Obviously you don't know jack.
They have been testing the ship since February.
Funny you mentioned it because guess what I'm doing today... Going VOIP and getting rid of my local sprint bill as we speak.
Phone jacks are coming out!
Not even going to bother. Anything they say anymore isn't worth my time.
NASA is not allowed to endorse any company, period. The initial agreement was to aid with simulation, but the people working on our project were able to get the studies needed at a much lower cost. I’m sure NASA will still be used in the future.
Also, since Mr. Best sold his shares, the last thing he wants to see is the stock price going up without him. I'm sad to see him go, but life moves forward. With or without him, with or without Amex, with or without Huff, but it's not going to happen without Bob. GTE needs Sanswire and that is all there is to it.
Last I heard you don't make money if you don't buy either. ;)
The press coverage has been great and very SOLID. This is much better than anything GTE as a company has ever put out and the amount of DD now available is simply amazing. The AP article by Alicia Chang was in the Las Vegas Review Journal last week without a peep from the company. It’s just too bad the company couldn't keep quiet when it really counted.
Anyway, Bob and his team are the best thing the company has going for itself. I just hope the company appreciates them and gives them the support they need.
IMO, Sanswire is much more than icing on the GTE cake.
What's the difference? Just like wallpaper, they can come in a variety of sizes, shapes, and different colors too. ;)
850 million at a modest growth rate of 8% would be an additional 68 million dollars a year just in interest alone. In 9 years 850 million would be something like 1.7 billion.
2 bucks. LOL!
Your opinion... Got it.
It's called good journalism. Something I'm sure you wouldn't care anything about because it aims to inform, not butcher the price per share.
The difference is an unbiased approach to inform the public. It has nothing to do with the corruption you’re used to.
LOL! Now that's funny!
Who knows... maybe we'll get some answers. I still support the company even though I hate apples more than ever.
That is probably one of the best points to ever come across a stock message board. Thanks for that.
James needs to learn how to run a company before he starts pissing off the rest of his investors and IMO, he better start learning quick. There is a much better approach to reducing the share structure and the last thing you want to do is R/S into weakness.
Remember… The fans weren't there for IPRE. They were there for the fighters. The fans that were there for IPRE, just started heading for the exits.
Good luck anyway.
It sounded like a question to me. :)
I will say one thing. If they do continue with the R-S, it will certainly validate the restrictions placed by the brokers. Not only will the company look bad, but they seem to have lost the support of the only people that were willing to help them out.
IMO, they couldn’t have handled this situation any worse. Good luck to them, but I will no longer support their dishonesty and lack of compassion.
This is great! Too bad it didn't work out for him. The world would have probably been a little different today.
OSAMA bin Laden, the al-Qaeda leader, was obsessed with the singer Whitney Houston and wanted to marry her, a new book claims.

I find it interesting that the Amex would be so critical of the company when they can't even take care of the Illegal short selling on their exchange, let alone act in the best interest of the investors.
Where were they during the organized media attacks? Where were they during the many lawsuit mentions? Where were they during the BONY mistake? How many obvious signs do you need to prove the pps was being manipulated?
IMO, Amex is the scam.
You want to talk about deception? Look no further than SW1 brought to you by Vern. His design wouldn't get over 10,000 ft, so I find it interesting that people are so quick to judge Tim when it was Vern from the beginning that made us believe his ship was going to fly.
IMO, Vern has just as much to do with deceiving people as many of the bashers on this board. I will leave it up to Bob and his crew to take care of Vern's mess. IMO, Vern got his ass handed to him in a nut shell. He has no reason to support the crew currently working on the ship; otherwise, he'll basically look like an idiot. IMO, he already does.
"Sanswire President Robert A. Jones said March 31 that the company’s Sanswire 2 vehicle, measuring 38 meters long and 8 meters wide, will attempt to position itself at 6,858 meters in altitude for periods of at least several hours, and perhaps overnight.
Tests of the first prototype, Sanswire 1, were conducted in May 2005 in Florida, and an initial floating test of Sanswire 2 was completed Feb. 28 in Palmdale, Calif."
http://www.space.com/spacenews/archive06/Sans_040306.html
Well I don't know about you, but if that is indeed the Strat demonstrator, it sure looks familiar to many of the articles that were posted last week on this board. Anyone have the links?
It looks to be a combination of the 2 ships. Either way, progress is a good thing.
Sanswire 1 was completed and tested as reported about a year ago. The problem was Vern's design.
Do you trust Vern or engineers from Nasa? I'll go with this ship, maybe you should hook up with Vern?
Don't get me wrong. Frank is good at what he does. IMO, his expertise has everything to do with starting up new companies. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Frank. (I mean that in a good way...) But that's why I was happy to hear that he was headed to EVSI, and Mr. Wicks took over at HISC.
Frank is good at what he does; we just needed a different kind of leader now that we’re a different kind of company. It’s all good.
Oh. You mean Poopie man? Yeah, it has something to do with trusting someone to help you find a cure for your problem. You see, when I go to a doctor for constipation, I usually expect to get a little Milk of Magnesia. For diarrhea, it’s usually Imodium A.D.
So when I went to Frank looking for a band-aid to cover the hole in my bleeding portfolio. What did I get? I got an Apple, need I say more?
The BONY mistake on ADX 14 is a perfect example of the BS.

