand the dissension. Any replies will be appreciated / TIA.
Q-reus
Since Indy's employer has direct dealings with WSGI (to some effect), could it be possible that he might have been assigned task/s associated with WSGI's interests? Should that be the case, I can understand if he decided to take a step back from posting here without announcing it to the world. Such an action would definitely minimize speculation and a barrage of inquiries for him to provide potentially illegal answers about projects' movement and status; just mho.
Thanks, lrt65. I've always wondered how to add web site screens/images to a post. My lesson for the day.
Imho, XSNX has nothing to offer, to interest any one in a buy-out; unless it's to another shell. GLTALs.
80857, I've looked high and low for some verbage regarding VRDT and LTHU and have come up dry. I found a Form 8-K/A from Nov '13 [no menntion of stock purchase of LTHU shares] and the most recent news on their website is from Jun '13. With all due respect, please share your info source. Regards.
ohmyohmy, the problem is, if the sp moves up from hype, the fall will be shattering after the pumpers move on. However, if you're in a position to profit from a p&d, you'd better take it. After all this time that I've been down in this hole, I know I would and bid TomD farewell. I've always been a "glass is half-full type" but my position here has brought out an undiscovered cynical side of me. My position here will never be recovered.
I wonder if they will make changes in the B-O-D and distribute a status update on products/projects, or even clients?
Yeah, notice how the same voices have offered repeated pumps; none of them replied to your post, which is constructive/informative. That's how their post count reaches into the thousands. It seems that a p&d is in the making. Perhaps a p&d could raise the sp to a level to exit, maybe for you and a few others stuck here; but there's no hope of an exit for me...... Be that as it may, GLTALs.
