Agreed...insider selling means nothing usually...big companies hand out tons of RSUs all the time. It’s prudent to sell your RSUs as soon as they vest. The last thing you want is your stock portfolio to be heavily weighted in MU stock. So if your a big shot exec with a lot of MU RSUs, when they vest, you sell them and reinvest in a more diversified mix of assets.

Micron will have it’s day...you can bet on it. I think there is a better than average chance we are over $100 by Xmas. Trump is going to want to declare a deal making victory before midterm elections and once the trade war uncertainty is cleared out we will soar. On the flip side let’s just hope trump really doesn’t eff us over with continued escalation and retaliation.

IMO the whole market is overestimating the impact of China and doom and gloom of dram cycle downturn. This is going to continue holding MU down...great time to keep loading because once the market realizes their mistake Micron will make an explosive move upwards.

Not saying it’s fake Chris. Just adding to the DD. I’ve been hanging around SVTE for over 20 mos now and never seen or heard this level of response out of Cashman. So it struck me as very uncharacteristic...but perhaps he’s turning a new leaf which would be a huge reward to us all.

The only explanation for A/S increases is a merger...right now only speculation but I don't see any other reason for the A/S increases when the O/S is only 760million.

I agree...there aren't any more notes on the horizon. People are freaking out. The A/S has already been at 6 billion for months, and the O/S is ~750 million. So why are people freaking out that it moved to 8 billion? It doesn't change anything right now!

This isn't news to anyone who has been following this for the past several months. A/S has already been increased...well before the interest spiked last week. Question is, what's the increase for? That is yet to be explained. O/S still very attractive.