June 14th.. ADX 14 and MACD positive, then this...

I could keep going on and on, but I'll give it a rest for now. You guys getting it yet?
Actually, if you go back and read each negative attack and the timing of each release, you can compare it to the basic chart and see that the timing had alot to do with it. Look at the basic chart this time.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=GTE&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p00930129870
Notice the increased money flow? Notice the Macd trend?
Look at a basic ADX 14 and the timing of the AMEX delisting threat.
Better yet, look at the release of each and every lawsuit, one by one, and the timing of them. Most of them we're timed to keep the price down, when the overall market wanted the price to go up.
I'm glad you brought it up. I've been talking to several investors and interested parties who are looking into the possibility of each negative release and how it correlates with basic chart interpretation.
Here is a list of most of the negative attacks. I will leave it up to the TA guys to look up the time of the release along with the charts on the day of the release.

Thank you for your time,
OK, that's debatable, but I don't see it as a huge problem; if anything it shows proof that if the stock price was higher, they wouldn't need as many shares to sell in order to conduct business.
The fact remains that organized attacks by media, message boards, and bad attorneys, have proven to make things difficult for a publicly traded U.S. company. The question remains as to what is actually happening with the money since it isn't the company or the investors making profits on the trade.
I believe the bigger picture is whether your tactics are financing other countries and their efforts to attack the United States. This is why IMO, the laws are going to change so that we can keep better technology, better companies, and most of the money here in the U.S.
Legislation should be passing soon that would make things a little more difficult for the hedge fund managers. Why? Because the system is corrupt and everybody knows it. That is one of the reasons we can now track short interest on OTC and pink sheet stocks.
IMO, the Fool is beginning to make itself look bad. If you're against a way to better this country and the freedom it represents, then you’re sitting on the wrong side of the border.
If anything I would like to encourage Seth to use his English talents to help us out, not take us out.
It’s all good anyway…
F Us? So you bought? LOL!
Anyway, the Fool has lost a lot of credibility. IMO, Seth could care less either way as long as he gets paid. The article was weak and probably planned that way.
Actually, it's not that bad. The figures are good and comparisons to the related stocks are pretty encouraging.
Lockheed, Nokia, Motorola, Verizon, and Comcast.
We're not in it to replace the big corporations; we're interested in the advancement of technology. If the big corporations wish to ignore the fact that technologies change, then you can basically add them to the list of companies going into extinction. The corporations better change, otherwise they're not going to do very well into the future.
News papers, land line telephones, tape cassettes, video rental stores. Heck even the journalists are being replaced with bloggers.
You can do everything possible to hold a technology back, but there is no way in the world you're going to stop it.
Thanks Seth. I will continue buying...
It is an Awesome Ship! Absolutely incredible! But like a few have already stated it is a different kind of ship.
That's why it's better to get on and ride the train. Toot Toot! ;)
Institutions swing shares as well. The reports of selling in the 2nd quarter would help explain the drop we've been experiencing. The question now remains... Are they buying at these levels? We won't know that until the 3rd quarter reports come out.
I'm willing to bet we will see additional institutional buying, which would contribute to an increase in the PPS from here. Please correct me if I’m wrong anyone.

Aug 16, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Streetinvesting.com is the author of this release. This release is a result of our current concentration on GlobeTel Communications Corp. GlobeTel Communications Corp., a diversified Telecommunications and Financial Services Company, was up another 18.64% Monday, with approximately 884,600 shares having traded hands come the toll of the day's closing bell.
After a Strong start in early morning trading Monday, Wall Street's attempt at a rally lost steam later in the day, with the major indexes rising in response to a Middle East cease-fire and then giving up most of their gains come market closure.
Investors initially saw the cease-fire between Israel and Lebanon as a buying opportunity after last week's losses, and the Dow Jones industrial average surged as much as 115 points. Light trading volumes, however, pointed to a lack of depth to the buying, and stocks ended up closing down again by market closure.
Analysts had warned that the rally could be short-lived in lieu of a pair of important inflation reports due later in the week: the Labor Department's producer price index on Tuesday and the consumer price index on Wednesday. With the Federal Reserve warning the markets last week that inflation remains a concern, many remained concerned that stocks could revert to the volatility of recent weeks if incoming economic data shows rising prices on the wholesale or consumer levels.
Crude futures fell along with the price of gold, with a barrel of light crude settling at $73.53, down 82 cents, on the New York Mercantile Exchange come the day's end. Although this had a positive affect on American investors, investors up north saw a significant decline, with both the TSX and the Venture sliding on dwindling resource prices.
According to preliminary calculations, the Dow rose 9.84, or 0.09 percent, to 11,097.87, a miniscule correction after losing 1.36% last week.
Broader stock indicators were also on the rise, with the Standard & Poor's 500 index gaining 1.47, or 0.12 percent, to 1,268.21, and the Nasdaq composite index adding 11.33, or 0.55 percent, to 2,069.04.
Although the second quarter earnings season is continuing to be turbulent, many continued to see positive returns on breaking news and increased earnings reports. Investors of GlobeTel Communications Corp. were a perfect example of this Monday as shareholders embraced positive returns come market closure.

Picked up some GNBT here. I like them longer term as they seem to be getting some pretty good patents. Could be a good swing here as the MACD 12,26,9 is assuming the position.
